I give it 5 stars. It’s was clean, equipped with everything plus, it’s beautiful, right across from the beach. Owners were the best, communication was excellent, text was answered within a few minutes. I plan on going back and will stay at the same place.

We were so pleased with this condo and owner. They were very accommodating with anything we needed. I may have been a little needy (mom of groom weekend). I never had to wait for response when I couldn’t find something, that was right in front of me. Very clean and close to the beach. We will book again when visiting Destin. Thank you making our weekend a little easier with so much to do.

This was our second year in a row staying in this condo and it was just as great as it was last year! Super comfortable and clean. If you prefer to cook to save money, everything you need to do so is in this condo. Beach access is right across the street and the host also includes two beach chairs for guests to use! Everything about this condo is super convenient and it’s a great home away from home. If we come back to Florida next year, we’re booking here once again!

This was a great place for our family spring break trip this year (2 adults and our 14yo and 9yo children)! The unit was exactly as described and had most everything we needed. We easily found a spot on the beach and shady spots at the pool! 1 correction is that the pool was definitely not heated (or may be broken right now which is possible). It was freeeeezing the first day and we had to get out.

The property was very clean, and very cute. It was about a 2 min walk to the beach. It was also a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. Linda was wonderful and fast to reply to any questions we had. I look forward to visiting again.

The place was great close to the beach and other activities. The only thing I would change is adding some usb ports throughout the house maybe in lamps. The house was clean but coming in from the beach would carry sand in so maybe a rug of some sort around the bed. Those two things are very small but it was a great place to stay.

Great location with just a short walk to a private beach. Just a short drive to all the attractions and restaurants. The owner Linda is extremely easy to get a hold of and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is a good one! I can’t say enough good things about this owner and property!

Nicely appointed, clean and very comfortable. Great access to the beach. Owner was very attentive and arranged for us to have chairs and an umbrella each day. Air conditioner worked very well and kept condo cool. We had never been to Destin before and we really liked the area. We would come back again.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay that was close to Destin but now downtown Destin. This was perfect! Property came with a lot of necessities and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. The private beach access is shared with another condo complex which was fine! We rented the chairs and umbrella and thought it was worth it to do so. Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the property and would book this place again!

Everything about this condo is perfect! Super clean, great views from balcony, 3 minute walk to the beach, comfortable bed. There was also updated furniture throughout the condo, including the (much larger than anticipated) balcony, which was a pleasant surprise! Plenty of space to relax both inside and out. The host, Linda, was also a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and made sure we had all the information needed to have a great vacation. She was a text away the whole time, but because she was so thorough with the information provided before check in, we did not have to bother her. Overall, this condo was everything we could’ve wanted and more. We would definitely give it 5 stars and even higher if it were possible. We come to Destin almost every year and I’m definitely going to save this location for future visits! Thank you Linda for the wonderful experience!

The condo was very clean with a great set up. Perfect for a family of 4. It was well stocked in the kitchen for all of your needs. The location is central to all of the great shopping and restaurants in Destin. Easy access to the beach. Condo owners provide beach chairs so there’s no need to pack your own. I highly recommend this unit and we look forward to another stay.
