Good central location, air conditioning was necessary due to the hot weather. Walking distance to a couple of wineries.

We very much enjoyed staying here. We had six adults, and found this place extremely comfortable. The house is in a great location! We were a short walk into town for restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed visiting Foursight

The house was charming, very comfortable and cool in the high heat. It had everything we needed for cooking and eating. We also enjoyed the Four Sight Winery and we hope to return in the coming months!
Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was our second time staying at Nancy’s place. It is a lovely farmhouse with vintage kitchen, bordering a sheep pasture and Foursight Winery’s vines. We love it for the easy walk to town and tasting rooms, and our dog Luna loved it for the large fenced meadow and excitement of seeing sheep. Nancy is super respectful of privacy, but when we needed help with the barbecue they were there within five minutes to help. Note that does sit on Highway 128–like most of Boonville—so you will hear some traffic noise. Otherwise, a quiet, magical place to relax.

Had an amazing time staying in this cute vintage farmhouse. Clean and quiet and great location next to some amazing wineries and downtown area. Hosts were amazing and accommodating. Woke up to see the sheep having their morning breakfast. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect especially the location.

Staying at this property was very interesting. It is accurately described in the online listing and as it turns out, is the oldest residence in Anderson Valley. It's like staying in Grandma's house, cozy and vintage.

We have stayed here for the past three years. Easy for my elderly mother as it’s all on one level and close to the show ring at the fair where we show our livestock. It’s a win win for us😊

I honestly don’t think the photos do this place justice. It is so much sweeter In Real Life. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the whole farmhouse vibe is just perfect. It’s on the main road which isn’t for everyone, but we didn’t mind. The owners are incredibly helpful and responsive. We were all ready to move in! We’ll be back!

Small, old-fashioned, cozy farmhouse right in Boonville. Convenient to wineries, restaurants, and Hendy Woods. Although the property is right on the main road (128) it wasn't noisy at night and you stop hearing the traffic noise during the day. Plenty of shade, as well as sun, and some sheep to enjoy. We had a lovely time . Beds were comfortable, cooling system worked well. Very satisfied.

We feel so lucky to have found this sweet home in Boonville! It’s a great location and so charming and well-appointed. Nancy was so attentive to any minor issues we had, which are to be expected in such an old home. The size and space was perfect for us and our dog enjoyed visiting with the sheep :). We’ll be back again and again when we visit my sister and her family, who live down the road.

We had a great stay at this little farmhouse. Everything was well thought out and very cute. We attended an event at the fairgrounds and the location was perfect. I loved the personalized welcome note. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back again soon.

We stayed at Tolman House for a long weekend in order to attend a wedding nearby. The house is very adorable, has everything you could need, and the location is fantastic. Boonville has a lot to discover itself, and you are fairly close to Hendy Woods, Navarro, and the coast. The beds are extremely comfortable, the grill worked great, and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the porch each morning. My daughter especially loved seeing the sheep outside the dining area window each morning. You can't go wrong with this house and location.

We have stayed twice.
We would recommend for a relaxing time.

Our entire experience was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable, the claw foot tub was crucial, and the living room was a sweet space to decompress. I really loved the 2 tone lilacs! I can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable country home with all the conveniences of home. It has a great porch and yard - so you have good privacy. A very well appointed kitchen. Lots of art work to make the home very warm. Very good heating. Very nice and large home. Things to be aware of - it is adjacent to the road - so there is some traffic noise but very little at night. Overall very clean, comfortable, welcoming and spacious. We had a very nice visit. Thank you.

Our after Christmas stay at “The Tolman” house was again very relaxing and fun. The rain didn’t dampen our spirits and wine tastings were just as enjoyable during the storms. House was just as clean and comfy as our last 2 stays. Nancy was as responsive to emails as before. Everything worked, water was hot, we have learned how to sign into our home cable aps for shows, enjoyed our afternoon reading time and Tara loves the large yard. The five-course dinner at the Boonville Hotel was superb. Don’t forget to do a tasting at Foresight Wines, where Joe will impart his knowledge and passion for the land and wine. We will be back for a fourth stay in the future.

The house was clean and comfortable. We went for good hikes at Hendy Woods and the Navarro River Estuary. Took a day trip to Point Arena. Good wine tasting at Navarro.

We really enjoyed our stay. We show animals at the fair, and having a comfortable close spot to relax when we are not in the showing is amazing. This little gem is close to town, right at the fairgrounds, and let us relax and enjoy our weekend. A true bonus is its proximity to Pennyroyal winery.

Property was as described. Worked well for our party of three for three days of wine tasting the the Anderson Valley.
Close enough to walk to most anything in Boonville.
Would definitely book again when in the area.

Loved our stay with the sheep!
This is an adorable farmhouse surrounded by sheep pasture. We stayed here when we attended the barrel tasting at Foursight. It was fun to cook in the vintage kitchen and use the grill and eat outside in the shade of the trees. Easy walk to Anderson Valley Brewing, Boonville Hotel, Offshoot, etc. We enjoyed walking/running up in the hills on Other Ranch Road nearby.

Cozy Spot
We stayed here for four nights over the Fourth of July weekend. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It's an easy walk from here to downtown Boonville and a beautiful drive to the coast, if you are so inclined. Fun to have the sheep near us and more livestock and wildlife are short walks away.
It is right next to Highway 128 so we sometimes experienced road noise, but very little at night and we were gone most days so it didn't bother us. The logging trucks do start coming through early on weekday mornings, however, which might be loud for late sleepers.
In all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

My wife and I along with our small labradoodle Abby had a wonderful time in the perfect location for Anderson Valley wine tasting. The bed was great and the shower with the heater was really nice. The fenced in yard worked perfect for Abby and she could watch the sheep next door. The weather was great with sun so we sat out on the porch and enjoyed this great house. Thanks Nancy!!!

Our dog loved the large yard, we loved that this was walking distance to wineries and the local bakeries. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (though we weren't doing any cooking ourselves). It's a little small - perfect for 4, but would have been tight with 6 people. The cooker and fridge is a delightful retro style so don't come expecting all of the mod-cons! The master bathroom had a problem with the toilet refilling that couldn't be fixed before our stay - I think it was an annoyance but not a huge problem. Overall an ideal base for a long weekend in Boonville, thanks for having us!

The home is very rustic. Look closely at pictures as furnishings are decades old including a bath/shower combo in main bedroom which, for us being tall, was unusable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The hostess was great for communication. The location for Valley is great. We enjoyed our time thoroughly.
