About this cottage rental
Visit mid-Wales and find the small villages and towns and enjoy wonderful wildlife.. 16 steps to entrance.
All on the First Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: 32" Freeview TV, DVD Player, Sofa Bed (Double)
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Games room with Wi-Fi, games console and TV (shared with other properties on-site).. Large enclosed garden. 3-acre natural grounds with woodlands, sitting-out area, garden furniture, children’s play area and BBQ (shared with other properties on-site). Tennis court (shared). Fishing on-site (licence required). Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. There is a lake in the grounds, 100 yards away.. If you are looking for a rural retreat then these barn conversions, Magpie (ref UK6546), Kite 2 (ref UK6547), Robin’s Retreat (ref UK6548) and Kite 1 (ref UK6549) are ideal. Set in a secluded valley 8 miles from the market town of Builth Wells, surrounded by countryside, woodlands and a fishing lake. There is plenty here to keep yourselves and the children amused, with a mini golf course (6 holes) and a games room with console and TV, along with books games and literature about the area. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage and communal areas such as the games room, pool area and reception. If you fancy some quiet time then head to the lake where there is fly and coarse fishing (catch and throw back) or simply wander through the countryside and watch the plentiful wildlife in their daily habitat. There are plenty of birds to see here including red kites. Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 8 miles.
Kite 2 can be booked together with Magpie (ref UK6546), Robin’s Retreat (ref UK6548), Kite 1 (ref UK6549) to accommodate up to 14 guests.
