We had a great stay for my niece’s graduation weekend. The house was beautiful with several areas to sit and talk and play cards. We loved the big kitchen table and the porch off the side of the house. Christina was a great host and made everything easy for us. Thanks!

Pictures were accurate unfortunately house has a big mouse problem there was mouse poop all over the house not just on the floors but on kitchen table literally everywhere. Back 4 season porch was leaking water from the roof. Property owner was great about responding and offering full refund and paying for another place to stay unfortunately there were no other options of places to stay for my family and I.

Wonderful house. The amenities and condition of the property are top notch. It looks even better in person than the pictures.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. The house was lovely and well-maintained. The location was quiet and we enjoyed the fire pit. There were plenty of activities to keep busy. We would definitely return!

We had a blast at Christina’s cottage. We have two kids under the age of 5 and she went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for the baby and the toddler. The location is great and surrounded by nature, perfect for family hikes! We loved it.

We had a lovely weekend getaway to the mountains. The home is conveniently located to several trails in the whites. Cozy fireplace and plenty of space for a small group. Had a lovely time and would come back again!

We enjoyed are stay . It was very roomie, the only negative was the cable TV. Could not figure it out make sure you have a ROKU with you

This property was great! Immediately upon pulling in I noticed that it was already better than pictures could show. The set up outside was excellent and the quiet road made it feel even more private than we expected. Our friends and family are already looking into another trip up here for hopefully an even longer stay!

The property was lovely and quite spacious. We were 4 adults and one teen so it was great to have lots of room to spread out. Location was wonderful. Access to the fabulous community center was a major draw and it did not disappoint. Even with not the best weather, we had plenty to do just using that facility and the outdoor components. The unit is super close to it as well. We were within a short drive to lots of other fun attractions but this was a low-key mini vacation for us so we were content to mostly stay in the unit and access the pool, gym, pond, etc. at the community center. Definitely got the feeling that this would be a terrific place to stay at any time of year between the unit and the center. Christina was a wonderful host - very responsive! She told me ahead of time there was a problem with the electric in one of the bathrooms which we were fine with. Unfortunately, some of the outlets seemed old as plugs did not stay in long and a number of other lights did not work. Christina was super quick to respond and even offered to deduct 1 night's stay which was very generous. She was a wonderful communicator throughout. The place is also stocked with anything and everything you might need (except a very large fry pan ;>) - way more than we expected. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend the place and the owner.

Christina is incredible!. very accommodating and very quick respond with any questions.The house is very nice and comfortable. We had been coming to this area for the last 12 years and this one of our favorites. We would definitely come again!

Clean comfortable more than enough room and great location to all the White Mountains have to offer. The pools at the Rec Center are a plus for rainy days. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

My family and I rented this home over the week of the 4th of July. We had 7 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 dogs. The property was close to everything we needed but also felt private and secluded. There is a ton of space to spread out and relax. The host is very responsive and we had no issues checking in or out. All questions were answered within 10 minutes. Before we arrived the owner informed us that air contitioning had just been installed (it worked great!) and there was plenty of wood for the fire pit. We were disappointed to find out that the arcade was closed for the entirety of our stay. I wish we had known beforehand, as we were looking forward to using it. Upon arrival, the house didn't look very clean (crumbs and debris on the floors as well as dirty walls/doors. We also found some toys in the couch on the main floor). The basement had a very musty smell, but the owner did let us know there was a dehumidifier, and there was seeminly nonstop rain before and during our stay. After running the dehumidifier overnight it was considerably better, but anyone with allergies should beware. My daughter couldn't stay longer than 1 night as her allergies were severely aggrivated while in the house. There are a ton of games and other things in the closets, but it just seems to be broken, old, and unusable junk. For example, we couldn't find a complete chess set, and most of the scrabble tiles were missing. This wasn't really a big deal, but the games and books just seem to be adding to the smell and dingy feeling. The kitchen for the most part has everything you will need. Tons of plates, bowls, drinkware, and utensils, all in good shape. The knives and cookware could REALLY use a refresh (pans were scratched up and dirty and there wasn't a sharp knife to be found). We also had to wash most things before we used them. Finally, I think the property could benefit from a shed outside of the home to store the trash. There is a closet off of the kitchen to store trash in during the stay, but it started to smell within a couple of days. It also doesn't seem large enough to hold the 6 bag limit per week. I did see that this is a new owner, and perhaps they are in the process of upgrading the property. If that's the case I would strongly suggest cleaning out and disposing of most of what's in the closets and running the dehumidifier before guests arrive.

We rented this property as a place to stay as a family, as we came to the area to bury our Mom/Grammy/Great Grammy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, clean, away from everything, and as described. Easy checking/checkout. Christina was a very responsive owner/host. Quickly answered all my questions. I would definitely rent this place again. An awesome place to make memories with your family.

Lovely property in a quiet area but still close enough to attractions, etc. Everything was spotless! The layout provided room for all while maintaining privacy. My grandchildren loved having their own space (I did, too)!!

Great place for a group. The large living room and the sun room were perfect for relaxing. The home is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Excellent communication with the property manager made check in and out so simple. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our group - three adults and five kids, plus two dogs - loved our stay here! The house was comfortable, plenty of space, great kitchen and the kids loved having their own floor downstairs. It’s peaceful, surrounded by trees, and the firepit made the yard another fun place to hangout. Really loved being able to swim at the rec center and explore the playground. We’d love to come back!

This house was cozy and comfortable. We had Thanksgiving dinner here and found the kitchen and table had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the space downstairs, they called it their apartment. I liked how the 3 bathrooms had 2 doors each that connected to another room, nice flow. The furniture in the living rooms were very comfortable, especially upstairs with the propane fireplace. Would definitely rent this house again.

I went with 3 families and kids ranging from 5 months to 18. Everyone had a wonderful time. The downstairs “man cave” was perfect for the boys to plays video games at night, the girls loved the bunk room. Property manager was fantastic- the coffee and dog treats and pancake mix left to greet us were so thoughtful. We had pretty much the neighborhood to ourselves and enjoyed walking at night and seeing all the stars. The kids enjoyed the basketball courts during the day. The fire pit was a treat also! I would definitely recommend this property and plan to return. Everyone had a great time.

Great cabin for a long weekend. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need. It was a little remote, but within a half hour to local hikes and attractions. Would be a great stay if you had kids with you since the whole downstairs has a bathroom, bunk beds, and a separate living room. Great value overall.

The property was a perfect location for a fall New England weekend. I’m sure it would work well almost any time including a winter weekend skiing. The house was quite comfortable and ample for six adults, especially with three full baths. It was also very well stocked with kitchen accessories and house linens. If we needed that size house again in the area, we definitely would seek this one again.

Great place for our 3 small families, Thanksgiving get together! Nice big table for the feast. Plenty of room for everyone. The beds are very comfy, one couple is thinking about getting the same mattress for home! Loved having the propane "wood" stove. The top floor gets super toasty after having it on a while, so make sure you cut it out well before bed if you like it cooler for sleeping! Thanks for having us!
