We were blown away by the view from the living area. Every evening we watched whales!! A short walk to the beach ensured lots of fun for the grand kids.
The kitchen was well equipped, there were sand toys and kites to enjoy. Would definitely stay again

This house was beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach pretty much across the street. We had 12 people and 2 dogs and had so much room. We only had one problem with the freezer, but the owner responded so fast. We would stay here again.

Ocean view from the living area and decks was amazing.

The ocean view was amazing each and everyday! This house has an amazing deck. We seen deer everyday by the house. So that was really nice. One thing: The driveway going up to the house we didn't like. You have to be really careful turning into the actual long driveway up to the house of scraping your car. Once you got use to it it was fine. You just had to be careful because it's kind of a tight turn and a little nerve racking the first time. It's a really nice house and a big house. However, to warn people that have mobility issues and have problem with stairs, it has three levels and a lot of stairs. But the house is very nice and the deck is amazing! The kids loved the pool table and foosball table. It's a very short walk to the beach so that was nice. We had great weather everyday and it made it even more enjoyable with the amazing deck and amazing view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home is beautiful and has many amenities. As is other reviews, do not rent this home if you find that climbing any stairs is challenging as the main living area is on the top floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the middle and top floors-you enter on the bottom floor which is the garage/game room and laundry level (no toilet or sleeping accommodations). The extra pull out beds are in the main living room on the top level and there is one bedroom up there with a half bathroom. The decks have chairs and again the views are beautiful. If you are planning to BBQ anything, we recommend confirming that the BBQ has been replaced with a new or newer BBQ because we were not able to cook anything on the one that was there during our stay. The home is located is a quiet and beautiful area. The hot tub was hot and holds 4 comfortably, maybe 5-6?

Loved the spacious family and kitchen area.
However this house needs updated pans and utensils, needs to ensure all linens are cleaned even the extras and that the heater is working properly.

The house had a beautiful view from the deck. Very clean. Lots of rooms. Close to the beach. Great value for the money. We had a great time. Would recommend and will stay here again.

Our family loves the beach! And we enjoy staying at Sunny SeaLah when visiting Roads End in Lincoln City - this is our second time here. The view from the living area is just beautiful, and the easy and quick access to the beach is perfect. This dog friendly home is also great for our large family with a number of bedrooms, large living area, multiple decks, and a hot tub! A great vacation home!

The 3rd floor was great, large kitchen, living room, 1/2 wrap around patio great shot of the sunset. The second floor has three bedrooms which were lovely, the king suite is great, and the king bath soaking tub was just what I needed with an oceanfront view. The hot tub on the second floor next to the king suite, but it runs all night and is loud. The second and first floor heat was off and we couldn’t locate the thermostat, we were freezing every night and even the contact couldn’t figure it out! We were unable to use the game room because it was tooo cold! There are 4 bedrooms 1 3rd floor w/a queen bed, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor w/queen beds, 1 king bed in the king suite. The description on the website is wrong there weren’t any twin beds, just 4 beds. The parking was difficult because of the road into the property is hard to turn into and the parking is a slanted driveway we only could park 2 cars to safely exit the road. The walk to the beach was easy and close. We made the best of it because we were at the beach!

The house was great! Plenty of room for all of us. The view was wonderful and beach acess was an easy walk and close, less than a block away. Will be back!

Dining room chair was broken, someone assembled it and “hid” the damage
Broken glassware in the dishwasher
Kitchen floor flooded from ice machine
Sleeper sofas in the living room is not an accurate description for “bedroom with 2 sofas”
We never did get the fireplace to work- it sputtered. We were concerned about gas leakage.

The home is well kept and very spacious. Can hold a lot of people and not feel crowded. Great views and close to beach.

Loved the size and comfortability of the great room/kitchen in the top floor and there are lots of deer. Although it Across the street from the ocean and up the hill a bit, the view is okay, but you can’t see it while sitting down on the deck because it can’t be seen through the glass bannister, as it’s not been cleaned in quite some time. Our whole party of five adults had difficulty with the stairs, especially when bringing in luggage, bags, etc. If anyone is elderly or has knee problems, this is NOT the house for you. The stairs are steep and there’s four flights. The first flight smells horribly. The first thing we noticed after entering the house. Carpet needs replacing. We felt the house was not cleaned properly. It needs a professional and thorough cleaning. Admittedly, I ignored some of the prior comments/reviews when choosing this house, as we had a narrow timeframe for renting, but should have heeded them.

Nice large house with lots of stairs. Only a block away from the ocean beach access. Great views. Parking situation is a little dicey if you have big rigs. Nice place for family gathering, including fur babies.

We were very happy with the location…it was closer to the beach than the pictures showed…the view from the living room window was outstanding…the master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Loved the kitchen table for sitting around talking, eating and putting puzzles together. We did have a problem with the upstairs TV, but the local “handyman” was patient and fixed the issue. The only thing I would warn is the number of stairs could be an issue for some. We were fine :). If we’re not directly on the beach, I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

The house was beautiful and spacious for all guests. The view from the living room was beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub was enjoyable. The only drawbacks were for a house that holds 12 people there could have been a couple more towels and washcloths there. Some of the outlets don't work, a couple parts in the fridge were broke. The house could use a deep cleaning also. Half the coffee cups were dirty, there was a pile of hair in the dining table drawer.

When we got to the house it smelled so bad. I know it’s pet friendly but it stunk. We had to vacuum the floors as soon as we got in. There was dirt, hair, popcorn, dead bugs, and pet food on the floors. There were dead bugs on the inside window. The kitchen garbage had food. The downstairs bathroom garbage had McDonald’s in it. We tried to contact the local management three times and never got a call back. We even called through Vacasa to get to the property management and never received a call back. The amazing view did not make up for the condition of the house. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental.

This house is located in a cute little neighborhood a short walk from the beach and was a great spot for our family weekend away. We also loved being able to bring the dogs with us.
The host called us on our way to the house to let us know that housekeeping was behind on cleaning. Our initial walk through the house felt clean, but after a while we realized its probably due for a good deep clean. It was little things like broken hangers on the floor in the closets and dirty oven mitts. There were also some minor maintenance issues the ice dispenser on the fridge was iced up and wasn't working correctly and the fridge door kept popping open. We contacted the host and they were quick to respond and offered send someone out to fix it it right away.
Essentials like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges and hand sanitizer were ample. However, I would recommend bringing laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent as those were not provided.
Our kids loved having access to the hot tub and the entire family enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking out at the ocean. It was a great weekend in a fun town and would rent it again.

For 8 years, 5 old high school friends get together and spend a 3 day weekend at the beach. The last 5 times we have switched it up and have rented a different house. This one was the best. Clean, comfortable, stunning view of the ocean, great kitchen for cooking and entertaining from, with a wonderful open concept. Beds were oh so comfy you didn’t want to get out in the morning. Easy walk to the beach , and wonderful view to watch the waves and sunset.
We will be back

We loved the size of the house, the view, the beach access to an awe beach. We were grateful to bring our dogs, and spend a few days with our grown kids.

The house was perfect for the 6 grandkids, wife and I. We loved the view and the space of the house. It was well furnished and very comfortable. The parking is an issue as we had a large vehicle. The gas fireplace was not working and master bed mattress was on the soft side. The coffee maker left much be desired. These were minor issues however for us. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the pool table and beach access

Beautiful view. The bed was a great mattress. The house needed a lot of repairs, and the carpet was filthy.

Enjoyed our stay! House accommodated 9 adults and 2 dogs with ease. Loved the pool table, view, and hot tub!

This home was even bigger than we expected. It looks exactly like the pictures, was amazingly clean and had everything we needed to celebrate our family Christmas. Great views for a stormy weekend.

Great place to stay with family and lots of room!!

Pros:
-Quiet part of town
-Beautiful views of the ocean
-Large seating are in living room
-Accommodates pets
-Affordable compared to other homes for rent in the area
Cons:
-Gas fireplace was not working and it’s one of the main reasons we booked this stay - Vacasa ghosted us about this and still has yet to respond to my inquiries about it
-Extra fees automatically applied for the hot tub (With no option to remove them even if you don’t use the hot tub)
-Extra booking fee from Vacasa (separate from VRBO’s booking fee) that was super high and in addition to the cleaning fee
-Not enough blankets to accommodate the foldout beds (people were cold at night)
-Thermostat is strange and it would get very warm on the top floor while being very cold on the second floor
-Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent if you are going for a long stay (they provide very limited amounts)
-A mirror in the full bath on the second floor fell off of the wall and shattered all over the ground. I was just thankful no one was in the bathroom at the time because it would have seriously hurt someone if they had been in there. Vacasa had nothing to say about this.
Overall, a good budget accommodation, but know what you are getting yourself into.

Our family reunion of 8 were very comfortable, however i wouldn't have added any other people due to the other 4 sleeping accommodations are a hide a bed and a leatherette futon with no privacy and no real bathroom facility. The 1/2 bath off the kitchen serves a purpose, however the only other community bathroom is downstairs. The primary bedroom has en suite.
Plan to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Also, if you like cooking bring your own set of knives. The plate situation is more than adequate.
The VIEW and beach accessibility make this home a real winner! The stretch of beach is ideal for walking and low tide pools at the farthest north end of the beach are treasures.
The driveway takes some negotiation as it is very narrow. The driveway accommodated three cars perfectly. I wouldn't recommend 4 cars.

We came down to celebrate our wedding on Saturday the 1st. Plenty of space for us to spread out to get ready for our day! The view was absolutely amazing. Only downfall all the stairs haha!

Had a great time, close walk to the beach. Wonderful views of the ocean. Would stay there again

The home is beautiful and very accommodating. Close access to the beach. Parking is a bit tricky and no yard which made games difficult. But there is a pool table and we were able to set up on the private road so didn't miss out on family fun.

We have never rented a vacation home before and we’re pleased with the response and help in doing this first time adventure. The house was amazing. Lots of stairs but the house was very new and clean! The view was wonderful (hence the stairs to get high enough to see the ocean..) sleeping accommodations were fine (our six teenagers/kids slept on the couches). We enjoyed the hot tub and the jacuzzi tub but mostly loved how close we were to the beach and the trails to God’s Thumb. We had quick help with a few things in the kitchen that needed attention. The driveway is tricky especially if you have a truck but we made it work! Everyone enjoyed this first time adventure!

House of as very clean and in good condition. Furniture was in great shape and comfortable too. Only complaint is that the mattresses need to be replaced. They were uncomfortable and broken down.

The house was very nice and had lots of space. It was very clean and one of the best houses we’ve stayed at. Definitely will be looking to stay here in the future.

it was very enjoyable and a short walk to the beach

Great place for a week with sisters
We loved the views, the hot tub. It had plenty of dishes and other amenities. It was an easy walk to the beach and we walked on it every day we were there. The furniture was very comfortable and plentiful. The only drawback was that the living space is on the third floor and you enter the house on the first.

Birthday getaway.
Very nice house. Excellent view. Plenty of space. Be prepared for stairs. Be careful of narrow driveway entrance. I would stay again.

A great place for crafting with friends
This was our second time staying at this home. It has a lot of space for setting up tables to craft with a view of the ocean. The kitchen is very spacious and has many amenities we haven't always found in other homes. Lots of dishes and pans to aid in food prep.
The driveway is tricky so make sure you take a wide turn.
Last time we stayed there was an issue with arachnids. That was not the case this weekend and it was very appreciated.
