This 2 story home features an inverted floor plan with large decks. Location is everything with this property, as beach access is directly across the street. Restaurants, a playground, candy store, and ice cream are just a short walk away. Hardwoods are throughout the house and in both master bedrooms. Carpet is located in the three other bedrooms.

The home features two master suites (perfect for multi-families). One each on the second and third floors. The 2nd floor master includes a 60" smart HDTV, while the 3rd floor features a 42' smart HDTV.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a serene living area that overlooks the ocean. Electronics include a 65" LED Smart TV and surround sound system.
Wireless High Speed internet and a Gas Grill is also provided.
Perhaps the best features of this home are the large decks off of the front of the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the top floor or just sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean views in one of the provided rocking chairs.
A large private pool is located inside the backyard fence for the ultimate vacation. An outside shower with hot and cold water is adjacent to the pool.
We have installed a pool heater. If you wish to have the pool heated for the entire length of your rental there will be a fee of $275 applied.
Keyless entry lock system so there's no need to carry around keys.
Linens, bath, and hand towels for all bedrooms are provided.
Guests are required to bring or rent beach towels. We do not provide laundry detergent, shampoo or bath soaps.
Holden Beach is the perfect place to relax, read, jog and bike. Stretch out on the long wide beach, fish at the pier, enjoy the water slides or putt putt at the nearby pavilion. Lots of nearby golf courses. If you are lucky, you may see a turtle hatching one night!

We have stayed at several beach houses in Holden that were all very nice!! But this one takes the cake! It’s beautiful on the inside, roomy, has everything you need and let me tell you about the view! It’s practically beach front, beautiful!! The pool is the BEST pool that we’ve had! Everything about this place is perfect, it’s definitely a home away from home!! 10 ⭐️s! This house will be our go to home when we are at Holden!! Thank you for the BEST vacation!!

We had such an amazing vacation in Holden and this beautiful home played a huge part in that. It was perfect for our extended family in every way! The kitchen is well stocked and amazing to make big meals and enjoy at the large dining room table. The views from everywhere are beautiful but especially off the second floor deck. The pool was a huge hit and we used it daily. Night swimming was the best with the fun lights and having a yard space to play corn hole was great! The beds were all comfortable. We loved the huge showers in the two master bathrooms and really enjoyed the rain showers. The couch was comfy and perfect for playing games with the family. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella and a wagon to make bringing things over to the beach easier. It was so nice having the beach access right across the street. The property is exactly as described, and truly exceeded our expectations. Derek and Kimmy were super easy to get ahold of when needed and are very kind! Our only regret is that we didn’t book it for more than one week!! Do not hesitate to stay at this property!

We loved every single thing about our stay!! Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Open, bright floor plan. Lots of roomy bedrooms to accommodate our party of 8. The pool was even better than pictured. The views from the decks were amazing. Our entire party (including the teenagers) were gushing about this stay. The location was close to grocery, beach souvenir shops, and restaurants. Loved it!!

This is a Must Stay Location
My family and I had a great time. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Comfort was not a problem and we spent most evenings gathering in the large kitchen/living area to talk, play games, and watch TV. Got the pool option, which really added to the stay. Could not have been better. I would highly recommend this place. Plenty of room to park, get to the beach easily, and the elevator was a major help.

Birthday celebrations!
This house was exactly as listed! Beautiful home and great for the whole family. The stairs were a little scary with little kids, but we found a baby gate which was very helpful! The quick walk to the beach was perfect with kids. The owners were amazing with responding when we had questions, and the pool was great! We will be back ❤️🏖

The house was clean. Great location right across from the beach access. Glad there was an elevator to send all of the Luggage and coolers and groceries up to the top floor. Loved the pool and to have the option to have it heated. It was a fun weekend.

We really enjoyed our time at Holden Beach in this home. House was large, clean, and very kid-friendly. Access to beach was super easy and the town felt safe and was easy to navigate. Essentials like groceries, drug store, and beachwear stores were a less than a five-minute drive away.

Perfect Family Vacation in a perfect vacation home!
Our stay was amazing. We have rented many beach homes over the years at various NC beach communities. This home was the most well thought out design! Perfect for our family - married children & grandchildren. The home is well equipped and there are many extras that were included. The pool area is so nice and made for our afternoon gathering spot. One thing we appreciated was the beach access directly across from the home. Sometimes vacationers forget to check that out. We appreciated what felt like a normal vacation in these crazy times.

This property is really a great one! The floorplan was great, The perfect size- modern, well kept. Quiet beach access directly across from the driveway. A short walk to the new sunset slushees and park was a huge hit with all of us!

Perfect 1st trip to Holden Beach
I can't believe we have already been home a week. We traveled with another family to Holden Beach, NC for the first time July 19. We couldn't wait to escape and be on island time!
We looked at several houses before making a reservation, and we couldn't have been happier with this one.
The pictures online are beautiful! The house is even more stunning in person! One of the cleanest, most spacious and comfortable homes we have ever stayed in! Everything was immaculate! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the view from the front porch for our morning coffee was refreshing. We literally walked across the street for the beach access.
This house has it all. We loved the outside shower to rinse off before using the PRIVATE POOL. After a long day on the beach, we fired up the grill, lounged in the pool and ate in. Truly relaxing. We did our grocery shopping at Food Lion and ate the most delicious burgers (don't tell my husband they were better than his) at a local joint called "Surfers Cafe" It was delicious and the servers were delightful. We walked almost every night to "Sunset Slush" just down the road with our 5 kids. We loved it at the end of the evening. We also ate lunch at "Castaways" one afternoon. The food, beer, atmosphere and even a game of cornhole was a nice way to break up the week.
I can't say enough about this property, especially the owners. Kimmy and Derek were easy, fun and answered every question I had before and during our arrival. It was a pleasure to rent from this amazing couple and we THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful home with us. We look forward to many happy returns!

Gorgeous immaculate Beach House
Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. The home truly is as nice as it looks online. The owners were very easy to reach and accommodating with our needs. Good food at restaurants was a little challenging, we liked Betty’ s and Beaches and Cream ice cream very much. If enjoy biking, rent whole week as we found little hard to get ,if not. Holden Beach is quite, laid back family area.

This vacation will always be at the top of our list! The house is breathtaking and immaculate. The decor is simple and beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample utensils and appliances. The views from both balconies could not have been a more perfect way to start and end each day. We enjoyed the pool everyday and direct access to the beach quickly became our favorite part. We did not have to lug wagons and chairs far to enjoy the the beach. The owners were welcoming and committed to excellence.
