You'll love vacationing in this three bedroom, three bath oceanfront luxury condominium. Relax on the balcony with the beautiful view and the sound of ocean waves. Access balcony from family room and master bedroom suite. The condo has all the amenities of home and is beautifully decorator furnished. All rooms have flat screen TV's and sound system. The unit is on the 7th floor and has two reserved parking spaces. Situated in a perfect location on the boardwalk/oceanfront and right in Downtown Ocean City. Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Second time staying in this condo for SPD weekend in OC with 60-something group of friends. Great condo, great location, great time!

Loved the location loved the interior loved the cleanliness but did have two concerns and did mention these to the owner one in the Masterbedroom the door was jammed with rust and couldn’t use it to go to the balcony we were there in October and it was chilly didn’t like seeing the on/ off switch covered with tape over it that was the time to use and enjoy it then just a request we had stayed at another unit and my daughter loved the high top table on the balcony, to put her books laptop and drinks on she was disappointed one wasn’t there but had two short chairs and another question do you offer return guests a discount

The condo is beautiful, clean & as described, great view of the ocean & right on the boardwalk...except that in November you expect the fireplace that is clearly listed in the description & photos be in working condition. This is a major amenity not a coffee pot. Our stay was in a Fall/Winter month not July & I feel this should have been at least disclosed before our arrival, if not mentioned on the listing itself.
So, we arrived with no mention of it being broken. When I inquired why there was tape over the switch, they were slow to respond & curt. No apology for even just the inconvenience. Pretty much...it's broken & they're looking for a new one. But further, when I respectfully expressed my disappointment mentioning the fireplace was the main reason why we chose this listing for a November stay, I actually got no response at all. So, Linda had 2x at the very least to merely apologize for something not being in working condition, decided not to when I inquired & then further just ignored me.
We have used VRBO many times now & this is my first less than glowing review, but I was just taken back by the lack of care. It made us feel like welp they got thier money at this point & so I guess we don't matter. Not a great feeling.

We stayed at Linda's condo October 1-9. We have stayed here before. We would not want to stay anywhere else. Everything was perfect, as usual. Family came in 2 shifts this year, so each group got 4 nights at the beach with us. We got to enjoy a concert on the beach one night - from our balcony! And we also got to see the antique cars, driving down the Boardwalk! Both FUN surprises!

From the time I walked in the front door, I was impressed. The condo was bright, welcoming and extremely clean. The owner is very accommodating with little details for visitors away from home.
I would highly recommend this condo for your stay in Ocean City, Maryland.

My four college friends and I stayed at Linda’s condo. It was a blast and we would come back! The condo is right on the boardwalk and a perfect location for everything. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a memorable trip!

After staying in cramped hotels for years we decided to try a condo for the week. This place was perfect. Clean, quiet, and great views of the ocean and board walk. We had a front row seat for the fireworks display they set off on the beach one night. Check in and out was easy. Our vehicle was secured in a locked garage monitored by security. The condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. We did take advantage of the lien supply company the owner recommended and would highly recommend using them, it saved us a lot of hassle.

We loved the breath taking view this place has as soon as you walked in! We stayed with five adults and one child and had plenty of room to have have our own space. The balcony with stunning ocean front views was certainly the highlight for our stay; great for sunrises, people watching and an evening cocktail. The property was very clean, freshly maintained and Linda (owner) was attentive to any questions we had. The location was perfectly set up so you’re close to the action. What a great trip!

Our stay was amazing! The condo is absolutely beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The amenities provided were abundant and surprising. The property manager answered all questions and the ease of no-contact check in was golden. Very spacious. Extremely comfortable. Everyone had a fantastic time! Thank you SO much!! Loved it!!

Our stay was great! The weather wasn't the greatest for us but the property was amazing. It allowed us to feel just like at home. It is exactly as it shows in the pictures and actually better in person. Linda was great to work with. We will definitely being staying here again if everything works out for us to do so.

We have stayed on the Boardwalk in past trips but this condo was amazing. Great decor, comfortable with everything you need and you can walk to Thrashers! Thanks Linda for letting us stay in you awesome place.

Absolutely amazing, the condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location! We celebrated our youngest turning 2 and both our Children (2 and 4) had a blast. The linen service the property owner suggested was beyond attentive and answered all my questions while delivering the linens before our arrival. My family and I would definitely like to return to stay again.

This was a perfectly arranged condo for 6 lifelong friends. The contactless check-in made it a smooth entry. Very clean & well maintained condo with a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean. Very well stocked kitchen. The parking situation was somewhat confusing, lack of proper signage, but well secured and well lit. The dryer was very loud, which may indicate a future belt or repair needed in the near future. We definitely would return.

Well Ian tried to ruin our sister’s weekend but we would not allow that to happen! Plus our unit was a very safe place to be during the high winds and rain. We would like to rent unit 705 again because it was clean with a great location on the boardwalk!

Great location right on the boardwalk with many places within walking distance. Easy in/out access to the bridge if you want to go visit the outlets, casino or other places. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend.

We have been taking this trip for several years. Our usual accommodations were slowly declining in cleanliness but rising in cost. So we took a chance and rented this oceanfront condo for the same price. What a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean, even the essentials were supplied. The location was right in the middle of the action, several restaurants within walking distance and a clean maintained beach. Would certainly recommend this condo.

This condo had everything we needed. The location was great for families with small kids. We recommend bringing a wagon for getting items on and off the beach! We had a great time and would return.

On the beach and boardwalk. Nice comfortable rooms. Ideal for all the action. If you want quiet and nature this is not it. Very convenient to everything. Parked the car and walked to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed in thr same location (Belmont Towers) and have been highly satisfied. Linda, Property manager, is very easy to work with and very communicative. I highly recommend this place and will try to stay here as many times as I can!

Linda was a wonderful host and went above and beyond for us. The property was beautiful and very clean. A bathroom for every bedroom was definitely a plus! Also, the kitchen was well stocked. It was so nice to have some household essentials provided for us as well. Over all great trip. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This condo was awesome! Wonderful view and a front row seat on the balcony for the Monday night drone show. The condo was fully equipped with many extras: beach chairs, boogie boards, kitchen and laundry supplies. All we needed were toiletries and coffee pods for the Keurig. We let HOC, the linen service recommended, supply our sheets and towels. Beautiful, roomy condo. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Amazing place - looks exactly like the pictures.
Loved it! Looks just like the pics. Being on the 7th floor lets you experience all the boardwalk has to offer while being “far enough” up that the noise doesn’t get in the way. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Spot
The property and location were great! The unit is beautiful! We had 4 adults and 2 seven year olds, and it was very comfortable. The property owner was easy to contact through email and provided many extra immentities to make the renter feel well taken care of. We will definitely return.

This is a very nice large condo. The location and view are amazing, right in the middle of everything. The property was very clean and has everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining. Beds are very comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer.

This was a great stay for everyone. Location was perfect, Bob was friendly and a joy to talk with. Easy parking with the garage loved it. Condo was gorgeous. Entire process with rental and linens was a breeze. Will be returning.
