Everything! From the moment we first got there til the moment we were leaving, we were welcomed by all staff. They each greeted us every time we saw them and their attention to detail wanting to make our trip as memorable as possible was fantastic. They really did go above and beyond.
Nothing!

In the heart of the medina. Nice little pool. Wonderful staff!
The AC in our room was broken. :(:(:(

Locatie, Marokkaanse uitstraling.
Voor 3 personen wat klein. Geen thee/koffie op kamer. In lobby ook geen mogelijkheid. Tv op kamer werkte niet.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ayoub and all the receptionists are simply amazing. The location is perfect, both near the drop off/pick up point out of the Medina, and the Jemma el-Fnaa square. Breakfast is good. This part of the Medina is very beautiful.
The room was smaller than the pictures, but still a very good option to stay in Marrakech.
The surfaces inside the room could be more clean, yet the bathroom, sheets and towels were perfect.

Location was very good. It was near the attractions. The architecture was beautiful.
There is no tea or coffee facilities in the room . The breakfast is very basic and is prepared by a lady in morning. It is not buffet system.
The swimming pool is tinnest where a person can mainly sit rather than swim.
At the time of payment 3% tax plus credit card fee is added on top of payment for the rooms.

Beautiful decor, excellent location amongst the alleyways, friendly staff, delicious breakfast on the rooftop and offered extra pancakes.
Blankets would be a lovely touch when on the rooftop at breakfast for it being a little cold, although they tried to put the heater on without us even asking.

It was very quiet in an area that’s absolutely insane with people being in the centre of the city. The price was good. It was very clean and the staff were helpful.
It’s just a general comment for all of Morocco none of the hotels have kettles in them for you to make your own coffee and tea during the day. This is the same for Ibis and a different hotel. I stayed in. None of them had kettles note to travellers bring your own, or you’ll be out buying coffee all the time, which of course may be what you want to do anyway.

Klidné a romantické místo.
Možná až moc tvrdé a vysoké polštáře.

Vieta netoli pagrindinės aikštės. Paslaugus personalas. Kambarys valomas kasdiena. Tvarkinga
Pirma kartą rasti labai sunku. Labai plonos sienos, daug triukšmo. Prasti pusryčiai. Buvo išgulėta viena lova

The property was a nice Riad with a small pool and a nice roof terrace. The room was a good size with AC and had all basic amenities.
The location was a bit hard to find as there are no signs, but the shop owners in the area were really helpful.

Workers from the Riad. They are all very kind and nice! It was really a pleasure to be there.
Location is very good because it's near (walking distance) from the most of the attractions.
Towels.
AC was not strong enough.

The service of Mounir, Hassan and the girl in the reception. They are exceptional! Mounir and Hassan explained a lot of curiosities about Morocco and their lifestyle, they were very nice with us!
Also great ubication even it is a little difficult to find first time.
Delicious breakfast but poor quantity and not a lot of variety. Some fruit and cheese or iogurt would be great.

Our stay at the Riad was wonderful. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was clean. It was a quiet place with no noise. Breakfast was included and even though you couldn't choose the food it was all very tasty and you were served quickly on the roof terrace of the restaurant which was very nice. What we liked the most was the staff, special mention to our dear Faissal, who treated us like queens. Super attentive and friendly, he helped us with everything and showed us the best places in Marrakech. We definitely recommend it and hope to repeat your siblings Lucia & Teresa.
It was all nice :)

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Faisal who speaks English very well and took care of our every need and offered us tips and advice for our time in Marrakech. Even when we moved to another Riad during another portion of the trip, he was always available to answer questions.
The riad was very comfortable, very well furnished and the location was excellent and convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.
But what really made the stat special was the host Faisal. This is a great Riad for first time visitors to Marrakech and return visitors alike

It's a great Riad inside the medina. Totally recommend! They care really good about the customer. Good breakfast.

The riad is very centrally located within the main median just a few mins walk from jemaa el fina. Was east to get almost anywhere in the centre of old town from here.
The rooms were air-conditioned which was helpful with the hot summer days.
The riad is hard to find at first. The receptionist is pretty much unhelpful when looking for the place. People in the medina try to scam you by saying go left right etc just to send you towards their shops. Google maps isn’t great either to locate this riad. When we finally got to the place the receptionist was far from nice and unhelpful and rude when she was asked why she couldn’t help us. The room was not ready even though check in time was 2 and we had got there for 2 but they did make sure they got the room ready very fast. It was quite a small room on the ground floor and pretty dark inside. It’s quite loud and you can hear all the sound and chatter from the reception which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to sleep. I had to ask the guy at the reception at night to keep it down but he was nice about it. There were several times the door to the riad was left fully open with no one manning the reception which questions the safety (including at night). There were 3 beds but zero closet space and nowhere to keep your bags. The cold water tap in the shower wasn’t working properly at first so the water was extremely hot but this was fixed by the time we went out and returned. Breakfast is served in a different restaurant outside of the riad which isn’t mentioned when booking the place but this wasn’t a problem to us as we didn’t have breakfast at the riad on both days.

This property was amazing. The location is right in the middle of the medina! It had a true Moroccan feel to it! Beautiful.
On the first night we arrived with our bags our Taxi had to drop us a fair walk away due to the taxi being too big for the small streets and alleys. We encountered two drunk locals that were telling us the path we were trying to go down were “closed” they do this often. We were basically being lured down a dark alley when I just shouted that we knew where we were going and it was not that way. We kinda scurried off the way google maps was telling us to go still being followed by the local. We reached the riad only to be told we were at the sister one. Thankfully the lovely staff there walked us to the correct one and we decided to stay in for the rest of the night. The location was great however I imagine this happens to a lot of people that stay so central.

Clean, confortable and amazing staff
Breakfast is in a restaurant close by, starts only at 8 so if you need to leave earlier or you have to catch some bus or train after 8, you wont be able to enjoy it. We has a bus at 9 and we arrived at 8 to the restaurants. We had to wait 20 minutes to be served abd of course eat super fast to ran away.

I booked a double room but when my friend arrived he had to book an additional room as it turned out that the double room was only for one person.
