About this cabin rental
Looking for an “Unplugged” Get-away Vacation come true?!?
So many past guests have commented on how wonderful it is to have children, family and friends unplug and truly have an enormously wonderful time interacting “in the old-fashion way”! Little cell service, no Wi-Fi
.
This cabin has easy access lake frontage on TWO sides! You can actually walk right out the lower-level doors to the two-tiered spacious deck, and down the deck steps and be right in the water. There is a large swim deck waiting for you to enjoy swimming, fishing or simply relaxing on the water!
The spacious great room on the main level is all glass on three sides, with cathedral ceilings that give great views from every window. (The master bedroom/loft is just above the great room and enjoys these same great views!) There is a welcoming wood burning stove in the great room to take the edge off any chilly nights and two comfy leather couches with additional chairs for plenty of seating.
Whether opting to gather at the large dining table or eat at the kitchen bar (or use both) you’ll find plenty of room for meals for larger groups. The Kitchen is known for being extremely well supplied with all kinds of cooking equipment, utensils, etc. - this is NOT a bare bone set kitchen!
With 4 bedrooms (3 kings 1 queen) and two full bathrooms, situated on three levels, you will find plenty of space to stretch your legs and not be crowded. This cabin sits at the water’s edge, surrounded by 145 secluded private acres of wilderness to explore.
It is well worth the drive and the outside world feels a million miles away. If you like counting stars at night, this is the place to stay.
"Pet Fee for each dog per stay, up to 3 dogs maximum, is $45.00 per dog
(Only first dog is included in quoted price. Please call or message back, if you are bringing more than one.)"
There is a boat launch close to the house so you can easily tie up to floating swim deck which you are welcome to use during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE:
**No WiFi available
**Some cell phone service providers do not have cell towers around areas of Beaver Lake and due to the position of the cabin, often times guests must go back up to the road (approx.. ½ miles from the cabin) to obtain cell service.
**There is NO HUNTING allowed on this property!
**This cabin is located down 6 miles of gravel/dirt/rocky groomed county roads and right at the water's edge of Beaver Lake. And then ½ - ¾ miles driveway in after you go through the gate. This driveway is dirt/rock/wild grasses and can be rutted if we get a lot of rain in the days before your arrival. The homeowner does his best to keep this driveway graded, but we highly recommend an all-wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles, just in case, and DO NOT recommend taking a trailer down to the cabin. (Many 2 wheel drive vehicles make it just fine, but definitely NOT pulling a trailer.) There is a large meadow just left of the gate, INSIDE the property, where you can safely store your trailer.
**There is no "land line" available at this property.
**FIREWOOD for the outside Fire-pit or inside Wood stove is available. $95 for a "Cord", (plus tax). Please pre-order at least two weeks in advance.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers
and Eureka Springs .
Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

Overall good experience. The location alittle difficult to get to but worth it. Water was great beautiful scenery. Cabin overall nice and well stocked. The outside has multiple decks which is nice but the antenna on the house was hanging in precariously over where people sit or walking if any wind came up could fall in someone. Had 2 people including small child stung by hornets on the deck. The path to the dock from the deck was muddy and eroded difficult for small children to negotiate. I would say not a great place for children under 5.

My family and I stayed at the Hamley-Lakefront Retreat for the first time recently. Our stay was amazing! The cabin is magnificent with the most beautiful and peaceful views of the lake. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed - we only needed to bring food, all other supplies were provided. We really enjoyed our time there and certainly hope to return next year.

We loved our stay at this lakeside cabin. So relaxing and the view is incredible. The cabin is well stocked with supplies and extras. I will miss sipping my morning coffee and overlooking the lake. We also spotted an Eagle, deer, and chipmunks. So relaxing!

Like most of the properties in this area there are long dirt roads to take you to the home. 4 or all wheel drive highly recommended. Home is located on the lake with beautiful views, lots of privacy. Home needs some upgrades in bathrooms and furniture. Made the mistake of looking for kids toy under couch cushion. Probably never cleaned. Would definitely go back except the cleaning products they used were so toxic that we could not use the lower level which included king bed and bathroom. Not sure if the cleaner was masking a problem but NO ONE wanted to go down the basement. The numerous animal heads hanging over the bed were also a turn off. One maybe. 10 was a bit much. Wanted to love everything about the home as the people we dealt with were helpful and friendly. But until they come up with a more home friendly cleaner it will be a no go. Also half of the windows either did not work or did not have screens. Was a beautiful week weather wise but couldn’t even open home to air it out. If you are at all sensitive to smells and cleaners I would avoid.

We had a great time at this house! Wonderful views of the water and great hiking trails. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and everything was clean. No complaints here.

The property and lake were nice but the property is badly misrepresented in the listing. The "dirt road" is an off-road trail at best and this is coming from someone that lives on a dirt road! The house sits on 5 acres not 145!!!! This property is ON THE SIDE OF A MOUNTIAN! We had no idea there was a mountain range there. The "driveway" has a 250 foot decent from the gate to the house, most of which is in the second half of the drive. There are large roots and football sized rocks/boulders all over the trail. The worst part is once you get to the second half of the driveway there is no possible way to turn around so you are stuck going all the way down to the house. We have a newer SUV with all-terrain tires but it is 2WD and were barely able to leave the property. We were literally stuck there for 2 days without food and no way to leave to get any. The owner was unreachable and there is no internet or cell phone service at the house. We had to walk the half mile back to the road to even attempt to make calls. VRBO did nothing to help us get a refund, the host has never even visited the property to see how bad the driveway is, and the owner won't answerr my calls for a refund. We barely spent two nights there out of a 6 night stay. We would have left immediately if we could have! I will NEVER visit ANYWHERE IN ARKANSAS EVER AGAIN!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

This was our second stay. Our favorite part was how secluded it is & how close the cabin is to the water & cove. Cabin was beautiful, clean & spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the relaxing getaway we needed! No reception was a selling point for me to force us as a family to reconnect and just enjoy each other. The cabin is perfect and has everything you need! The water is by far the most beautiful lake water I have ever seen. The cove was so calm and quiet. The wildlife was the best part! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We visited this property 4 year ago and returned this year. Like last time, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. This is a MARVELOUS location. There were signs of property aging (e.g, old dish washer, slumped steps/porch), but nothing that would deter us from visiting again.

Very peaceful place to be. Just a nice place to relax and get away from it all!

Have stayed at this cabin for 5 years in a row now. Fits perfectly for what we do. Private cove with calm water for paddle boarding, Pontoon swim deck serves as good dock for our 23' wake boat with easy access to the Big Clifty channel of Beaver Lake, and plenty of room for up to 8 adults. Distance from town and 4 to 6 miles of gravel road frontage could be detracting if you are not primarily interested in the lake but we go to Eureka or Rogers every evening for meals so not a big deal for us.

This was our second time at this property and looking forward to coming back again. We love the outdoor space and being able to disconnect from the outside world for a few days. We enjoyed campfires, kayaking, hiking and fishing while we were here. So nice to be able to bring our dogs with us as well. Thank you again for sharing this home!

The house is great, perfectly clean, with a layout that worked well for us. Everything we needed was there, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The lake and the entire property are just beautiful and we hope to come back soon.

Best Place On Beaver Lake
If you want a place very secluded and private, this is the place to be. Could not be happier with our experience. It was everything we wanted it to be. We will be back!!!

We keep coming back!
This is our 3rd family vacation here. It's like coming home. A place full of beauty and peacefully quiet, but full of activities to keep the kiddo's busy and content. Better than any fancy hotel in any city. Home away from home.

Great Getaway!
Beautiful home and great location! A little difficult to find after we turned on the gravel road, since a lot of the side roads are not clearly marked! But overall a great vacation! Highly recommended!

The cabin was nice and the location is beautiful and much worth the travel!
We did have issues with the manager not sending the code to the lock box (contained the key for the gate and house) as well as not responding to questions/concerns during stay. The owner on the other hand was gracious and helpful (when we arrived the key was not in the lock box) and came to our rescue, from 45 min away, to bring us a key!

Beautiful place
Incredible place, beautiful property, beautiful cabin. The property managers/owner were extremely helpful in making sure we got there in spite of a winter storm that rolled in. They even moved the dates over one day to give us time to travel there. It was a bit of an adventure getting to this cabin, but isn’t that what you want??

My husband, goofy boxer and I have been here twice in the past year and we love it’s remoteness and natural beauty. There’s basically no cell service or wifi at the house which is what I needed after losing my father suddenly. Canadian geese, chipmunks, wild turkeys and a bald eagle were spotted. We brought our paddle boards and ventured around the area. I wish we lived here!🤗

This house was perfect! Remote and secluded and had EVERYTHING that we needed.
The property had deer and turkeys running around on our walks, the fire pit was perfect for an evening of talking and laughing together.
And OMG, the kitchen had everything we needed to fix our meals! Very well stocked kitchen gadgets.
It was perfect!

We loved this secret hideaway! The weather didn't cooperate where we had several periods of rain followed by a cold front that brought cold air and wind, which then took the fish away. This home is very nice, with great views, easy access to the lake and many opportunities to explore (a lot of land!). The main reason for the slightly lower scores is around window covers, where there are very few if any, specifically the basement bathroom. Understand the seclusion of the area, but when you're on vacation, you might want to sleep in at times and would like the option of sun in or out. And the bathroom, would prefer privacy. Others have stated the drive in and out of the home can be a challenge and during the fall season as leaves fall, it can be difficult to follow the "path" to the home. While we liked the limited access to the outside world, we did start as we were walking along rock formations to find fishing spots, if something would happen, without wireless and internet access, you wouldn't have quick resources to reach out for help. Again, nothing critical, just things you think about in today's easy access world.
This is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The kitchen has most of anything you can think of. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The items I've posted are for awareness as each renter is different as to their preferences. And the weather during our visit wasn't ideal but the home is very nice.

The cabin is perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped, everything you need if you want to cook. There is plenty of space to store enough groceries for a week without having to make a run into town. The water is crystal clear, the views are amazing! Everyone had a very good time just lazing around in the water. If you want a phone/Wi-Fi signal it will require a walk up the very steep road leading to the cabin. One morning we saw a family of otters playing on the opposite shore. It was so peaceful and relaxing, we look forward to getting back to the cabin again.

Probably 6th time we have stayed here so we obviously like it. Secluded cove provides great view and swimming. Tied boat to swim dock with no issues. Location is somewhat remote with about a 30-45 minute trip to town.
