otel değil pansiyon da konaklasak daha iyi hizmet alırdık. En azında temiz havlu verilirdi

internet çalışmıyordu, 3 kişilik oda ve kahvaltı ücreti odedim. kardesim 2 kez ameliyat oldu o yuzden son akşam ağrı ve kanamadan dolayı gelemedi. 3 kişinin parasını 2 kişilik oda verildi. Girişte kahvaltı ücretinin iadesi için konuştum tamam dendi. İadesi yapılmadı, çıkışta tekrar sordurdugumda konuyu md e aktarmayı unutmuslar md le goruselim size voucher verelim dendi, verilmedi. Oda da girişte 1 adet su 1 adet banyo havlusu vardı. Saç havlusu, el havlusu yoktu. Tuvalet kağıdı yoktu, yedekte konmamıştı. Talep ettik gelmedi El yıkama yerinde sıvı sabun yoktu. Ayrıca sabun da yoktu. Duşta yıkanmak için sampuan saç kremi yoktu. Likit sıvı hair body wash boştu. Mevcut havlu yırtık pis oldukça eskiydi. Temizlik bir kez yapıldı. Odada çöp sepeti yoktu. En onemli sorun internetin tum konaklama boyunca çalışmaması oldu. Oda oldukça küçüktü, 3 kişilik oda parası alıp 2 kişilik oda verildi. Ertesi gun odamızda su olmadıgını soylediğimizde ucret talep edildi, ilk gun odalara su kondugu soylendi. İlk gunde zaten 1 adet su vardı.

Great location, be wary of advertised pictures though

Location is awesome, beds super comfortable. Staff were super friendly, working air con and the free wifi was speedy.

Room didn't look anything like the pictures, however this didn't take away from the positives. Thankfully I was travelling alone, as the bed was up against a wall so hard for another person to be there, and the bathroom was extremely small.

In generale positivo per la gentilezza ma come hotel c’è di meglio

Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e vicino al centro, staff molto cortese e disponibile, reception molto bella e curata, però le camere che ci hanno assegnato non erano come quelle in foto e nemmeno come prometteva la reception, erano molto più datate soprattutto per quanto riguarda la vasca e il bagno in generale. Il letto era molto comodo ma le lenzuola sotto non so bene se fossero lenzuola o se ci fosse una traversina che cambiano ad ogni ospite, asciugamani non pervenuti perchè non li avevano ?! ma quando l’ho fatto presente si sono subito adoperati per recuperare, mancava comunque un asciugamano/tappetino come scendidoccia quindi si rischia facilmente di scivolare ma a quel punto abbiamo lasciato perdere. Per quanto riguarda le finestre, sono presenti ma quasi impossibili da aprire perchè le trovi già aperte a vasistas, in posizioni scomode o dietro tende, tendine ecc. Altra nota negativa è stata la carta igienica trovata quasi finita al nostro arrivo, che in un hotel 4 stelle non ti aspetti. La tassa di soggiorno che sul sito di booking paghi già con il prezzo della stanza, arrivati là ce l’hanno fatta ripagare. I servizi in generale come il thè che trovate in camera o le bottigliette d’acqua sono a pagamento, e kit cortesia come pantofole non c’erano assolutamente. In generale la struttura è comoda e accogliente, ma per il prezzo che costa ci si aspetta di più.

Super Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich auch die U-Bahn Linie U2 sowie eine Straßenbahn. Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, unser Zimmer war sehr Groß und stylisch eingerichtet.

Kann ich nur empfehlen

Sehr zentrale Lage, die Innenstadt ist wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war Groß und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Das wifi funktioniert überall im Haus und ist super Schnell. Ich konnte auch kostenlos früher einchecken. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt.

Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr Sauber.

The room was very nice and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious also kettle, tea, coffee and water. The beds were comfy plenty of space for your clothes and bags. Breakfast is optional extra at €10 each and is definitely worth it with hot breakfast pastries fruit meat and juices. Location also great 15 minute walk from the centre and 10 minute walk from prater and the local area has bars and restaurants and shops so would recommend for a couple or a few friends.

When checking out no one was at the reception for me to check out so had to just leave keys on the desk and ring them to say I’m checking out.

الموقع مكتوب في السنتر ولكن استغرق المشي تقريبا 15 دقيقة والمرافق سيئة وتسجيل الوصول متاخر الى 5 الموظفات في الاستقبال بالصعوبة تجدهم انتظرت نصف ساعة لاسجل الدخول ونفس الشي للخروج لايوجد شي حول الفندق والغرف قديمة وتحت الاسرة غبار واوساخ متراكمة والثلاجة يوجد بها طعام ومشروبات من النزيل السابق والغرف غير مكيفة

Könnte besser sein

Der Service war ok und es war auch sauber.

Die Klimaanlage, der Kühlschrank, die Steckdosen und die Fenster waren kaputt, von einem 180€ teuren Hotel pro Nacht erwarte ich mehr. Außerdem sind 3 Handtücher für 4 Personen zu wenig. Es wäre höfflich wenn das Hotel zumindest eine Entschädigung angeboten hätte, aber auch dass ist nicht passiert. Also so kann ich das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Sehr liebes hotel personal. Unser Vierbeiner war auch willkommen im Hotel. Die Lage ist Ideal, Zentrum ist sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und eine U-Bahn ist direkt neben dem Hotel.

Himmliches Bett

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, der Stephansplatz ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine U-Bahnstation ist direkt neben dem Hotel, das Personal ist Jung und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr Groß und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet, das Hotel bietet auch viele Goodies wie Zahnbürste ect. Kostenlos an. Mein persönlicher Highlight war das Bett als würde man auf Wolken schlafen.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room was newly renovated and it was extremely quiet which made my stay even more comfortable.

There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room but they provided me one upon request.

Nice location, lovely staff, if a little lacking in quality but solid price overall.

VERY friendly and welcoming staff! Absolutely lovely attitude and always had smiles on their faces. Location is right in the Jewish district which presents a lot of opportunities for Kosher cuisine and history.

Looks very nice in the photos but it was refurbed with aesthetic in mind - in reality some of the fittings were a little less premium and that impacted how I felt about value for money. Still, a good hotel for the area and half the price of competitors!

Zentrale Lage

- Badezimmer war dreckig und schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen -Das Zimmer ist nur spärlich eingerichtet, wirkt kalt und nicht einladend -Fenster alt und nicht gut isolierte -Kein Abfalleimer im Zimmer -Das Bett für die dritte Person war ein unbequemes Schlafsofa - Das Zimmer stank nach Zigaretten (Obwohl es ein nicht Raucherzimmer war) -Bettlaken waren dreckig -Personal meistens unfreundlich -Frühstücksbuffet klein, fast keine Auswahl. -Preis-Leistung war schlecht

A 4* property with space for improvement

The location is great, in a safe neighborhood. The staff are doing their best and are really sweet, I genuinely think they make this hotel enjoyable. I loved every single person I met at the reception. I saw negative comments but having worked in hospitality managing hotels I don’t think they are rude, just slightly shy and reserved due to the lack of experience. I see great future!

No drinks in the minibar but for some reason the staff takes €50 deposit upon checking in. I wanted to use cold drinks but the minibar was empty. No air conditioning is a huge problem with 30 degrees weather and humidity in the rooms. I had to sleep in underwear only and with a fan 20 centimeters away from me to survive the night. It ultimately caused a serious cough and pain in the eyes. I know it’s a large investment but it is worth it in the long term. Add A/C and people will be 60% more satisfied. The room wasn’t like the one on the picture. It felt smaller.

An overpriced bad experience

The location was good. Easy to get the transportation for the central of Vienna. The breakfast was fine.

The room smelled like nicotine which the next day they just sprayed the room with air freshener. The bathroom smelled like cigars throughout the whole stay. We advised them for 3 days but half of the staff just did not know what to do. There was a gap in the bed and if you're a couple, you struggle to even hug your partner. One day, we left late and they couldn't clean so they just kept not cleaning until we checked out. They didn't even remove all the used items or bring at least more tea bags. There was no hand-wash in the bathroom and even after we asked one, they did not provide one. We had to use the shampoo that was on the wall by the bathtub to wash our hands. The cherry on top was that one night for reasons they could not explain, there was drilling and thumping next door like someone was doing plumbwork at 12 o'clock at night. As we were looking to relax and not only doing sightseeing since it was snowing, I can say that we did not have a good experience whatsoever. Unfortunately, our stay was non-refundable or else I would have asked for the money back from the first day.

The room could have done with a paint but apart from that it was modern and clean. The kettle lid was broken but I informed the staff who were very helpful.

Comfortable bed, but price to high for the quality.

Staff friendly, comfy bed. The bedroom has had a makeover. Room was warm but could not adjust the temperature. Kettle facilities, and small convenient fridge. Cleaner came in each day and did a great job. Would say its just about a 3*.

The bedroom has had a makeover, but the bathroom had only a new sink unit. Bath was old, shower curtain that wouldn’t cover the whole area so floor got wet. No coat hooks, Only 3 hangers in wardrobe. No bin in bedroom. Bathroom bin rusty.
