comfortable bed
very loud. you can hear rooms closing their doors, talking, elevator noises, plumbing / bathroom / shower in our rooms. it’s as if you’re right next to all of the noise. I didn’t sleep at all! the shower is also either extremely hot or very cold. it changes temperature by itself as you’re showering

Very loud area with clubs and pubs right outside until 3am. Room was great and bed very comfortable. No option to eat in the hotel for dinner which was disappointing, room service only which we didn’t want

The girls at front desk are incredibly helpful and sweet. My room was cleaned exceptionally three nights. The breakfast and restaurant area was very clean and the food was delicious. I asked the front desk for a professional massage within the hour I had a professional 80 minute massage and it was top of the line in my room. I don't have a single complaint. Also the elevators are excellent and fast
I really do not have a single complaint. There is nothing I saw that could be better.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a central area of Quito.
This hotel is in the center of many bars so it was very noisy at night until ~2/3 am. So, depending on what you’re looking for, this may or may not be good for you!

Nice staff, good rooms, good breakfast
location is terrible, middle of the party scene, very noisy and crowded neighborhood at night, takes long time to get in n out the area

The room was a decent size and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
The noise. There was very little soundproofing in the room and it felt like the DJ from
the bar on the street was in our room despite being on the 9th floor.
the room also lacked aircon or a fan meaning it became very stuffy.

location in the center of the tourist district, the hotel is clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast good
There is a lot of noise in the breakfast area. Many guests, would-be businessmen, recklessly make loud phone calls, and the TV is playing in the room - it's very disturbing.
7.0
- good breakfast (but no offer of vegetables)
- comfortable bed
- free parking
- very noisy night Saturday/Sunday (location of the hotel near "Plaza foch"). So, if you like peace for sleeping, I don't recommend this hotel for the weekend.
- there wasn't drinking water in the room
