it was great, we'll be back.

staff was great, all of them! Very nice and helpful! we really needed a 'rest stay' , my husband is recovering from a horrible spell of dengue (we live in Bonaire) and we loved the place! even when there was a small noise hick-up, it was solved immediately. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

Property is a bit 'tired', renovations are in order, but keeping in mind the last hurricane damages, totally understandable....

Good location but hotel facility and some staff need an upgrade

Location was good, very close to Simpson Bay but you need a car for sure because of the distance from the road to the reception and rooms

Internet was weak in the room and at times the staff were not warm as should be expected. The bathroom door in the rooms didn't open thoroughly to allow for easy access to the toilet and sink

Neighbours complained about noise and the staff was very rude about it without any evidence.

The pool and privacy

The chairs peel too much.. they are very old and need to be repaired. This is in all of the rooms I have noticed. The toilet and sink is old as you can see the dirt sticks to it and some of the furnitures are broken/torn.

Nothing but Frustration

Nothing. My fligth was canceled, I found the hotel listed and made my booking at 11:35 p.m.. When I got there 15' later, after taking an outrageous expensive taxi, the hotel front desk was closed. Nobody to check me in. At that point, I had to figure out where to go and how to find a taxi to pick me up. Big loss of money in extra night taxis and huge amount of trouble to deal with on a so-called turístic island.

The hotel was listed on Booking, my reservation was taken at 11:35 p.m.., but when I got there 15' later, the front desk was closed. Not even a couch could be acessed to spend a few hours until someone shows up and allow me into my room. Terrible service and plataform management.

Wonderful!

The place was spacious and beautiful. The views of the marine was amazing

It needs a little renovation. The outside looks a bit dated but when you get inside the room, it's lovely.

Poor experience

The moment I left the hotel

The moment I walked into the room and the bed was not made. The TV in the living room did not work. There were many power cuts and the WiFi connection was poor. There was no parking spot next to the rooms which was inconvenient.

Nice timeshare hotel.

Liked the location and close to the airport. Security all over which I felt very safe. Atentive housekeeping.

Did not have an laundry room for being an timeshare hotel. Does not have an night auditor.

My stay was pleasant and very refreshing and I will be back in the future!!

Location was good, easy access to public transportation and the restaurants were awesome.

Overall it could have been great if there weren’t so many inconveniences

I loved the balcony, laying out there with the breeze was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and big.

There was a lot of walking, and the elevator wasn’t working. Also the power cut out on us at 3am and it got very hot. There wasn’t any front desk staff on shift between 11pm and 7am! So security is who we had to speak to about the power. There were roaches in the room. The lobster house didn’t have a bunch of things on their menu. So we went off property for food.

Exceptional

I loved the amazing views and listening to the music artists of the Heineken Regatta! Perfect location!

Beautiful place with a not so beautiful experience.

At first sight the place and the rooms are gorgeous. The view is outstanding. Also, the service of the staff is great. The bellmen were very patient and friendly. We had some problems with our room not being clean and needed to be moved (twice) but the front desk staff showed much understanding with us and took our complaints serious. We ended up getting our money back without a fuzz.

This time we had some unfortunate chain of events that made us not enjoy the place or the stay at all but we understand things happen and feel it deserves a second chance.
