we loved it. it was a great location but parking was a bit difficult if you have a car. if you don’t have a car you will

it was a great location, 10 minute or less walk from all the best places including city, food, shopping, and tourist spots!! Was very good and we enjoyed! If you have a car you need to pay to park in the hotels garage it is $15 a night. There is free parking on the street but hard to get a spot. We stayed for three nights and managed to get a spot on the second day. left our car there and walked everywhere.

there was only water in the mini fridge. would have Ben nice to have a snack in there. also the price was too much.

Poor

Bathroom smelled like urine. Shower was small and uncomfortable. Despite the shower curtain, water would get all over the floor. Breakfast was poor. No selection. Music outside was loud and prevented us from sleeping.

Good value for money for one night stay

Good value for money and well located for a one night stay.

Not close to the station as stated, takes a 30 minute bus to get there. The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower, we mentioned it to the man in the front desk who didn’t react much, he seemed very grumpy for most of our interactions with him and not very welcoming or friendly.

Great location, friendly staff, dirty floor, uncomfortable beds.

The receptionist was friendly. There was private parking available with a locked gate. Air-conditioning unit was operational.

The beds were very uncomfortable; new and harder mattresses are definitely needed. The floor hadn't been cleaned in a while, it was dirty and dusty.

Close to the harbour.

Receptionist didn’t speak English, we didn’t get any info about the hotel or city. He just took our IDs and gave us the keys. Bathroom wasn’t really clean. In the closet was a lot of dust.

Exceptional!

The staff is always willing to help you for any questions or requests the guests might have. The room was incredibly big and the bathroom as well. The room is provided with fridge, very comfortable beds and good airco system. The location is ideal. For a 3 stars Hotel, this one definitely exceed your expectations.

Perfect overnight before the ferry

Kind and welcoming staff, very helpful with all practical details. The location close to the ferry terminal and the possibility to park the car inside a garage. The family room is a bit small, but works fine for one night.

Close to the city centre but it is worth getting closer to the port. The city centre is not that interesting the seaside is a lot more beautiful and has more to do an see
