A delightfully spacious quality 4 bedroom, 3 reception maisonette on the 1st & 2nd floors of a cliff top Purbeck Stone house, with fabulous views over Swanage Bay.
The beach below is only a few minutes walk, as is the National Trust coastal land across to Studland Bay.
Swanage has a clean, safe and sandy beach. The town offers a full range of family entertainment; country pubs, restaurants, health club, swimming pool, steam railway, golf and putting, tennis, the Pier, and great walks. The surrounding scenic Isle of Purbeck has many places of interest for days out, such as castles, animal sanctuaries, fun parks & beaches.

pillows and duvets on each bed plus cleaning materials.

There are locked Landlord private room / cupboards (Front bedroom, dining room and hallway)
and locked chests of draws (hallway) and Private attic room.
The garden is privately owned by the ground floor flat.

Superb property, great location - wonderful break despite awful weather! Great to get a message from Philip checking we were ok in the storms. The house stayed warm and cosy with magnificent views of the crashing waves. Hoping to stay again next year!

We had a great five days at Seaviews, close to beach and center of Swanage with spacious accommodation. Decor a bit dated with a lot of personal items in rooms with dried flower arrangements, we did have to wash the glasses and top of cooker on the first day but other than that all was fine. We would stay at Seaview again just for the sea views and location.

We all (6 adults and 1 child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything you could need was provided - very comfortable and spacious for a group. We stayed in an Airbnb the previous weekend and this beat it hands down with regard to price, space, equipment and holiday ‘experience’. Would recommend and would use it again for a large family holiday. Thanks.
