It was ok. But not worth the price.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Seems like it was newly remodeled.

It’s has a very small lobby making it seem very busy and crowded. The valet parking allows two autos in front of the property so you’d block traffic if you had to wait in line. $49 a day for parking is high. A lot of homeless people. Tried using the elevator to get to riverwalk and a homeless person was sleeping in it. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they just said Thank you. The bedroom view could best be described as the slums. Vacated area, graffiti, broken windows.

I loved loved loved this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast had many choices and there were high chairs with tops for my baby! The pool was on the second floor and we loved it as well. All in all I really enjoyed our stay no complaints!

Gostei dos quadros country e porta toalha do quarto. Gostei dos lenços demaquilantes e da limpeza.

É um hotel caro, porém bem localizado. Achei o serviço de valet caro 49,00 dólares , achei um estacionamento uma quadra de distância por 10,00 dólares.

excellent staff very friendly and welcoming room was great very clean loved the bed super comfy great breakfast. Also valet attendants were great at getting our car to us on time . Loved this place will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our balcony view of the waterfront Lovely setting inside the suite Very clean and the beds were comfy with extra blankets located in the closet I give the Hampton hotel and exceptional staff a 10 all around the board

Our stay was for a long overdue getaway. This facility helped make it a perfect weekend.

The location was perfect! It is located on a quiet part of the river. The bedding was so comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

The only things that could make it better would be a fire pit outside to lounge around at night, a hot tub, and a bath tub in the room.

Disappointed with the room and accountability of the staff

The location of the hotel was wonderful and so was the valet staff

I did not get the room I originally booked and was told it was unavailable. There was a Powerade bottle behind the curtains when we pulled them back, and there seemed to be a blood stain on the floor.

I rate my stay an 8, the overall price was a little expensive. Did not get the room I reserved.

I don’t eat eggs so there was not enough meat selections; there was none the last day of my stay.

No meat selections, every thing else was ok.

This hotel brand needs to get on the environmental band wagon. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Very comfortable and clean. It was nice and close to everything. The staff were super friendly.

Breakfast facilities were absolutely atrocious. Single use plastic or polystyrene everything. It made me feel really sad. Even though the breakfast was complementary we refused to contribute to the problem and paid to eat elsewhere.

The room was very nice ,comfortable and modern.. the bathroom was great, as well as the mini kitchen area. The outdoor pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast time, too. The location area was fabulous and very convenient to walk to the River walk and many other wonderful venues on the street level. Pricy but a very good hotel.

I just didn't like that they add an extra 230 dollar incidental deposit to.your room charge and not tell you ahead of time. They do refund to your account after a few business days but a heads up before hand would be nice. 230 usd can be used for flights ✈️ 😏

Disappointing stay, filthy floors, dirty bathroom and bedding.

The staff was friendly

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The floors were filthy and covered in hair. The shower wasn’t cleaned, there was a booger on the wall and hair still in it. The sink had toothpaste in it. Toilet wasn’t cleaned either. Our beds had balls of hair in it and were stained. We had to ask for clean sheets and change our own bedding after traveling two days to get there and it was late at night, we were tired. The maids came in the next day to “clean” but the floors were still disgusting. Price was different from what booking told me. Valet is basically the only option here, it’s $49 a night. We could never get the room to cool down. One elevator was broken the morning of checkout and everybody in the hotel was checking out at the same time. Their wasn’t enough carts, it took two hours to get all our belongings down to the lobby. Cockroaches were all over the sidewalk outside. The pool was smaller than it looked online. Mostly all of the chairs were broken. Our view was of old abandoned run down buildings with graffiti written on them. I will never stay here again.

Overall, a very nice hotel and clean

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, but very crowded and everyone was waiting for the waffle machines. Very clean and updated. Room was a very good size, with a desk and sofa, nice bathroom area

We got stuck in a room with a view of the rooftop of a vacant building next door with graffiti on the walls, no view of the riverwalk at all. The passageway to the Riverwalk was under construction and it felt like you were going down a wrong alley. Not on the main area of the Riverwalk which was nice for being quiet, and a short walk to everything the Riverwalk has to offer. The hotel has old vacant buildings on both sides, and it attracts some of the homeless looking for things and also sleeping nearby on the street. Parking is $45 a night and we did not ever have to use the vehicle while we stayed there.
