The place to be when in St. Maarten. Friendly staff, and easy on the budget ...

Right on the beach, close to restaurants and night life. Staff is really friendly, rooms are clean, bed and pillows are awesome so you always have a good nights rest (or nap!).

Our stay was okay, I’m hoping with all the new renovations it will be better.

The room was very clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The internet wasn’t working good in the room and the tv wasn’t connecting to the internet, tv had very limited channels.

It was amazing nonetheless.

Was decently sized with everything within reach, loved the fact that there’s two elevators, cute little gym, very beautiful pool with a bar and restaurant and a spa.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool pump wasn’t functioning properly so we couldn’t use the pool during our stay.

Not Worth the price

The location is nice and clean

Too many hidden fees and taxes, the room was not an apartment as stated on the description, and it Didn't have a couch, had to pay an additional $70 to get a room with a couch. The bed for the couch didn't even pull out or work.

Good stay for the value.

It was close to airport and restaurants.

The outdoor area was not that clean and the curtains in the room didn’t close all the way and were dirty.

Well spent, definitely recommend and will visit upon my return.

Everything was at my fingertips. The staff were very friendly, the manger was on ground and he make sure my husband and I were well taking care of

So far my stay was well spent. I’ll definitely returned to that location when I visit St Maarten again.

It is ok for one or two nights.

The location. It is near the airport.

The pool is too small and our room had a little ocean view .. in spite the hotel was not full.. it was low season and I am sure many rooms were not booked.

I enjoyed the Area and the room was just prefect for me, and the staff was very pleasant.

I could not visit the pool because of the privacy needed to be fenced off from the Restaurant.

All together I had a great stay the Spa is a must try !!! But the fiberglass around the pool side really needs to be rem

The fiberglass around the pool ( itched my skin really bad) and some lack of information given when asking about reservation at the hotel before reserving. Also no breakfast served at the property ( must leave the hotel room to get it if not in the cooking mood in the room)

Booking this was a BIG misstake.

Room is … at the most .. OK. Service terrible. Price/quality …. bad. “We do not clean every day ..” New towels … that s it. Pricing as If it is a 5 star hotel. it isn’t .. at all.

The location and the size of the room.

The pool was cold and needed a little bit of repair..hard for guests to get in and out of. Had to beg for washcloths..only had 2 for 4 guests in the room..it was a daily issue to get 1 per person

Absolutely loved our stay at the Atrium, perfect location, right on a beautiful beach and within easy access to explore the island. The 2 bed apartment was huge, amazing 180 degree views of the beach, has everything you need and more. We will definitely be back.

great room, comfortable bed. if I was staying longer it was a perfect studio with full kitchen.

we needed a place for one night before getting checked into another room at another location. I was pleasantly surprised how great the room was.
