Recently upgraded 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath Luxury beach retreat! Home is located just 1 short block from the beach with public beach access and walkway. New LVP Floors, new kitchen, lg screen smart TVs, many new furnishings and memory foam mattresses and upgraded Amenities throughout, including extensive decking for outdoor entertaining and relaxing with outdoor shower.

Bring the kids, as they will love the pool table and kids suite. 3 bedrooms on first floor - Kids room decorated in surfer theme has 2 full beds, and 1 pull out single - 2nd has queen bed - 3rd has twin bed and full. Master bedroom is on the 3rd level and is equipped with a KING size bed (800 thread count sheets), sitting area, and beautiful master bath with double shower, double sink and walk in closet.

The kitchen is gorgeous and equipped with stainless steel appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, electric flat top stove, side by side refrigerator, granite tops, hardwood floors, double sink, toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, serving set for 12 - plates, saucers, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, 8 wine glasses, tea pot, bakeware, serving dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans (All one would need for cooking and enjoying a gourmet meal). Gas Grill located on 2nd level deck for cooking and eating outdoors (gas tank may need to be refilled). Extra Large Capacity Washer and Dryer on site, as well as Iron and Ironing Board.

Each bedroom has its own TV, 30' or larger, with the living room offering a 65 inch flat screen and Blu Ray DVD player (Bring your favorite movies).

Cable, phone and wireless internet service provided at no additional charge.

All bedding is provided, but towels are provided at an additional cost.

There are 4 beach chairs on site and a beach cart for easy carrying to beach.

NO PETS ALLOWED and a cleaning fee of $250 will be retained from the damage deposit if there is evidence of pets upon vacating.

There will be enough paper products to get you through at least 1 day, but it is the tenants responsibility to bring their own.

Clean Bed linens are provided in the rental rate, and beds will be made by the cleaning crew prior to you arrival.

Linen service is available for $100 fee and automatically generated in the quote. If you wish to opt out of this service and bring your own towels, you must do so at least 10 days prior to your stay (if paid for when booked, you will be refunded your $100). This service includes 12 sets of clean towels for use during your stay. Fees are charged from damage deposit for missing, damaged or heavily stained towels, as follows: $2 for wash cloths, $5 for hand towels, and $10 for bath towels.
Beach towels are available for rent for $6 each.

Additional beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, skim boards, coolers, and umbrellas are also available for rent. Contact Owner/Agent for additional cost and information about these items.

This home is centrally located, at a private stretch of beach, yet within minutes of boardwalk, bay beaches, First Landing state park, Cape Story, water parks, amusement parks, museums, theaters, performing arts, interstate, restaurants, shopping and much more. Trolley style public transportation picks up just 1 block away and commutes back and forth to boardwalk and tourist area.

Also located just 2 blocks from the Edgar Cayce Center, which offers a Day Spa, Metaphysical Library, Bookstore and Gift Shop, Meditation Garden, Daily Tours and Lectures, Massage School, and Labyrinth.

Great updated property in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood of Vriginia Beach. Beach was quiet and a 5 min walk. Our annual family vacation was enjoyable. Great communication with the host.

We stayed for a sorority reunion weekend . The house was beautiful , very clean , and spacious.Communication with host was very good and she was very understanding when had to cancel our first date due to guest illness . However, there was a major issue .A late afternoon torrential storm occurred and our parking area flooded over our wheels , resulting in inability to move any of the cars until water subsided the next morning! One guest was unable to leave to provide caregiving for relative. Owners should consider some type of parking grading as their neighbor has. Cleaning fees should be reduced or house rules changed as we were required to remove bed linens, start dishwasher and put linens in washer. Also , hosts should check to see that all appliances are working properly prior to each rental

The house was just as advertised. Nice and clean and the location is great. It’s close to all the hot spots at the beach but in a nice residential area so less congested. The beach access is a short walk and the beach was clean and not too crowded.

There was not hot tub as advertised . To go to the beach you have to cross a busy street. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. But close to boardwalk and the store weren’t that far.

Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces.

Overall the property was exactly as advertised. Did need some cleaning when we got there but nothing crazy. Location is excellent in a nice neighborhood right across the street from the beach. Lori was easy to get a hold of and was helpful with any questions we had.

The location was great - access to the beach was a short walk and beach location meant there were no crowds. The boardwalk was a short drive away and so were plenty of great restaurants - in the southern and northern directions. Our only complaint was that for the money we spent on the rental, the basic necessities were very limited - toilet paper, dish detergent, paper towels, etc. The kitchenware were also cheap and made of plastic - another aspect of the stay that was contrary to what was touted in terms of exclusivity.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The property manager was quick with communications and the check in and check out went super smoothly! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were loaded with beautiful pillows, the pool table was well used and we loved the quick walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded while we were there. We loved staying here and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything was in good working order. It was within short walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet which was great for families. Lori was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was a great location and it was nice to be away from all the chaos of the resorts. The walk over to the beach was easy and the beach is great! It wasn't too busy on the beach so the kids had space to spread out and play without bother others on the beach. I was a little worried about having to cross the street, but even on busy days it was fast/easy to cross without having to rush with the kids. The house was nice and clean and the rooms were spacious. Two families had pack n plays and they easily fit in the rooms without them being cramped. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing sand, but its not private so it really is just for rinsing. The porches are nice to be outside, although not large enough for much more than eating. I had lots of questions and the property manager was very helpful and fast to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

In conjunction with our trip, we spent a few days over the Memorial Day holiday to entertain local family members at this location and we must say that this space was perfect for our mobile family reunion. Great location, clean, and perfect for entertaining. This was my first experience with a VRBO as we usually do Hyatt Residence Club exchanges and it was great! Thanks!

This was was updated and maintained nicely. We had a lovely stay. This would have been 5 stars is the check out process wasn’t so crazy.. we had to strip the beds and start the laundry on top of the normal expectations of taking out trash, wiping down surfaces, doing the dishes, etc. I’m confused why there were cleaning fees if we were doing a big portion of the cleaning? Wish it would have been in the listing so we were aware and could have decided if that was worth it or not.

Beach super close...could hear the waves crashing at night. Very clean property. Only complaint is the master matress was old and sloped to one side....almost rolled off while sleeping! But! Really just the perfect place to stay!

We had a great stay in Virginia Beach. The property fit two families easily and had everything we could have wanted. The main room is great for gathering and lounging as a group and the pool table was a huge hit. The location is perfect providing access to beach and all activities without being too much in the heart of the resort area. We would definitely come back.

Overall awesome experience. Easy checkin checkout process. Property was everything we hoped for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable and everything was available and functioning as described in the listing. Location was perfect….in a very nice neighborhood and super convenient to the beach….which seemed like it was our own little piece of paradise. We have no comments on communication with property manager during the stay….due to the fact that communications prior to arrival were timely and complete with information to make our trip a success. Thanks for all. It was a great stay. The air show at NAS Oceana was incredible as well. We’re hoping to be back next year

Second time to stay in this property and it is even better after the remodel. Host is great in communicating all info ahead of time and is very accommodating in moving the beds for us. Totally appreciate everything she did for us. Will continue to come back for sure.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Great space to enjoy each other and play games. The kids loved the pool table again this year. Again I must mention crossing the highway can be a little scary especially if you have small children. We really appreciated the welcome gift from owners lou and jean and as always Lori is a wonderful associate to deal with during the renting process.

This rental was gorgeous!! The beds were incredibly comfortable. It was nice to have the pool table to come and hang out around together once the day was done. The color scheme and decor was perfect for a beach house. Our only complaint was there was quite a bit of little ants on the floor, especially on the lower level. My family didn't care much, but I know that would be a deal breaker for some people. We loved our stay!
