Our family enjoyed a great getaway in Destin. This was our first time in Destin and will likely not be our last. Our host, Linda, is a terrific communicator as she was thorough and responsive. The place checked off several boxes for us from being very clean, to being in a great location right on the beach. The chair service and private beach were huge factors in selecting this property. Make sure you are ready to put your towels on chairs as early as 7 if you want certain chairs and if you don’t care, no worries. The place is close to the Commons, activities and restaurants. The view from the balcony is unmatched and we found being on Crystal beach to be perfect for our family. If you are headed to Destin, this is a must consider property!

This unit is perfection on the beach, and has everything you need. The daily beach service with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was amazing. The balcony has an outstanding view of the beach and ocean. Look no further and just book it for your next trip to Destin!

We have stayed multiple times in Florida, this place was just as advertised and more! Cleanliness✅Comfortable bed✅ Homelike feel✅Responsiveness✅ Balcony Views😍Free Chair and Umbrella setup✅1st come 1st serve- 7a setup starts, right on the beach-loved going back to the condo for a quick lunch on the balcony! Awesome condo, great ocean view, and great location within walking distance of food and shopping. Cleanliness was spot-on. All you need to bring is food and clothes. Beach chairs in upstairs closet were very comfortable. Patio chairs are great and cant beat the view from the deck. Will be staying here again in the future.

Having owned a unit in this building years ago,Crystal Sands is always my first choice. My best friend & I spend a long weekend in Destin every October & This unit was the best so far. It is decorated beautifully but more important, it has all the necessaries. The kitchen has everything needed, the linens/towels are perfect, the beds are comfortable. And being right on the beach is perfection. Looking forward to next year!!

Condo was very clean. Owner was very responsive. We got locked out of the gate coming back from the beach and Linda responded to my text very quickly and contacted maintenance to get it fixed. The only disappointment with this condo complex is the swimming pool. Very small and the code to get into the pool was not the same as the code to get on to the beach. However, that was not a big concern for us because we weren’t there for the pool we were there for the beach. We will definitely be back to the condo. 😊

Best experience renting through Vrbo yet! Linda is great with communicating, the condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything was exactly as stated. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Overall, if you're looking for the perfect location on the beach, this is it! My husband and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Condo was perfect, loved how close to the beach we were. And the chair service was very nice! Spent our mornings on the balcony drinking coffee watching dolphins. Condo it self was very nice, and updated. Having the little vacuum to clean up the sand was nice also, most places lock that stuff up. Highly recommend staying here.

We always stay in Destin. However, this is our first trip to Crystal Beach area. Wonderful location area is great family friendly. Linda was absolutely great to work with. Answered my questions promptly. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be staying here again. Everything was as described. Don’t forget your flashlight for night time crab hunting!!
