Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze.
This brand new modern lake house is a 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home with amazing lake views. Large windows open up to an expansive outdoor area which includes a rooftop patio. There is plenty of room on the deck for gathering to grill, hanging out by the private pool or sitting on the roof deck to enjoy the view.
Two of the bedrooms are en suite with its own bathroom. Wifi and Satellite TV are included.
Your house is well furnished with everything you desire to enjoy a weekend or a week in beautiful Arkansas. Take a break from the stress and relax at the Eagle Nest. Lost Bridge Campground/Marina is 1.5 miles away and Eureka Springs, Crystal Bridges, Bentonville and shopping are all close by.
The pool will be closed from Mid-October thru Mid-May for the winter.

Both my husband and I thought the pictures didn’t do the house justice! The decks and pool were our favorite places to hang out. The beds & furniture were very comfortable; we had WiFi and DirectTV. We take a week every year to a new location with our motorcycle and the area did not disappoint! Beautiful neighborhood and the views were stunning off Whitney Mountain. When we checked in, the air conditioning wasn’t working, but our host, Jon, had a technician out to the house that very Saturday evening to fix it! Jon was amazing to work with! We’d love to stay here again when we come back this way!

This was our 2nd time staying, we really love this place. It's so perfect for relaxing and simply slowing down a bit. Our oldest son proposed to his gf on the upper deck, she said yes!! We love this property and have added many fond memories here! Can't wait to return.

Beautiful house, extremely clean, nice, quiet neighborhood. Was located 1/2 way between Eureka Springs and Rogers which was perfect for our motorcycle rides.
Comfy furnishings and had everything we needed. Would love to come back and use the pool in the summer!

This is a fabulous rental option! The property was flawless and had everything we needed. The views from the decks were stunning and that’s where we spent most of our time. It’s the perfect peaceful cabin, but important to note it’s not I in close proximity to essentials like grocery stores and restaurants. We planned around that and it was the perfect combination of town and country hideaway.

This is such a wonderful place to enjoy a staycation! It was close enough to home that our boys came to stay one evening, giving us wonderful family time! Then we enjoyed the remaining time together celebrating our 23rd anniversary. It was all in all a perfect weekend! We can't wait to return!!! The upper deck was ideal for watching the beautiful morning sunrises and drinking coffee. The pool is perfect!

The house was set up very nice for two couples to stay. The living area was spacious and very open. The pool was nice with a very good view of beaver lake. If you want a view over the mountains and beaver lake just go up to the upper deck. View to die for.

We chose this home primarily to visit Eureka Springs, which is about 40 mins away. With the exception of the continuous winding roads on the way to Eureka Springs, the location was great! The home was beautiful, clean and perfect for our purpose. The view was amazing. We were also happy that we were not isolated -there are close neighbors but it was still quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may not want to stay directly in the middle of the touristy location(s).

My family and I wanted a quite laidback vacation, and we certainly got that! We loved the house and didn’t leave the whole time we were there. The house is perfect and we enjoyed lounging in the pool! The views from the deck were gorgeous. We would definitely book again!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is as described and plenty comfortable for our family of 4 (teenagers/college). The elevation of the home is surprising, resulting in a beautiful view across the lake.
Perhaps most appreciated was the supplies provided. So often, homes advertise "Sleeps 8" but on arrival you only find 4 forks, 3 towels, and 1 sauce pan. The owners here provided all the supplies necessary for a family weekend stay, including ample pots/pans/cooking equipment, tableware, and towels. As we cooked at home most meals, this was greatly appreciated.
Add short drives to Eureka Spring and great hiking trails, and you have a remarkable getaway at this home.

Sisters Trip
My sisters and I stayed here for our yearly getaway together and it was amazing! Everything about this place is fantastic. The pool was so much bigger than it looked in the pictures and so fun to swim in. The views were spectacular! The house had everything we needed and more. Each bedroom and the living room area had its own thermostat to control which was very much appreciated and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. This home is beautiful, the area was quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Breathtaking Views
Beautiful home with breathtaking views of the lake and the Ozark Mountains. Catch views of the most beautiful sunrise for the early riser and a sky full of stars off of the decks at night. We saw many Blue Jays overlooking the trees off the deck. This place is truly a gem in nature.

Oh, the view!
We could see a huge expanse of Beaver Lake and lots of sky. In the week we were there the fall foliage got brighter. It rained a lot so we didn't get to spend time on the decks as much as we wanted, but we could still enjoy the view from inside.
The layout of two separate bedrooms on the main floor (each with their own bathroom) was good. There is also a half-bath (meaning the listing of "1.5 Baths" is wrong.. There are 2.5 baths.) There is one bedroom in the basement that is odd (no bath there) but it's okay for kids. The kitchen/dining/living room are great. We played cards, did puzzles on the island, and binge-watched a show in the rain. The house is 30-40 minutes from Bentonville in one direction and Eureka Springs in the other. Try the enormous ice cream cones at the Short Stop gas station on 62, not far away!
My suggestions to the owners? There were no hangers! When we're there a week, we want to unpack but ended up living out of our suitcases. And adding some lightweight, non breakable dinner plates and bowls would be great. And it would be nice to have one kitchen cabinet empty to put food in. We had to put food in the laundry room. And the DVD player wasn't hooked up. Small things. Easily fixed.

That view!!!!! Beautiful location, quiet and comfortable. Great view of Beaver Lake with easy access to dock, trails, and total relaxation. The layout, pool, and deck were excellent. Clean and just as advertised. Thanks for stay!!

Absolutely amazing!!!
I can’t recommend this property enough!!! The space is truly amazing and even bigger and better than the photos portray. It was perfect for three couples and had everything we needed. Not to mention the view is absolutely incredible! Besides a boat day on the lake, we did not leave the property. The hosts were wonderful as well - Whitney was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. We did not want to leave and hope to be back someday!

Magical View of Beaver Lake!
We just returned from our three day weekend and had the best time. We have some friends that have a boat slip near by and staying here made it so simple to drive back and forth. The deck(s) have outstanding views of Beaver Lake. The home was well stocked for all our needs. The pool was definitely enjoyed by “most” of us. My friend has a little bit of height anxiety so she was fine sitting on the side. We hope to be able to go back again! Thank you, Jon and Whitney for allowing us to enjoy your home at Beaver Lake!

Perfectly relaxing
We.had decided that our girls trip should be someplace relaxing. Other than a trip to Eureka Springs we never left the property. The house was a perfect set up. The view was breathtaking and the pool provided all the entertainment we needed. The weather was HOT! There was everything needed both outdoors and indoors to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for any group of people looking to getaway to visit, relax, and have fun.

Perfect Vacation Getaway Family Getaway right here in the Ozarks!
Absolutely breathtaking views! Beautiful scenery on the porch at all times of day (morning, afternoon, evening & star gazing). The porch is located on the east side of the house so the pool is almost totally shaded by the afternoon, making it a great place to hang out in the afternoon and early evening without having to use sunscreen. :) My teen boys (14 & 17) absolutely loved having the space to hang out in such beautiful scenery and have access to our own personal pool. It was the perfect size for the four of us! We spent lots of time eating and playing games on the porch, as well.
Amenities were perfect! Everything we needed was there (minus shampoo - just throw some in when you pack). The cookware was in good shape (not always my experience with VRBO) and there were even spices and condiments on hand.
The only part that we found the least bit less than perfect was the 3rd bedroom. It was located downstairs away from everything else and did not have easy access to a bathroom. It felt very much like a different space. We just decided to all stay upstairs but if a third bedroom was needed it would totally practically take care of the need. Just didn't have the same warm and inviting feel as the rest of the house in our opinion. My boys mentioned that it would make an awesome game room and that probably would have driven them down there despite it feeling like a very separate space.
Overall, this place was amazing!!! When we posted social media post on our trip I was getting request for info about booking it nearly everyday of our trip. It is lovely and the perfect getaway! Don't hesitate to book this one! My boys are already asking if we can go back and we just left this morning.

Just Wow!
We took our high school/college age kids here for a summer getaway. We booked the house in the winter not knowing where things would be with the pandemic. Our expectations were surpassed by miles. The property was very easy to find & was located just a jump to both Bentonville & Eureka Springs. The sunrise at 5am was out of this world. A storm the previous day left a blanket of fog over Beaver Lake. For the photography buffs in our clan, this was heaven. We spent only one day by the pool due to the unseasonably cool temps. However the pool was very clean and enjoyable. Thanks for having us! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing & memorable stay.

Breathtaking View!!
Our 6 person group included 4 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 8). The house was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed and wanted. The pool was amazing! We all enjoyed it! The view was gorgeous, my 8 year old son frequently commented on how much he loved it. The owners were very responsive prior to our stay. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay, but I’m sure they would have responded quickly if we needed anything. They live nearby so if there were any issues, they would be able to help. We highly recommend this house and will definitely keep it in mind for a future trip!

Gorgeous Views
The property was absolutely beautiful and the pictures of the views did not do it justice. Gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. House was very clean and nice. The owner was there and a couple of my friends who arrived before I did were able to chat with him and get a quick tour of the property, which was nice. The only big disappointment was the pool wasn't usable, which was the entire reason I chose this property. I got the impression that it was a last minute realization before our stay that the filter/pump weren't working. Totally understand that things happen and it is what it is, but to me it would've been appropriate to offer back a discount since that's one of the main things advertised about this property, and we weren't able to use it. It wasn't their fault, and things happen, but I did reach out asking about that and didn't get a response, which was disappointing. Overall, I would stay here again and we loved the house, the views and our girls weekend getaway.
