Clean, well appointed apartment. Roomy. Nice outlook and deck area. Resort has nice restaurants and facilities.
Room lacks adequate wi-fi. Lighting in the rooms a bit harsh. Bit of walk with steps to car park so luggage transferal not easy.

The apartment was perfect for a family stay. Lots of amenities and kitchen facilities suitable for an easy meal at home.

This was our first time to Fraser and have to say staying in this accommodation really made our family holiday Memorable. The Host provided plenty of information and clear directions. The property is well situated being close to everything, and very comfortable to come back to after a long day of adventures. We will be back. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Villa and will be back!!!
The property was clean, modern, well presented and had everything we needed.
Communication with the host was terrific and things could not have gone smoother.
Highly recommend.

The unit is very comfortable. Major components great - bathroom, washing machine, clothes drier etc. Deck area well set out. BBQ would be a worthwhile addition.
Kitchen utensils need upgrading, Add in a spatula, whisk, ladle, egg flip, small kitchen knives (preferably without serrated edges), knife sharpener. Also need a water jug for the fridge. Microwave dishes needed - or pyrex bowls.
Access is a bit tricky. Didn't realise car not easily accessible. Have to carry all your stuff down steep narrow pathway. Should be an alert there for people with mobility issues.

Let down by the cleanliness
We booked for 7 nights and what let the stay down was the cleanliness of the property. Deck hadn’t been swept from the previous guests and had sand everywhere. There were drip marks of something down the side of the kitchen walls which we saw as soon as we walked in, ring marks from cups where the benches hadn’t been wiped down. No frypan, other than an electric one that was scratched and either was too hot or not hot enough. The windows in the second bedroom were covered in dust and the wall with the double bed had a big patch from grubby feet. The bathroom door had a hard solid thing of dirt stuck to it, and needed to be wiped, which was gross. The exhaust fan was absolutely filthy and so clogged up with dust I can’t imagine it was of much use. The whole place needs a really good clean. It put a dampener on our stay. Please note there is no TV in the bedroom as mentioned in the photos and the phone didn’t work, which we reported to reception.

Perfect little retreat
It was an amazing getaway, great location clean and parking very close by. Sally was amazing and accepted us at very late notice while there was practically no accommodation left anywhere on the island, absolutely made our year thank-you so much! Great kitchen facilities and rest of the villa had everything we could of hoped for. If you get a chance to book this property, do it you won't regret it

Fantastic
Sally was fantastic to communicate with & very fast at responding & answering any questions. Perfect location & more than enough room for our family. Loved the beach view & front veranda. We even sat on the deck whilst the rain poured down. Sally was very helpful when COVID lockdowns & leave put a holt on our initial plans. Would definitely recommend to our family & friends.

Beautiful oasis
Lovely villa, sally was such a wonderful host with so much details emailed to me so i knew exactly what to do. Only thing I would note is the stairs to the property aren't friendly for people struggling with walking, though they wasn't a problem for us at all my mother definitely eould strughle if we were to go. Such a beautiful spot, you look down at the water, definitely has the best view of all the villas! Thank you so much, was amazing.

At home in paradise
Our stay at this property was amazing! It was super comfy and well equipped and we enjoyed returning after our days out exploring beautiful Fraser Island. Loved the outdoor furniture on the deck. Very comfy and inviting ...even when it rained we were very content reading on the deck and watching and listening to the rainfall. Really appreciated the air con also as we had a couple of very warm days. Slept like a log every night! The beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back another time! Highly recommend!

Overall the villa layout was excellent and suited us perfectly.
We had a wonderful time during our stay and it was so nice to come back to the villa after a long day of exploring Fraser island. The only negative for us was the lack of parking space close to the property. As we visited during a very busy time of year it was a bit more difficult with all of the neighbouring properties full. That being said we would love to return during the offpeak season and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Comfortable, clean, heaps of room & a great base to explore the island from.
We really enjoyed our stay! Everything you need is there. It’s roomy & comfy & well appointed. The only slightly negative thing I can say is the access to the property is tricky - the shortest route is via some steep stairs or a bit of a goat track. Needed a cool drink after getting all our bags etc! Overall it was a perfect base to relax after a big day adventuring!

Lovely. Very close to 'neighbours' though. Natural sounds were drowned out by humans

Clean, comfortable and relaxing!
Had a great stay, family of 5. Enjoyed the rugged beauty of Fraser Is and the mod cons of the resort.
The villa is comfortable and well appointed for cooking your own meals and lazing on the deck!

Very Comfortable
We enjoyed our stay at Satinay. The Villa had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. As we are elderly we discovered too late that we could get porters to help us to transport our luggage from our car, parked on the back road, to our Villa. We took advantage of this when we left. They were very helpful & prompt.

good for the family
lots of stairs to get too, parking was a hassle. bathroom wasn't cleaned properly we found removable eye lashes on the soap dispensers in the shower, we wiped the toilet before use and it wasn't clean. Water pressure was really bad in the shower. ceiling fans were very dusty and especially the windows. We boiled vegies on the cook top and the rangehood began to drip with oil, it has never been cleaned. Most kitchen utensils had to be washed before use. Overall bedding was ok and the foxtel and needs a good clean top to bottom. Not really worth for what we paid.
