Awesome!!! Highest quality!!! Highly recommended 10 plus star accomodation

Location scenic and peaceful. Host very welcoming and friendly. The pantry and fridge staples were of the highest quality as were the extra products which had been provided including bottle of wine, chocolate bars, crisps, snack bars and much more. The thoughtful gesture such as Zoe's handmade card made you feel most welcome. The quality of this stay extended to the bathroom products and to the bedroom linen... in addition each bedroom had its own TV. If you're looking for an amazing place to stay with all the comforts of home, it is right here.

Serene beauty

Located in relaxing nature yet still close enough to the city and shops. Had everything we needed or couldve thought of needing. Zoe was a superb host and we felt at home the minute we arrived. Zoe's dog was also a lovely surprise which our two boys loved. Thanks so much Zoe for the great hospitality and the beautiful accomodation.

Superb private super comfortable accommodation where you can choose to just hibernate or explore.

Everything/aspect about "Spacious Modern two-bedroom apartment" was Fantastic! I really appreciated the breakfast kit provided by the Host. In addition to the muesli, cereal, milk, biscuits, crackers & even chips, our Host gave us a bottle of local wine. A very thoughtful addition and in the process supporting local business. The property is modern (as it is titled) with Internet, free WiFi, access to streaming services etc. There is a bluetooth connectable stereo system so you can listen to your own music or Spotify etc. And the whole apartment was very tastefully and comfortably appointed. But for us the icing on the cake was that our Host has two pets: a darling dog and a very friendly cat. So just when you thought everything for your relaxation and comfort was met, you have the emotional comfort provided by a loving dog. It is an amazing find, close to Cambridge (& NZ's home of Olympic Cycling Velodrome) and also a short trip into Hamilton. We would certainly stay again.

Well worth the journey.

the property is well stocked for everything you need in terms of appliances and homewares, even down to the smallest details such as washing detergents and coffee pods. A welcome pack is provided with toiletries as well as snacks, cereals, eggs & milk. Staff were super friendly and attentive, making the transition into the space a breeze. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the comforts of home including wifi and chrome sat.

The accommodation was lovely, modern while very comfortable. Set in a rural part of Hamilton, it was quiet and surrounded by gorgeous trees. Zoe really looked after us with a complimentary basket of goodies and wine. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hamilton. Definitely on the list to for a return stay.

a Perfect idyllic comfortable holiday retreat

this property was beautiful - even with the rain we had. A serene and quiet garden setting with wonderful features and facilities. Modern and extremely comfortable, well equipped throughout. hosts were friendly and very good communicators with directions etc. They also supplied the best breakfast and snack hamper I’ve ever had at a property - beer and wine included. we felt quite spoiled.

i had trouble with the microwave/convection oven and induction cook top - but that was more my unfamiliarity with this more modern equipment than what I have at home. it all worked eventually ( I just had to read the manual which was provided! )

A luxurious stay in Hamilton

This is our second stay and again it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The couches were comfortable and the property was lovely and warm. We appreciated being close enough to easily see the Hamilton sights but away from the hub bub of a city. As an added bonus there is a delicious Cafe (Punnet) just a 5 minute drive away so you don't even need to deal with the city traffic to eat very well.

We loved everything, Zoe and Mike were so welcoming, helpful, they went over and above for us. The hamper and the warm lounge on arrival made it feel like home. my Grand daughter loved it was like her own bedroom at home. We were able to entertain our grandson and his partner from Auckland. They came for the day to watch his aunty and sister playing in the hockey tournament. our holiday was perfect I recommend this BnB to all my friends, whānau

The perfect wedding anniversary getaway.

right from confirmation of this booking everything was to an exceptionally high standard. communication with Zoe was amazing. on arrival we were greeted by an awesome selection of hot and cold breakfast items. the unit was impeccable, clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. beds were lovely and liens were to a high standard. highly recommended and we have already told three friends. we ate all of our meals outside on the lovely patio listening to Ruru, Tui and watching fan tails dancing. absolutely gorgeous.

there was absolutely nothing to not like about this property - everything exceeded our expectations.

Bliss

This was our home away from home for two weeks while I recovered from an operation. They were wonderful hosts and the welcome/breakfast basket was amazing. Also halfway through our stay they gave us another bottle of wine and some delicious chocolates. The bed & bedding was so comfortable which you don’t often find when you go away. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to stay in and hope to be back one day. Awesome hosts and home.

I would most definitely book this accomodation again and would recommend it to friends.

Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The bath was just perfect to relax in after a long trip. The hamper of goodies was an absolutely lovely touch and my daughter was very excited by it. Zoe, the host, has been incredibly helpful and accomodating in our difficult personal circumstances for which I am very very grateful.

Can you believe I missed seeing the WIFI password on the top shelf until our last morning! Silly me!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Zoe was most welcoming and had left us a super generous box of goodies for breakfast and more, including chocolate, wine and beer. The apartment was spacious and beautifully done and had everything we needed, including a really comfy bed, spacious living area and extra large bathroom. The location was perfect for us, quiet and restful , although close to the State Highway and with easy access to exploring the Waikato. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Zoe!

Everything about this stay - lovely light, spacious, warm and comfortable apartment. On semi rural property so views of gardens and trees, close to Hamilton. Breakfast and some drinks supplied too. We loved it and would recommend to anyone.

Top Class and Comfortable.

Lovely spacious apartment, all on one level, two large double bedrooms. Nice open plan lounge and kitchen area. Kitchen very well equiped. Beautiful basket of goodies for breakfast etc on arrival, top class ! Beautifully clean, great carparking, easy to find and centrally located between Hamilton and Cambridge. Lovely outdoor seating area with beautifully manicured gardens to look at.
