Budget hotel and room pictures dont match

The only good thing were the stuff were well behaved. Also we were very busy and remained outside most of the time, so not much interaction.

Given its a budget hotel, i cannot expect 2/3* services. Still, The room was not cleaned even once in our 11 days stay. Also, towels were not regularly replaced. We had to inform them personally. The bulb was missing in the table lamp, and (maybe its me) the room didnot look like the advertised pictures.

The entrance was dirty, the lobby was dirty, the lift was appalling- smelly dirty and disgusting. The lobby and entrance was enough to know - I am not sleeping here. It was during the period of the Marathon and all hotels were either booked out or extremely expensive. Opted for this last minute. Payed double in the end - they never refunded my money. I left for a designer hotel in Berlin city. I didn’t stay: room one was dirty as hell, the floor the bathroom, the chair the bed, the doors were hit by a fist or foot - totally broke. The night table broken, night lamp broken, bed had two different kinds of cushions. The hotel is used as a brothel. In the time spend there, I saw many half naked women and young men unbelievable. The hotel never responded to my emails event though the receptionist which was polite, she understood the situation immediately and said I wasn’t the first to complain it would happen in regular basis. She was sure I would get a refund- which I did not. I paid~180€ for 2 nights not staying there.

Schrecklich

Ich habe, weil ich nur einen 5 ständigen Aufenthalt in Berlin hatte, ein Mehrbett Zimmer gewählt. Das war die reinste Katastrophe! Es hat gestunken, die Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert, so dass man nicht mal sein Handy/Laptop laden konnte und von den„Mitbewohnern“ will ich erst gar nicht anfangen.!

Das Personal war nett :)

Es war dreckig und unaufgeräumt. Es gab sehr viele Flecken im Bad und es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Im Flur stand ein Riesen gerät gegen Bettwanzen, welches sehr laut war und die ganze Zeit lief und man darübersteigen musste um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Es wurde nicht gewischt und waren Flecken die kleben auf dem Boden. Es hat nach kacke gerochen und unter dem Hotel in der Bar lief bis tief in die Nacht laute Musik.

Zimmer zwar sauber, aber heruntergekommenen Gebäude. Zimmerausstattung mehr als mäßig. Ausser Betten keine Möbel. Nichts zum Ablegen von Gepäck, kein Regal oder Schrank.

Ablauf in Dusche hat nicht funktioniert und hat sehr gestunken. Zudem wurde das Wasser nicht warm. Bis 1:00 nachts waren die anderen Gäste noch sehr laut.

Zum nur 1-2 Nächte schlafen reicht es. Es darf kein kompfort erwartet werden. Dafür Preis ok.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Das Zimmer war sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Es gab nur das Bett und ein angeschraubtes kleines Regal. Nicht mal zwei Bügel gab es, woran Jacken oder Ähnliches aufgegangen werden konnten. Es fehlte auch ein Tisch zur Ablagemöglichkeit. Im Badezimmer fehlten auch Hacken oder Ähnliches um Handtücher abzulegen und Abstellmöichkeiten für Kulturtasche, etc. Fenster konnten nicht komplett verdunkelt werden. Für ein Nichtraucher Hotel, hat das Zimmer sehr muffig gerochen. (Kalter Qualm, wie in einer Kneipe zu vergleichen)

Nicht was ich gebucht habe und bekommen habe ist unterschiedlich und ich musste nochmal in der Rezeption nochmals mit Bar zuzätzlich nochmals Zuzahlung machen

Für einen kurzen Trip zu empfehlen, durch den günstigen Preis.

Das Bett war bequem, es war sauber und das Zimmer hatte an sich einen angenehmen Vibe abgegeben.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und aktuell funktioniert die Heizung nicht, aber da wir nur für eine Nacht geblieben sind, hat das nicht weiter gestört.

Extrem,ekelige Ruine.

Es ist keine Unterkunft. Es ist ein heruntergekommene Absteige, die abgerissen werden sollte. Ich habe in meinem Leben sowas ekliges nicht gesehen. Da Zimmer war dreckig. die Matratzen und Kissen durchgeschlafen.Ich habe den Fehler gemacht unter dem Bett zu gucken. Hätte ich das doch mal nicht gemacht. Da lag alles mögliche drunter. Der Klodeckel war kaputt. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht zuziehen. Wir mussten es abschließen. Ich habe dort 2 von 3 gebuchten Nächten verbracht. Nachdem ich dort Bettwanzen entdeckt habe, bin ich endgültig abgehauen. Es wurde nicht mal der Müll weggebracht. Ich bin kurz davor diese Unterkunft Anzuzeigen. Mit Zimmerfotos, die überhaupt nicht existieren und Sauberkeit, werden Menschen betrogen.Das ist eine Ruine, die sogar Gesundheitsgefährdend ist. Ich füge einige Fotos bei. Diese Unterkunft sollte aus Booking.com rausgenommen werde. Ich werde mir zweimal überlegen müssen, ob ich über Booking.com nochmal buchen kann. So eine Absteige sollte es hier nicht geben. Das ist alles andere als ein modernes Hostel wie es bei bei booking steht!!!

Room so dirty

There were some problems with the keys of our room, and we had to do the check-in very late. Besides, the room was really dirty, the floor was so sticky and there was so much garbage there. But at least they cleaned it, but we had to wait so much time.

Very aggressive and rude receptionist, there was paid parking though it says on booking.com it isnt, elevator out of order, hoard of smoking probably illegal immigrant men that we had to push through to get inside! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I felt unsafe and exclusively bad vibes! But one thing is sure, they couldnt care less!

The rooms had bed bugs, very dirty and the receptionist very arrogant. In all the rooms I booked, the toilets were smelling and rooms doors were not solid. I changed 4 rooms, still had the same situation. I can´t recommends this hotel to people.

Literally nothing, its the worst hotel witch i have seen in my life.

Every things was dirty and sticky, even a cover was dirty and not fresh... About stuff i dont even have a words. So really dont stop in this terrible place... Somebody should check it and close it...

4 days at Ootel.com

Quiet, nice kebab bistro nearby. Easy to get to city centre from metro.

Not clean enough. Stains on the room floor, VERY squeaky beds. The booking page says that towels are provided for each room, but we had to go and ask MULTIPLE times, only to be redirected from the reception to the cleaning lady - back and forth. The rooms didn't get cleaned in our 4 days of stay aswell.

No elevator, room on the 6th floor

After I reserved the room, they told me that the elevator was broken... I asked them for a room on the first floor because I was with children, including a baby, and I had a stroller... They refused and gave me a room on the sixth floor, and it was the most difficult!

Cheap but horrible one. No elevator, rude staff and stinky bathroom

Just cheap, that's it. But a horrible one.

The building has no elevator and they mentioned it in the list of amenities. WTF!!! They were not even sorry and were accusing us why we didn't read that there isn't any elevator. We had to climb 6 floors with 30 kg of luggage and my old parents who had knee problems. No wheelchair access either. The absolute worst experience I've ever had in any stay. The room stinks with the bathroom smell and the broken bunk beds are fixed with wooden sticks. At the end my bed's mattress went through these wood supported parts. Avoid at any cost.
