The view! Beautiful ocean front right on the beach, with an observation tower in which you could watch the airliners take off really close The hotel also was a short distance to the beach restaurant and airport.
We had an air conditioner start to leak and it was repaired immediately, big points for that.
The morning wait staff and administrator were very abrupt, and at times rude. One time I was given a hard time in borrowing a menu and had to go back to my room, get my phone, go back and take a photo of it as she said she wasn't going to let it leave the restaurant. The following morning I went to get a couple items from the menu to take to my room and was ignored and left standing for some time, while she was waiting on others, never letting me know if she was ever going to wait on me, so I left without getting anything. The morning administrator arranged transportation once for us to go to a nearby beach restaurant to see the landings, which was a favorite thing to do, but then wouldn't help us again, letting us fend for ourselves. I will say the night staff were good, until one night after ordering a simple salad and french fries at 8:10pm, was told that the kitchen was closed. This occured after the order was placed in the computer.
It just seemed like no one wanted to provide any type of customer service.
The pool was not swimmable, and the owners dogs were pooping and peeing on everything including walls in the restaurant, and everytime I walking into the office, one of the dogs would charge and get close to biting me.

Location was great. Close to airport and staff very friendly.
The pool was green and not usable. No hot water in shower after letting it run forever to warm up.

Childfriendly and cozy hotel. Very friendly personal.
Beach and pool possibility, which is ideal when travelling with kids younger then 12. Beautiful beach, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Loved that you could take a bike also to get to a little supermatket nearby.
Our daugther loved the cats.

This hotel was a original feel of the local island culture . The Style , the design of hotel , and indivisible mini bungalows. It’s Directly on the beach not far from the airport . Great location . Parking for those who may rent a car. One restaurant on the property over looking the beach .Great drinks and nice local dishes. . Friendly staff. Pet friendly for those who have pets. It’s a older style with unique designs to each unit. Clean beach . We only stayed one night . Small pool on property and pleasant surprise of birds on the property. I
The room we had was in the basement which was still nice … Just need a fresher smell in the room and in that local area also update the bedspreads and bedding and furniture but No real complaints .

We were literally 50 steps to the ocean shore. The beach was very clean ( no seaweed, no smell from the seaweed). No planes at night. We will surely stay again.

Bar closed when the arrived on scheduled flight from Antigua, arrived 10pm ish. Nowhere to even get a bottle of water.
Room smelt of Bleach.
Bathroom very basic and rustic
Was not aware it was more timeshare than actual hotel with hotel facilities

This resort is even more beautiful in person than on the pictures, and the people who work here are really nice and friendly.
That my stay was too short to really enjoy all that this beautiful resort has to offer.

I love this place. The relaxed vibe, right on the beach in a quiet more or less unspoilt area. Great view of the airport, the noise does not disturb at all. I would not want to stay anywhere else.
Nothing to complain about, I loved it all.

Property was outstanding! Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the food was wonderful. Pool was like a bathtub. I loved waking up every morning and sitting watching the ocean. AC was cold, bathroom was huge.
Not a single complaint. Will stay here again.
