Awesome location within walking distances of Palisades Tahoe. We enjoyed skiing and the nice surprise of May powder!

Perfect place for a weekend of skiing, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again. The wifi was not the most reliable while we were there.

Our family of 6 has stayed in many ski condos over the years, and this is without doubt one of the best. It's a good example of "it doesn't need to be big/fancy, just clean/well thought-out." Clean kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. Ample closet storage and kitchen equipment; appliances all work great. Super easy walk right to the ski hill - huge bonus for that. Good layout - 6 people can actually fit at the dining room table and 2 adults can work in the kitchen. Nice touches include full length mirrors, lots of hangers in closet, lots of dishwasher pods and paper towels, ski locker outside the door. We almost ran out of TP, it could use more hooks on the walls for ski gear, and there was no fire starter/minimal wood so we couldn't use the fireplace. Listing says "spa" but there is no spa or hot tub. Overall an excellent property; would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Location! 3–5 minutes walk to slopes. Unit can use some updating. WiFi didn’t work the whole time there despite calls with provider, and very small tv in living room glitched often. Management company was excellent. Very responsive.

Entirely met our expectations. Loved the location for the price!

This was a fantastic property for our family’s spring break in Tahoe. It was nice the kids could walk to and from the hill on their own schedule and the kitchen was well equipped. The view of the hill from the deck was great. Bathrooms nice and beds comfortable.

Great, cozy 2BR apartment, just steps from the main entrance to Palisades Tahoe. Well stocked, and responsive hosts!

Can’t be closer to mountain.
Great place
8.0
Clearly, the best thing you can say about this place is the fact that it’s well priced and about a four minute walk away from the lifts in Palisades. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils were reasonably well stocked. Would’ve liked to of had a ski closet downstairs versus on the second floor but OK. Certainly I can say this was a very adequate ski condo. Not the best thing in the world, but it wasn’t priced like that either so I feel like it was a good deal.

Convenient ski location
Very easy to check in and had all the comforts home with incredible Mountain View’s.

all good, as advertised
Very nice view of the mountain. Not quite ski in/out, but just a short walk to lifts, about the same as a decent spot in the main Squaw lot. There's a lockable closet right next to the front door to stow your skis. With nice firm mattresses no sore backs in the morning. Kitchen is well-equipped, but as with most rentals if you want a sharp chef knife bring your own.

Close and Comfortable
Location, location, location. This quirky, cozy condo is great for falling into your ski boots and onto the gondola. About 200 yards from Squaw Valley's main village, darting in for your own soup and sandwich at lunchtime is a great luxury--as is sleeping in and still catching the first lift. While the condo is no-frills, it is well maintained, with a stocked kitchen, working fireplace, and nice private ski locker. A family of four would fill the place nicely, though they may find it a little close-quartered. While some of the amenities could use a little more attention (the shower in the room with the bathtub was not functioning during our stay), the management team was available and responsive to our questions and unanticipated needs--within a couple of hours of discovering the coffee pot had a leak, a new one was on our doorstep. I certainly would book this again for a couple's getaway or a small group of close friends whose focus was on skiing and togetherness, not landing in the lap of luxury.

Perfect spot for a Squaw Valley long weekend
The location and view really made this spot a great place for 2 couples to stay for a long weekend. The kitchen is nicely stocked. An extra bonus for us was fireworks at Squaw on Saturday night. We had the perfect view from the living room and/or balcony. The only issue that we encountered was with the internet. On Friday we had to reboot the router 3-4 times to regain internet access. My only other recommendation is to turn off the alert beep on the microwave if possible. The place is small enough so that the beep (3 long sounds) woke up sleeping guests in the morning when food was being warmed up. Otherwise, you get what you see.

Squaw stay
Nice place. Great for our family of 4. Wi-Fi did not work well (very slow) even after recycling and following all instructions. No TV in the family room. The DVD player in the bedroom did not work.

Walking Distance to ski resort
A few minute walk to the village. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay in with our kids

Reviewer Comments:
Only one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom - nonsense! There is a tall shelving unit at the wall next to the dining table (see picture) that is not anchored to the wall at the top and is a serious tip-over hazard to a small child climbing up the shelves - bad liability to the unit owner!

Overall, our experience here was excellent. The condo has been very tastefully remodeled and is very nice. The location is unexcelled: a perfect view of the entire ski mountain and an easy walk to the lifts. Unfortunately, in one bathroom, with a shower/bath combo, there is a peculiar flow control mechanism, making it almost impossible to take a very hot bath. Needs replacement.

We were very pleased with the choice to stay at this condo for our ski trip to Squaw Valley USA. First I will say the ONLY bad thing was trying to enter the home upon arrival, as the key lock box was very difficult to figure out, even with the instructions provided. Otherwise, this home has a great location directly across the street from the lifts and village. The home is cozy, warm, great for our two younger boys, and has a great view! The decor is slightly dated and the TV cords could use some organizing for basic aesthetics, but that's me just trying to find something not great about this wonderful home. Overall I would highly recommend for someone looking for a comfortable cozy (not fancy) condo in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in this condo. It was very accommodating of 2 adults and 3 kids, and had every amenity we needed to spend the day on the mountain and stay in at night. It was great. We walked to the mountain each day no problem- it's about as close as you can stay without staying in the condos over the village. Great place. Our only complaint is that the bathroom could've been cleaned better- we fishe quite a few hairs out of the bathtub before dunking our kids in in the first night. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

Great location, clean condo with great view of Squaw Valley/Olympic Village. 360 yards from Ironman finish line so able to run back to condo, shower & return to watch more finishers until midnight! Only glitch was TV service didn't work, but not that big of a deal. Property management company promptly sent their maintenance man over, but problem was with service provider which couldn't be fixed untila date after we were gone.

Reviewer Comments:
This property was perfect. The low marks for the "satisfied with your stay" are because we were smoked out by the King Fire in El Dorado County and ended up going home early. This was not the properties fault, just a big disappointment for us. The Rental itself was exactly what we had hoped for and nicely furnished, easy to access the best part of the resort and would love trying to stay here again during ski season.
