The second floor unit is beautifully decorated and provides with you with a two-bedroom, open living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hardwood floors and high ceilings represents the charm that you will experience in Asheville but with modern upgrades and conveniences.

Linens are provided for the comfortable king size and queen size beds and in the full 2 baths. A laundry room is located inside the building.

We also have a one-bedroom unit in the same building. This is perfect for family or friends traveling together.

This property is centrally located in Asheville. Three friends rented for the weekend. We were able to leave the car parked in the garage and walk to everything. The unit is in a secure building. It was clean and very comfortable. We will be back!

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 couples and it was the perfect spot. Ray and Rick were both great hosts. Responsive and nice. Garage parking was awesome to have with street parking so busy downtown during the summer. The location was also incredible. Walking distance to all the South Slope breweries and a ton of great restaurants and shops downtown. Easy drive to anything else. The apartment itself was nice, clean. Comfortable couch and living space to hang out in. The only shower is in the jack and jill bathroom between the 2 bedrooms (which wasn't totally clear to me from the pictures), but was fine with some coordination. Overall would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future!

Really perfect place for my wife and me…and we will be back with other family members. Fantastic to have an inside parking spot in the middle of downtown. We walked all over from there. Old Europe coffee and pastries next door was a great way to start the day!

We loved our stay at this property. Rick, the manager of the property, was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. The apartment was so nice with great beds and linens. And-this is rare for a vacation rental-the living room furniture was comfortable. You can walk right out the front door and into downtown Asheville. You can walk to all the amazing eateries and breweries. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a fantastic location in downtown Asheville. Can walk to tons of bars, restaurants and shops, being able to walk downstairs to get coffee and pastries from Old Europe every morning. The secure, designated parking spot enabled us to go in and out each day for outdoor activities without worry. Checking in was easy with Rick, and he showed us how to get in and out of the garage and the apartment features. He also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and pointed us in the right direction for an outdoor music concert that night. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be downtown, especially if you have a car.

We absolutely loved staying in this place! It was everything we wanted! Clean, comfortable and close to everything! We got there and parked and never got in our car again until we left! This was my second stay and once again it was perfect for exploring Asheville! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming, the location was handy for walking anywhere downtown, the apartment was immaculate and the amenities were everything we needed. There is a bit of occasional late night noise from siren’s etc. but that is to be expected in an urban location. This is definitely my go to spot in Asheville!

Perfect location for exploring Asheville

We stayed 3 nights while exploring downtown Asheville and we couldn’t have found a better location for doing so. We parked the car (Parking included which was huge) and we’re able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Strada Italiano and Curate were two restaurants (short walk) that we really enjoyed and all the southern slope breweries were a 5 minute walk. The unit itself was clean, spacious and had a washer/dryer one floor down which was very helpful as we needed to do wash. Rick was there at check in to show us around and make recommendations

Great Location

Being in the middle of downtown was perfect for dining and shopping. We loved all the local shops and the food in this town is outstanding. The apt was clean and comfortable. Beds and living area were nice. I would say the only downfall in the one bedroom is the skylight. Bring a mask and you’ll be fine. There was construction going on directly next door so no sleeping in. Obviously it’s temporary and only happens during week days. Overall we loved our experience and Rick went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible. We will for sure be back!

We had a wonderful time at 20 Broadway St. Very clean. Very comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Such a great location! Rick greeted us when we arrived and gave us wonderful recommendations of what to do and where to go in Asheville. My friends and I would definitely stay here again!

This rental (unit C) is almost at the very center of downtown Asheville and is conveniently located near many interesting restaurants, art galleries and attractions. Noise is the major issue you have to deal with. The 2nd-floor unit is at the rear of the building and above the alley and garage parking. The trash trucks start very early and are quite noisy collecting the many dumpsters for the 1st-floor retail businesses. The garage door can be heard quite clearly when it is opening/closing; fine during the day but can easily disturb sleep when it's early or late. Also, one of the bedrooms has a large skylight that always has light shining through - bring a sleep mask if that bothers you.

Great property/Great location/ enclosed parking. Right in the middle of shopping/dining. Historic downtown location with walkable access to almost everything. Only issue was no elevator. Had to walk up steps with luggage to get to site. On site manager helpful but was an issue for 2 middle aged ladies.

This condo is in a fabulous location! Walkable to anything downtown. Having a parking spot made it super easy to come and go if we wanted to see attractions outside of downtown. Unit is super clean and well stocked. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Harris Teeter are right down the street as well. Ray was super accommodating and Rick provided a great tour at check-in. Book now, you won’t be disappointed.
