Oberflächlich sauber, dahinter alles schmutzig. Im 3. Stock, abgetretene Treppe, kein Aufzug. Bald mit defekten, schimmelnden Fugen. Nicht markierte Stufe im Bad, Sturzfalle! Alte verbrauchte Handtücher. Sehr laut im Haus, Fenster ohne Lärmschutz bei sehr lautem Straßenverkehr. ...

A short but pleasant stay between ferry and train connections.

Pleasant and comfortable design and fittings. Good location near a shop and restaurants. Was able to contact the owner to get his email contact.

The stairs to the third floor apartment were very dark when we arrived and departed at night and advice should be given where to find the lights. Required to send a photo of our passports to the owner by email - but could not do this securely thru Booking .com on my phone while travelling

Disappointing

The location was great, the owner was helpful.

Really hard to find parking. The apartment was not clean, there was empty bottles of soup, the floors were dirty, the washing machine was full of wet cloths.

we checked in, stayed and left the following morning. apartment is as described

spacious, tall ceilings, lots of fans, plenty of blankets and pillows, had a drier!

shower was not large enough to fit two morbidly obese Americans :( Bathed in canal instead

Very good

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the main part of town. It suited us perfectly for a single night before catching the ferry to Corsica and was very good value for money.

Parking can be a problem. The property is located in a busy part of town and you have to take your chances with street parking.

Nice place to stay in Livorno.

Good price value, big place, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good instructions how te enter the facility from the staff, nice location in the city.

It could use you a little renovation (especially the ceiling) and some furniture could be fixed up a little (one chair in the kitchen was very wobbly). The street can get a little noisy, but we didn't mind that too much..

Central, but needs some care

Good position in Livorno, some nice restaurants nearby. Close to the city centre. Full apartment with all amenities.

Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer not in a good condition, mouldy. The apartment seems not well taken care of.

Nice apartment for a stay in Livorno

- Well placed into the center - Good self-check-in and communication with the host - large apartment, comfortable bed - excellent value for the money, a lot of options for a long stay (washing machine and also drying machine, cooking place)

- the apartament is at the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so you will be on the stairs with the luggage - rooms can be improved, towels also and the hot water pressure, but improving these will probably increase the price per night.

Very good

Nice big apartment. Individual accommodation (box of codes) - very good communication with the owner. Good location in the city center. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you need.

The apartment is on the third floor and without an elevator in the building, which is why the boarding of the heavy suitcases on the steep stairs caused us a certain inconvenience. We arrived late in the afternoon and it was very difficult to find free parking place nearby.

Perfect Location

The apartment is situated close to everything yet it’s not too noisy (especially if you run the table fan at night). The bed is super comfortable. Alex was quick to answer all our questions.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge for us older folks but it did say in the listing that there was no elevator so it is on us.

Central location, nearby city centre. Parking spaces available in front of the door, but you need to pay between 8 AM and 8 PM for €1 p/h. Flexible check-in.

Noisy neighborhood, heard some people drinking at the bar downstairs. No airconditioning. Facilities bit outdated.

Superb

Nice large and spacious apartment with individual check-in (via a code box) located in the city center. Great communication with the owner. I recommend the great café Caffè Julie for breakfast just across the street.

Unfortunately, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. No air conditioning, only a fan. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom and the TV is located only in the living room.
