It was a really good time

The location is not bad at all, the apartment is nicely furnished, there is also a private parking lot, but the downside is that we searched for a place for a long time, but that was our trouble.

I would definitely stay again

Fantastic modern accommodation, secure, specious and well equipped. Location also great, 20 minutes or so to most tourists points.

Only complaint, the apartment was so nice that one didn't feel like venturing out.

Exceptional

The apartment is exceptionally equipped and very clean. The location is great! It is located in a complex of buildings that are separated from outside by a gate. In the nearby area there is a bakery, supermarket and several restaurants. I recommend this apartment to families with kids as well.

Very good experience, met our expectations for a two nights stay on our visit of the city.

The property is in enclosed and secured area. Very quiet, considering there's more than 200 flats around. Car park accessible without going out of the building. Very nice, polite people around. Quite strong wi-fi.

No concerns. The only thing that I'd mention is the parking slot not being located directly by the staircase entrance. It's not a problem per se but it did confuse me at the very beginning. I would suggest Ms. Kasia to inform your visitors the number of the staircase where the apartment is, in your welcoming message.

Top notch apartment in quiet area

Great place, everything top notch. Got detailed instructions from the host on accessing the appartment. Nice and quiet area, but easy to get to the city centre by taxi. Nice cafes and small grocery shops in the area.

Very clean, a lot of space for 4 people. Bright, colourful. The owner always responded to everything we asked for.

Old furniture, not enough towels for four persons. Basically, far from the city center ( half an hour by bus, sometimes more because of the traffic)

Burning pot on the balcony and an apartament smelling of smoke

Good location

We arrived to the smell of a burning plastic plant pot on the balcony. The administrator was on vacation and the owner of the flat didn't respond to us. The only person who was in the lobby didn't speak much english and didn't know how to help us. The sofa was also very stained. We had to sleep in the smell of melting plastic. We later contacted the building manager who told us he will write to the owner, but it's been over a week and we still haven't gotten an answer. We believe we should get at least a partial refund for the inconvenience! Very dissappointed.

Bad

1. There is only 1 sofa bed instead of 2 in bedroom 2, which doesn’t match the order info and caused inconvenience for us. 2. The hair dryer is broken. 3. The house owner acted negatively to solve our problems, instead of giving a solution or remedy, she at first ignored our messages deliberately(cuz I told her that I would send her a message immediately from booking platform via phone) and then gave a reminder to tell us the checkout policy which was very rude from our side.

Highly recommended for a family travelling with a vehicle

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was very secure and there was a full service laundromat and bakery on site.

The only issue was that the futon was a little hard but the bed was very comfortable.
