This is a beautiful resort property. Quiet and luxurious. Convenient pool and beach access. It is located quite a distance from the "action" of Grace Bay with all the resorts, restaurants and snorkeling beaches. So be prepared to drive 25-30 minutes into the main areas of Provo. Also, the last 3 km is over a rutted dirt road to opt for a larger vehicle (SUV/jeep) when renting a car. Once we figured out the scene and geography of the island, it didn't bother us but for some it may be an issue. The condo itself is gorgeous and clean. Huge amount of space; three bedrooms, three balconies. Was a very relaxing week for our family.

Our hosts were always responsive and made checking in and checking out a breeze. It’s an amazing location right next to a national park. You are far enough away from down town that you get an amazing view of the nights sky. The amenities are great. My kids loved swimming in the pool and using the kayaks at the beach!

The property was perfect for our family of 6. There is plenty of space for a lazy day at the resort for a quiet day of sun and beach or pool. When we felt like adventuring out to the different beaches for better winds, they're all within a 20 min drive. The hosts were amazingly hospitable and responded with all the questions we had quickly. There are plenty of good restaurants and things to do on the island. Can't wait to come back!
For the adventurous, my only 2 recommendations are rent a Suburban or Tahoe for some of the roads to the hidden beaches. We did it with a minivan, but wish we had a little more ground clearance on some of the off the beaten paths. Bring something for shade at the remote beaches.

Beautiful place. The property is a bit isolated from the resorts but we picked it for that reason. It was only a 25 minute drive to the resort side.

My friends and I instantly felt at home at the condo especially due to there being a fully equipped kitchen. We are a cooking bunch so the kitchen hands down was our favorite feature of the house. We loved the physical layout of the condo and the entire property. The beautiful walkways and paths to the beach were especially beautiful and romantic. Besides the strong winds and slightly chilly evening temps, we had a wonderful stay and will surely be back’

Property is located away from the rest of the island - meaning 15-25 minute drive to get to Grace Bay Beach.
If it’s your first time in Caribbean’s I would recommend to choose a property closer to other amenities as you will not find any restaurants, grocery stores, bars, ice cream places or anything else that you usually do on vacation in approximate area of the condo.
Pool is very nice and that’s where we spend most of the time while on property vs the beach as the beach has tons of sea grass and swimming is not that enjoayable.
Beach is decent for morning walks.
Condo itself included all that you needed on vacation; our unit had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; we were very comfortable in it, although I would suggest that the unit be stocked more with paper essentials such as paper towels and additional toilet paper since grocery stores are not readily available in the area.
We could see water from the balconies.

The condo was extremely clean and really spacious. We loved each having our own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The resort itself is also very well maintained. The pool was great for our 3 year old and the beach was also fun - just a lot of seaweed but that didn't bother us and you can walk a bit and get to an area without seaweeds. Just keep in mind that there is no restaurant on site (at least not when we stayed) so you have to drive 15min+ to get to a grocery store or restaurant. Kevin and Susanne were very responsive and helpful. Recommended!

Both the unit and North Point resort were very well maintained. Our hosts were very helpful throughout the process. This is my first experience with VRBO and we could have not have been more pleased.

The property was exactly as described, communication with the owner Kevin was excellent. We mainly cooked our own meals, kitchen was fully equipped. There is a TON of space in the unit, beds were comfortable, unit was spotless. The pool area is amazing, beach is a short walk away over a boardwalk. Beach is not the best for swimming but excellent for sitting at, and the pool provided a perfect swim area. It is a drive from the other areas on the island. UT that provided quiet and the drive was not bad to shopping and excellent beaches like Taylors Bay and Grace Bay. Would definately stay here again!
4.8
When we arrived the condo was dirty. Food and dishes left out. Flys everywhere. Trash overflowing. Beds were slept in. The owner was able to bring in cleaning staff but no discount was offered. The cleaning staff worked late into the night so we couldn’t use the condo for the entire first day.

This was an amazing mini weekend for my hubby’s surprise birthday. He had no idea and this sweet spot at the Northwest Pointe was perfect for us to hang out, play cards, swim and have fun. We will be back!

My family (including 2 teens) and I thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Turks and Caicos over Christmas 2022. We loved the clear communication before we arrived-- it greatly helped for our first trip out there. The Northwest Resort is about 20 or so minutes from Grace Bay so be sure to rent a car. We didn't mind the drive as it gave us a sense of escape and privacy from other tourists while still being able to enjoy all the island has to offer. The condo itself was well-stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay and even cook at home as much as you want. We loved chatting with other owners and getting ideas from folks who live in the resort for long stretches of time. We loved both the beach and the pool options. Just a lovely time had by all!

The Unit : The 3 bed/3 Bath unit in Northwest Point Resort(NWP) is spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and we did. The pool and hot tub have been newly renovated and are in great shape. The pool was heated which was wonderful and the hot tub is actually hot with good jets. The balconies are have nice ocean views though this unit is the most distant from the ocean in the building. The balconies are in full sun for most of the day.
We did have a maintenance issue which resulted in the loss of use of one bathroom for the entire stay. The owner is in Canada. Unfortunately, I felt the response was slow and inadequate.
Location: Going to town from NWP you drive 10 minutes on a dirt road and then another 10 minutes on a paved road until you get to any services(20 minutes to gas, grocery or restaurants). It is still another 10-15 minutes to Grace Bay and tourist type restaurants. So, plan to buy groceries and cook some meals. You drive 30+ minutes on a tiny island to get anywhere and explore the many wonderful beaches and restaurants on Providenciales. The NWP beach is OK. It is usable but it is on the windward side of the island and hence can be windy which it was when we were there. It also has a lot of seagrass washing up which they do remove with a tractor but is still present.
Overall: The unit itself and the resort pool and hot hub are great. If the resort was 20 minutes closer to town I would give it 5*.

Great Place to Stay
We really loved our stay in Turks and Caicos. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool on site was very nice and the beach access was close. Just a short drive from all the tourist spots but secluded enough to have privacy and relaxation.

A little slice of paradise!
This property is so beautiful! I was worried at first that we had picked a place so far from Grace Bay. That is, until we stepped foot onto the property. It was stunning! The resort itself is so beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool each day, and spent many hours exploring the beach. Some of our crew even used the kayaks. The condo unit was so lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had every appliance and tool we could want. It felt like living in paradise for a week. We had a rental van, and after a couple of trips felt comfortable driving on the left side of the road. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time. The condo was exactly as listed. The location is very private. We walked for miles on the beach in the mornings never seeing a soul. Grace Bay is only a short drive away but we were always relieved to arrive back at our quiet sanctuary. Highly recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in TCI from December 23-30, 2021, despite all the Covid hoops that we needed to jump through.
Susanne and Kevin were great in communicating and in answering questions from us, a family of four including two parents and two daughters ages 22 and 24, who were all first timers to TCI. The 3 bedroom unit was great, very quiet and comfortable, clean and in great condition, with great views of the water and the surrounding greenery. Northwest Point itself has a great pool and hot tub and a wonderful beach.
We enjoyed relaxing poolside and beach side, always with a comforting breeze. Most days started with a beautiful 1.5 mile walk up the beach to Northwest Point National Park. Yes, the resort is out of the way (perfect during the pandemic) and the last few miles are on a dirt road that is fine as long as you navigate the bumps and you don't drive too fast. Access to Grace Bay area ranges from 25-35 minutes and you do need a car (we rented from Grace Bay Rentals). We ate in for most meals and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. We brought with us as much food as we could pack and then picked up food (expensive) at the IGA and beverages at the Wine Cellar. Had great dinners out at Da Conche Shack, Coco Bistro, and Infiniti (make reservations as far in advance as possible). We are scuba divers and dove for 2 days with Aqua TCI -- one of the best diving experiences we've ever had!
What a great trip! Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful unit!

Wonderful property, outstanding communication with the owners. The kids loved the pool that was steps from our front door and the adults enjoyed the near-empty sandy beach. Although it required a but more driving - the property is on a less developed part of the island - the seclusion was really worth it: we had the beach to ourselves, and the kind staff gave fresh coconuts (right off the palm trees on the property) to the kids every morning.

Very calm and isolated.
You definitely need a car, which we had. The beach somehow was full of algae, not sure if this is something common or if it’s only this time of year. The hot tub and pool areas are superb. Due to covid, no restaurant services available. Used the grill one time. Worked good, but it’s not well located as it gets really hot and full of flys. But I guess, that is nature.. I would definitely stay here again. The condo is really, really nice.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Big unit and a great kitchen and living room.

Beautiful!
The condo unit is beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The property is clean and meticulously maintained. The property is out and away from everything so it is very relaxing.
You really do need a car.
Our stay was cut short due to COVID 19 (We tried to stay but it was too expensive thinking our stay would be extended three to four weeks.) I would love to go back and we'll likely stay in the same condo unit.
The Turks and Caicos has the most beautiful beaches I've seen and each beach is a little different. Get out and explore so you see them!

Beautiful Condo!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful NWP condo! It is located in a quieter are in Provo and offers luxury amenities with a beautiful beach, pool and hot tub. This condo was updated with comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV including Netflix. Owners were very available and eager to make our stay at their beautiful condo just perfect!!

Away from the crowds
Spacious and very comfortable condo with views out to the Caribbean. We particularly loved the setting, away from the crowds in Grace Bay on a beautiful stretch of empty beach. We enjoyed walking, jogging and kayaking to Northwest Point, where snorkeling was very good.

Postcard beach
We had a very nice stay for our Christmas holiday! The condo was perfect size for our family. Clean, spacious, ideal location ....quiet and remote. The grounds were well manicured. The pool and hot tub were pristine. The beach was breathtaking and peaceful. If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle, this place is for you!
25 minute drive to town but we didn’t mind.
I would stay here again and recommend to others. The owner was very informative and responded in a timely manner with answers to my questions.

Great Vacation
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! Our host, Kevin, was very responsive to emails and made sure that everything was perfect during our time there. We enjoyed the size of the unit (3BR), cleanliness and everyone we met there as very nice. We will definitely stay there again soon! Thanks again Kevin for making our stay memorable for us!

I feel that this condo was excellent value for the money. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. We are so glad that we did not stay at Grace Bay.

A Friends Get Away
The condo at Northwest Resort was a lovely place to stay. The condo was comfortable and roomie. Everything you need is there. The pool area was beautiful. The beach is quiet compared to the Grace Bay Area which is what I enjoy. The sea grass in the water was my only complaint. Not much can be done to help that though. The staff on site was friendly. The owners were easy to work with and got back to me quickly with any questions. We had a lovely time.

Beautiful beach and home!
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the amenities provided. The home was very clean and comfortable and large enough for six adults. We had good views of the ocean from the balconies and enjoyed the large pool with many lounge chairs around it. The beach was clean and beautiful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

A welcome alternative to crowded resort destinations
Northwest Point in general, and condo 201 in particular, are outstanding. The property is in a less populated area of the island which our entire group loved; each morning we went for a walk on the beach and saw only a few other people walking. The beach is soft, white sand in front of the condo, with 8 umbrellas and some beach chairs. The pool is also wonderful: tropical, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.
Condo 201 is spacious and in an excellent location. Two of the balconies afford beach views and privacy— excellent for our morning coffee. The property was clean and ready for our stay when we arrived. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were just right for our group of two couples and a teenager daughter. The kitchen was well stocked and the large dining table and bar area gave us plenty of room to spread out.
The property has a very laid-back restaurant and bar operated by Eddie: outstanding food and service. Recommend a rental car: can stop at Graceway grocery store 1 mile from the airport and stock-up on your way to condo. Has great selection of alcohol and groceries. Very expensive as everything is shipped in. We went to Grace Bay for brunch one morning: beautiful and fun and Very Populated! Loved returning to Northwest Point after the brunch! Be sure to visit Shay’s On The Beach and The Conch Shack on the northwest side of the island: next to each other, on the water, and a short drive from the condo.
Over all— a fantastic choice for our vacation. We will return. We did have one or 2 small glitches during our stay i.e. a separate owner on the property was doing renovations. Susanne and Kevin responded to our email immediately and forwarded our concerns to the property manager, who promptly came to the condo to address the issue—Much appreciated.
If you want to be in a less-crowded, gorgeous, tropical location, Northwest Point is where you want to be, and condo 201 is awesome.
