Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Die Lage ein paar Minuten von der U5 ist super. Das Personal war bei jeder Gelegenheit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe einmal das abendliche Buffet genutzt und war nicht nur pappsatt, sondern auch begeistert!.

Das Hotel versprüht noch ein wenig den Charme vom alten Ostberlin, passt aber irgendwie auch.

Good hotel over all

Great location, comfy beds, nice view from 5th floor. Some of the hotel staff super friendly & helpful.

That there was no kettle in the room and you had to pay to get one. Some of the hotel staff not friendly, was like 50/50 split.

Schönes Zimmer mit sehr guter Größe und toller Aussicht im 10 Stock, schönes Badezimmer alles sehr sauber . Tolles Frühstück , besonders nettes Personal

Es war sehr heiß an dem Tag und es gab einen kleinen Ventilator, das war gerade so ausreichend direkt unterm Dach. Evtl nicht geeignet bei heißen Temperaturen. Das Kopfpolster war abgeschabt (Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau)

It is advertised as having aircon but really it's just a little fan so it did get a tiny bit hot. It is really not central but there is a metro station close by.

The location of the hotel is very good. Although it’s a bit far from the city centre, there is a tram station nearby to the historic centre of the old city, which is very convenient. Since our room faced west it was very hot during the day but we were all visiting the old town so it didn’t bother me.

Good accommodation for one night, but go get your breakfast somewhere else!

Spacious room and bathroom. Over all very clean and super friendly staff.

No Mini Bar or sweet snacks available. Breakfast was not nearly as good as described in other reviews - not a lot to choose from and unsatisfying quality. Also the subway passes right below the hotel which one can hear and feel.

OK for once and a one night stay but not again if I have the choice.

Staff was nice and helpful.

Very old style and sterile rooms and heavily used furniture. The pictures in the internet hide that it's a big concrete building with no flair. Especially for the price. I have been to many places 30% cheaper that were much better.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Parking is large. But it costs 6 Euro. (Booking.com said 4 euro but it seems, it's increased.. ) Not far from the U-Bahn. There is a supermarket close by.

Near the park and Ubahn Station

Too Expensive for what is offered- 4 Star Hotel that feels and looks more like a 2 star. Outdated Lobby- no bar- only option to get drinks is from the vending machines as in a cheap motel. Outdated rooms- no coffee , no tea not a single bottle of water... NOTHING...When we asked for Water we were told to use the vending machines in the lobby!!

This should be advertised as a bed only hotel and should be rated at 2 star.

The room was clean and quiet.

I cannot understand how this hotel is rated 4 star. It has no bar, no restaurant available to hotel guests at night, breakfast was v expensive 20euro per guest and they tried to charge us 20 euro per person to use the sauna which was not switched on , they wanted you to book the sauna 1 hour in advance so they could switch it on, that is not how a sauna works. I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel that tried to charge the guests to use the wellness suite.? very strange and no bar??The rooms also need upgrading big time.

The location next to Tierpark is great. Underground U5 is in walking distance.

The pillows in bed are not nice, too soft. 19€ for breakfast was too much for us.

I could come back

only one man at the reception which I forget his name (he gives me water boiler for making food for my child also it’s quite at night and you will feel comfortable

expensive, no mini bar no water boiler, small tv, daily cleaning service rude staff not smiling this maybe this country nature, food is horrible for MENA only cake is the best

Disappointing

Location was good nearby U5 which stops near all the highlights and runs the whole night

Pillows with barely any filling, hard matresses, no changing of the sheets when housekeeping came, old room, no ventilation, flat screen smaller than the average smartphone. Definetly nog worth 4 stars more like 2.5
