The condo and the resort property were exactly what we needed for relaxation! We felt like we had our own private beach and pool, beautiful!

First, Ron was extremely responsive and communicative, which made the whole trip easy from start to finish. Even when the dryer stopped working, he was able to get it fixed within hours. We went in the off-season so the property was undergoing some renovations and there weren’t many other guests which gave the feeling like we had the whole resort to ourselves.
It is important to understand that this is a secluded part of the island, that you access it via an unpaved bumpy dirt road and that the nearest restaurants and grocery stores are at least 20 minutes away. You definitely need a car, preferably an SUV.
For us, that was part of the charm. It was an adventure getting there but the resort is beautifully landscaped, the pool area is beautiful (and larger than some in the Grace Bay Area) and the beach is spacious with lovely shaded areas and chairs. The resort also has kayaks and surfboards. There were many times we were the only people on the beach or in the pool. There is a lot of seagrass in the ocean there, but there are pockets without just a few minute walk down the beach.
The apartment itself was well appointed, had everything we needed for our family of 4.

The property owner was always available to answer any questions. The pool was amazing. It was quiet. We loved having a full kitchen to make meals. The place was gorgeous

Ron’s place was just what we needed for my wife’s 50th! All the amenities, the location, the restaurant were perfect! The beach chairs, umbrella came in very handy. The place is very peaceful, we saw all kinds of wildlife in the area. Thank you Ron for sharing your home. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful and comfortable stay. Our host was exceptionally wonderful to work with, the hospitality was regal and the experience was one we will always remember. Everything was as anticipated, thank you so much!

The property was amazing! Very quiet and gorgeous. The pool is beautiful and the snorkeling was great. We loved having the bar and restaurant on property. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Ron was very responsive and provided everything we asked for and then some. We will definitely be back!!

The resort is on the far side of the island but absolutely worth the drive. The beach is beautiful and the property is very well kept. The pool was great in the evenings before finishing the night by stargazing in the beach. Unit was spacious and clean and host was very responsive. I recommend swimming out to the buoy to snorkel the coral reef!
4.8
We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The place was spacious and CLEAN. We loved the seclusion, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. But not o far if you enjoy that. Ron gave some great recommendation for food (Mango Reef is a must) and excursions, (4 wheeling, snorkeling & iguana island) Any questions that I asked prior and during the stay were answered immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Northwest Point is a beautiful resort off the beaten path. If you're looking for a secluded, quiet, and affordable place to stay, look no further.
We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath villa as four adults and one child. It had ample space with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private patio. There were also 4 beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and umbrellas included that we took around with us all week. They also had a water cooler and bottle delivery which was incredibly generous. Although there were plenty of other guests, it was always calm and quiet outside.
You WILL need a car to access this property. It's only a 10 minute drive to the town, but it's a long dirt road to get to and from the resort.
Things that could use improvement:
- One bathroom had some mold in the shower and there were gnats in the kitchen. Not surprising considering the climate, but the unit could've gotten a deeper clean.
- We dined one night at the resort restaurant. Ron kindly gave us a voucher to use, but we waited over an hour for our very pricey pizzas only for them to be frozen pies. The live entertainment was fun, though!
- There was a lot of algae on the private beach attached to the resort, so we couldn't swim unless we walked 10-15 mins down the beach. A little disappointing!
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Ron was incredibly communicative and was only a text away at all times. The price point of this place alone is unbeatable! We plan to stay here next time we're on the island.

I can't say enough about Ron and his vacation home in Turks and Caicos! This place is a resort that is fully equipped and secluded for a romantic or quiet peaceful getaway. First I have to start with this being my maiden voyage to TCI and I will definitely be coming back and I will certainly be looking to book these accommodations again.
1st thing you must know is that you MUST HAVE A CAR, because where the complex is located is on the Northern point of the island, outside of that the complex has everything from Kayaks to Paddle boards, with great palapas with awesome lounge chairs on the beach. Now here's the bonus Ron provides everything else that you need for your off premise excursions, all at not additional cost.
My wife and I stopped at the restaurant at the resort for a bite on day one( which only serves lunch and dinner), and the food was good. The next day we grabbed the beach chairs and umbrella thx to our host and hit up Grace Bay Beach a 20 min drive from our rental. Next thing you should do when staying here is stop at the IGA grocery store and pick up breakfast foods and coffee if you so please to what the sunrise and avoid the need to leave the resort, only having to need to return to start your beach day off premise. Definitely choose this location if you're interested in low-key, quiet and laid back accommodations away from it all.

My family & I spent a few days in Provo & had a great time at this rental. Ron was very responsive & addressed any questions/concerns in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed staying at this resort because the beach was private and only a couple other families on the beach at the most. I saw a sign where they will build a new resort close by so don't know how long that will last. The beach was beautiful but we were eaten up by sand flies (I guess). We used OFF but it didn't help. We are both covered in bites. We went 12/2023.
The unit seemed clean. The communication was fast. It looks just like the pictures. You can see the ocean from the front terrace but just a smidge of it. Unit was private. There were lots of bushes behind us. One bedroom had a view of the hallway to the next unit, but we just closed the curtains.
There was no water but owner had it turned on right away. There was no hot water. The owner had that fixed but it only lasted a short time on the first day.
We are from Texas and accustomed to triple degree weather but also accustomed to a/c so we asked to have it turned on, which the owner did right away. We saw multiple dead roaches but at least they were dead.
There is a 2 mile dirt road to get to the resort but dirt is compacted. It rained one day and we had no trouble getting to the resort in small car.
Besides the few hiccups, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
Locals are very friendly and speak English.
We visited three restaurants that were reasonable, clean and had great food - Las Brisas, Mango Reef and Chalkie's.

The condo was very clean and it had everything we needed including beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting outside in the morning on the patio.
The resort was very quiet and peaceful. There was a beautiful pool and hot tub that we had to ourselves most of the time. We enjoyed walking on the beach and using the resort's kayak and paddleboard.
I hope to return again soon!

We spent an adult couples week in July 2023. Everything is exactly as described. The property is located near the far end of the island. The resort was easy to find and we never minded the 20 or so minutes drive down the dirt road to access downtown. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The water cooler/dispenser was most useful ! And the couch was comfy for a nap.
We loved the large pool and the beach amenities. We used the kayaks and paddle boards available to all. We took advantage of the snorkeling equipment provided by the host. We had our own private dinner / party in the empty restaurant /bar onsite. The gas grills worked perfectly for cooking.. The host was very responsive and available if needed.
If you are looking to get away from the busy resorts and have peace and quiet ... This is the place for you. It's easy to drive 20+ minutes to Grace Bay and the main strip. Most resorts offer "day passes" if you want to mix in the quiet atmosphere with an active day at an all inclusive.
We drove to Malcolm beach public access to have less wind and calm water for snorkeling. Walking the nearby national park was pleasant. I also will never forget the sunrise from our beach.
You must have a rental car. We had a tiny rental and we easily avoided the pot holes on the long dirt road. Do not try to go down the adjacent national park dirt road without a jeep. We can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you!

We visited for Spring Break 2023 with our 3 kids- ages 17, 15, 12. If you are looking for laid back, off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle- this place is for you. It's a good 15-20 minutes down a 3 mile dirt/gravel road to get anywhere. But we didn't mind, it's exactly what we wanted! We loved the property. The ocean is beautiful, the pool is clean and well maintained, the hot tub nice and hot! The staff is very friendly. We loved watching every sunrise every morning, seeing the sting ray, watching Peter (the pelican) fly by, turtles, conch shells.
The condo itself is very nice. A couch in the living room that folds out to a king bed was handy for our youngest. Food on the island is expensive, be prepared. You'll need to rent a car if you stay here, it takes a constant reminder to drive on the left side of the road! If you go, you should check out the Fish Fry in town on Thursday evenings- food, vendors, live music. Lunch/Dinner at Las Brisas with boat/snorkel ride of Chalk Sound with Adler. Check out Taylors Bay, Sapodilla Bay Beach for sunset, Smith's Reef for snorkeling, walk to the tip of the island to see the sunset. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!

Hi Ron.
We enjoyed our stay on the island, and thank you for renting out your condo to us.
We do have a few remarks about the condo.
We would like to send you a list of items that need updating. We will not post these now. Please contact me so that I can send you the list.
We certainly realize there are drawbacks to every rental however we thought we should make you aware of these.

Excellent condo, has all of the necessary amenities for a longer stay. Very quiet but a car is quite necessary to access shopping and dining. Far away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a really wonderful stay here. We loved that it was away from everything and peaceful and quiet. The pool is extraordinary. The hot tub is nice. The beach is beautiful plenty of umbrellas and chairs. Our condo was nice and we were able to cook meals and relax in the evening. We really had a great time. Ron was an excellent host and communicated well with us. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful time at Ron's property! The condo had everything we needed and the pictures were accurate! Host was available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!!

Ron was very responsive to all communication before and during our stay. The condo worked great for our family of 5.

My husband and I visited Turks and Caicos as a trip for just the two of us without our children for the first time ever! We chose this property because it was remote and we wanted to escape the "busy-ness." This property was perfect for that! It was quiet at all times and the majority of the time we were the only ones out by the water right outside the resort. It was clean and beautiful. And we did not mind the drive down the dirt road at all either. =)
4.8
The water didn’t work when we arrived, we contacted Ron, and he was quick to alert the maintenance team about it. The problem was resolved quickly. Other than that, the room was great. No problems. The pool was great, perfect for young children. The resort is quiet, great for someone looking to just chill by the pool without the crowds. We were almost the only ones staying there. Would stay there again.

Beautiful island. Very remote but we loved it.

Place was very nice. We were in a nice private area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It took only 20 to 25 minutes to get around the island. The room had everything we needed. If you want to travel and don't want the touristy area, this is the place for you. Loved the pool and hot tub. I recommend this place.

Paradise
The property was great. Super clean and maintained. There is a pool, hot tub and the beach is steps away. The neach area was beautiful and super relaxing and it was rare to run into other guests so we often had the beach to ourselves. Chairs and loungers were set up every morning and we had use of the paddleboards and kayaks anytime we wanted them. There is even a hammock to enjoy the ocean breeze from..
The condo was wonderful, well decorated and had everything we needed from dishes, a washer a dryer dryer, towels and even beach items like snorkel sets and beach chairs. We had no issues and any questions we had we got a speedy reply from Phil. 10/10 would stay again.

Great Secluded Property
We enjoyed the private condo and highly recommend a car to view the Island, including Grace Bay Beach which is an awesome beach. Phil and Dominic were very helpful and timely to answer all of my questions!

Great condo, beautiful sunrises
Phil was an excellent host, very responsive and reassuring during crazy covid times. It was great having extra space in a condo vs a hotel, with plenty of choices for sleeping arrangements. The first floor was also key with a stroller. The condo is a bit far from restaurants and the on site restaurant was closed so we did quite a bit of daily driving. However, the distance made for lots of peace and quiet and we had the pool and beach to ourselves frequently. Loved the kayaks!

The location was ideal for us: far enough away to be quiet and private yet close enough to enjoy everything Providenciales has to offer. The condo was well-kept, the grounds were gorgeous, the pool was fantastic, and the beach was beautiful. It was the perfect option for our family. We happened to be there during the Coronavirus scare of 2020, and Phil, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and flexible with us.
