Beim Eintritt in die Rezeption hat es bereits sehr intensiv gerochen. Die Vermutung lag auf den Duftstäben, im späteren Verlauf stellte sich heraus, das es in den Zimmern genauso penetrant parfümiert roch. Dieser Geruch ging einem so nahe, das die Atemwege darunter gelitten haben und die Augen zu jucken begonnen haben. Wir haben es als sehr gesundheitsschädlich empfunden. Also wenn euch etwas an eurer Gesundheit liegt…. Wir wurden in ein anderes Apartment umgebucht, bei dem wir den Hinweis bekommen haben; es sei noch nicht in der Endreinigung gewesen (dementsprechend war dann auch die Sauberkeit).Das Personal erzählt uns, das der Geruch von den genutzten Putzmittel komme. Während unseres Aufenthaltes rochen wir diesen Geruch in regelmäßigen Abständen, was darauf schließen lies, dass dieser als „Reinigung“ o.ä. durch die Belüftungsanlage kam. Wir konnten diese auch nicht verschließen oder abstellen. Gebäude ist im Allgemein-Zustand alt und riecht teils modrig und feucht. Halbherzige Sanierungen: Bsp.Küchenfliesen wurden schlampig übermalt und überall sind Farbflecken. Personal reagiert unfreundlich auf Beschwerden und Fragen.

Receptionist molto gentili e disponibili, appartamento molto bello e degno di nota il set di cortesia per la sua ricca dotazione. Ancora prima dell'arrivo sono state fornite via email una serie di utili informazioni relative al soggiorno a Livorno come elenco dei ristoranti consigliati e monumenti/musei da vedere/visitare.

I highly recommend - perfect place to relax.

Very nice service and reception staff. The reception was opened especially for me even though I arrived outside of its opening hours. Swimming pool - a revelation. Lifeguards - very communicative with a very good command of English. The apartments are fully equipped, comfortable. Parking - included in the price of the apartment.

Comfortable stay.

Private Secured parking. New facilities, well equipped!

Given a long inventory list but there were missing items. No formal acknowledgement, so hopefully not attributed to you. They could have added a washing machine inside.

Wonderful quiet hotel

Very quiet area a little away from the center of Livorno, which makes it perfect if you want to avoid the loud touristy places. Rooms were clean and spacious with all the needed utensils to make it a comfortable stay. It's relatively close to some major landmarks with Pisa just around the corner and San Gimignano, Florence and Bologna about hour and a half drive away.

The single bed wasn't the most comfortable, but passable. If you need some attractions near the hotel you may be disappointed as there is not much to do but it didn't really bother us as we enjoyed the quite atmosphere after the day of sightseeing.

nice and quite neighborhood near the sea front

located in a very nice neighborhood, very clean room towels and bedding and staff very helpful High security. Several usb plugs available at bed sides. Provided with many complementary kits for the kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice and well equipped kitchen, large new fridge relatively comfortable mattresses. Good wifi. Bicycles ( in good working conditions available for free. Car parking for free ( one car) Regulation of room temperature easy and accurate.

We booked an apartment for 4 pax . While the main room for 2 pax was very nice the second location was well under acceptable standards. The second room was dark as it had only a small arrogation widow very high. The room had the front door on ground floor which was at few meters from the parking and created no privacy . The management should not have accepted 4 guests or a serious warning should be given prior to book. It is not specified in which embarrassing situation of your stay. That apartment suits ( nicely) only 2 guests.

within walking distance of sea, bar, restaurant,supermarket and Bliss Massage/beauty/ hairdresser!

The staff on reception were fantastic! We had a mix up with the booking and they helped sort it very quickly and efficiently. On the day of departure they were also very helpful! They helped make the stay very pleasant. Flat was very clean and well presented Pool area very clean and well laid out, I saw the guys taking a sample and testing the water each afternoon. A little bar for some food/coffee would have been superb! Double room was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Within walking distance of sea, bar, restaurant,supermarket and excellent Bliss Massage/beauty/ hairdresser in the shopping complex.

The single room was pretty small dark due to the windows being small and high up. Don't suppose there is much can be done about that.

Not good, not recommended.

People tried to be nice, but seems that it's not always enough when quality of service are dumped.

Value for money was really bad and for 170 EU/day I'd expect more quality, sheets changing, toilette paper, soap, etc and all this sort of small details to be easily covered. But that was not the case and that's why my current rating. I understand the energy crisis, the post-pandemic economy, but I ignoring your customers is simply something I haven't imagine for the money we paid.

Extremely kind staff, helpful and supportive. The appartement was perfectly clean and comfortable. We stayed only one night but I can image to be there for the whole holiday. The pool is great.

Was ok for 1 night

The appartment was very practical, kitchen was well equipped. We got a nice proposal for eating pizza in nearby. The receptionist was very kind.

The shower was very tiny. The rules for the pool are quite strange as hats for 2€. Few options for dinner. Few visible possibilities for eating and shopping. Weak info about the ferries and its accurate locations, it was even misleadind!!! Pls improve it.
