Great Location. Home was tidy, Comfortable and had everything we needed.
The Garage was a tight squeeze but still accessible
3.7
Beautiful house, beds were extremely comfortable and owners are very friendly.
The toaster and kettle did not work
3.7
Good location and rooms that met our needs.
The bathroom could use an update but was still clean and functional
3.7
Enough room for every , comfortable at a great location and price
Parking space was very small and not much on street parking available
3.7
Good value for money. Nice and close to WIN. sleeps 6 comfortably. Host was pleasant.
The parking and steep driveway. I am pregnant and wasn’t aware of this. My car wouldn’t fit in the garage and I could only just get out of the car when parked in guest parking as all very tight spaces. My friends car fit in garage, but she had to climb over passenger seat to get out 🤣
As soon as we got down the driveway to try and find the place and figure out how to park, a neighbour came out to tell us to move. literally within 15secs of arriving.
No hand towels or dish clothes left in kitchen or bathrooms.
3.7
three single beds for the kids, and two doubles
courtyard was disgusting, baths are disgusting, overall was a depressing unit
3.7
Handy location, walking distance to beach, pubs, restaurants.
Parking options were very limited.
Abit dated and old school for the price.
We needed somewhere close to the CBD though so it was satisfactory

The place had a good amount of space for 5 plus guests and was good overall, close to beach and shops etc communication with Van was great for check in and very clear
The townhouse parking was terrible, the owner provides one small car parking space in the garage which was extremely hard to get into and I ended up scraping all of the bottom of my car and damaging it ( hyundai hatchback) as the leveling is terrible. The only other available parking was on the street which was full of other cars which meant having to park streets away , which was not possible for me as I had 2 small children a baby and toddler with me and do not consider it safe to be walking alone with them at night. I proceeded to park where the only other option was which was infront of the house regardless of the rules. The neighbours are extremely rude to you and do not seem happy about this townhouse being used as an Airbnb , are extremely unwelcoming from the second you arrive. The house had apparently been cleaned however when we arrived there was dirty wet towels hanging behind the door in the master bedroom, a dead cockroach , a few things that could’ve been cleaned better. A huge huntsman was also was in the master bedroom. Other then these things the stay would’ve been excellent .

The facilities are very outdated. The bedroom floor slopes. It is difficult using the ensuite sink because of the placement of the toilet and the outside area could do with pest control and a clean up. We had a tarantula climb out of our car mirror parked in the garage on departure!

Location was great.
The property needs a lot of maintenance. The stairs are uneven and have strips on the two levels that are trip hazards.
The floors are uneven in the upstairs bedrooms, the tiles in the bathroom have been painted over (looks tacky) and the courtyard is very overgrown and untidy.
There is mould between the folds of the lounge in the lounge room also.

there was nothing to like about the property from the minute we arrived
nowhere was it mentioned that is was a two storey unit or that the car park/garage was only for a small car at no time were we told a Ute would not fit
when informed of the fact we had a second car they said we could use a guest car space but when we went to use it that night there was none
I had to force a code for the keys from the owner as all the communication I was sending I was being told wasn’t being received
she was rude and abrupt when I brought the car space up to her and tried to tell me she knew nothing about tit but yet I have an email from her stating to use the guest car park instead she said to park it in the street whoever we could find a car park to which we tried for over blocks in every direction but none available
we didn’t even end up staying the night because we had no where to park our Ute and had to source alternate late last minute accomodation elsewhere
I will never recommmend this place to anyone and would like a refund due to the inability of being able to access accomodation I had paid for in good faith by myself
3.7
Mainly the location to where we had to go
It was cold
3.7
The wooden floors, nice lighting
the bathrooms were clean but paint coming off,
the garage a little small
need more sheets on bedding

Location is central to most of Wollongong. It rained the entire stay so we were able to quickly go out regularly to the shopping centre, Builders Club and restaurant.
Parking is generally available on the street for a medium or large car.
Good value for money and affordable for a family.
Could do with a larger hot water unit or instantaneous as it ran out very quickly.
3.7
location was good
only one roll of toilet paper for 6 people
terrible renovations done to the place
like they threw paint on the bathroom tiles
3.7
was good to have our own bedrooms, it was close to town centre and walking distance to a lot of places
parking

Location handy to town centre. Roomy.
Garage not really an option for parking. Run down a little but clean. Mattress a tad firm. Bathrooms tight.
3.7
Location was good.
The kitchen has flying bugs hanging around the canisters. No matter how much we sprayed they kept coming back. We were concerned they would get into the food.
Parking was awful. even though there was a small garage it wouldn't accommodate the cars. Street parking was not an option.
3.7
great location, plenty of beds
3.7
Quiet and comfortable sleep
the parking is a little bit hard with a very narrow garage but it is manageable
3.7
Lounge room and kitchen
Bathrooms, paintwork, neglected garden, getting in and out of the property, lack of parking.
3.7
Beds were comfy and enough beds for family. Wifi.
This townhouse is in a residential complex. The full time residents/ neighbours are not welcoming of guests. There is limited to no parking. There is limited to no indication of covid safe measures including used dish sponge for dishes, communal shower gels and hair products left in showers. Half empty boxes of food in pantry. Bathrooms small and pokey. Not a good place for older people as all bedrooms are upstairs. Backyard looks nothing like the picture. Hazardous to hang clothes on line. Deiveway was extremely steep and long. Would not want to have suited a lot of people.
3.7
Nothing, bathrooms smells bad... very dirty
Total rip off..very unfriendly
3.7
Location was great, and a nice spacious townhouse for a family or group of friends
Did not appreciate having 6 messages prior to the stay, plus a phone call on the day, from the host reminding us to make no noise and that it is a quiet neighbourhood. We were very respectful of this request and did not need to have so many messages and calls to remind us.
Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it upon arrival.

The bed in the second Queen bedroom was very comfortable. It was quiet. There was soap, toilet paper and laundry liquid.
There are only 5 parking spaces in the guest parking and very limited street parking so get there early. The ironing board could do with some extra padding

The bed I was in was very comfortable. There was plenty of room. There was soap, toilet paper and laundry liquid. It was quiet.
The ironing board needs some extra padding ! There are only 5 parking spaces in the guest parking and there are very few parking spaces on the street, so get there early :)

Really enjoyed the location, very quiet area which is just what we wanted. Hosts very helpful with any questions.
Parking within complex can be a bit complicated, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Easily solved as we parked mainly on the street which was fine.
