Had a great time. Jessica at the bar was fantastic. She is incredible at her job and she made our stay so enjoyable. W

My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at your lovely hotel recently. We had never stayed there before. We loved everything about this place!

I didn’t like the fact that the two rock piles by the pool were not spouting a water fountain. We were wondering if they were broken or if they were only used during peak season?!

It's the only place us girls want to stay. As we have aged the Marriott has it all! Highly recommend

The breakfast buffet couldn't be any better. The food was excellent and was hot and extremely clean, with so many people eating around the same time.

Our room was 1219 and the barndoor for the restroom would not close, which took away privacy. However, the room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Over all, a really good experience

I like the security features built into the facility. Took a little bit to get used to but after a couple trips from the room to the pool/beach it was really top notch. Also it was in a great central location--handy to just about everything we wanted to do while in PCB. The place was also super clean!

The double queen suite had 2 full size beds rather than 2 queen size beds. Wasn't a big deal since there were only 2 of us, but would have been a little cramped if there were more (say 4) of us. I also thought $20 per night parking fee was a little steep. Over all though, it was a really good stay.

When my family and I visit Panama Beach, Springhill Suites will be our choice of stay!!!

It was very disappointing

The breakfast and location were great

The maid service was non existent. Half way through my stay I had to call the front desk for toilet paper and towels. The trash was overflowing to the point I had to start using the floor trash by the elevator. They really should have more than 3 elevators for the size of this property. I felt like my whole stay was waiting on an elevator. They do not disclose that parking is $20 per night . The ask you if you need a pass and then it is on fine print on the back of the pass. They have birds roosting in their garage that will leave a mess of your car. The pool chairs are so uncomfortable. Can’t sit in them more than a couple of hours. I could go on. Very disappointing

Stay away....

The view from the 12th floor was nice but that's it.

You have to rent everything.. floaters for the pool and all. The waterfall in the pool didn't work. No live entertainment, as they say. The whole time, we fought with the toilet being clogged from previous people that they left us a plunger. Getting ahold of the front desk was impossible. Had to go down to get toilet paper and towels.bwds were very hard. Frig was super small and couldn't stay cold would freeze up. Just a total train wreck

Découverte de ce lieu paradisiaque, 2 jours en famille incroyable

Piscine canon, accès à la plage incroyable (sable blanc comme nous n’avions jamais vu). Chambre confortable et calme. Un petit déjeuner complet.

Loin du centre ville bien qu’il soit indiqué le contraire sur le site.

Girls beach trip

The pool was awesome. The beds are comfortable and room was very clean.

We tried to eat at the Compass Restaurant but waited 5 minutes and no one waited on us, we left. We gave up on the elevator after waiting 10 minutes and carrying our luggage took the stairs. This was not easy for me, I am 64 years old.

Increible!

La habitación con vista al mar, es un sueño. Tiene acceso a la playa, el desayuno es delicioso, muchas opciones. La piscina tiene un área que simula un río. Alquilan toldos con sillas desde $50 el día, pero puedes llevar tus sillas y sombrillas si gustas. Tiene buena ubicación, todo me gusto.

Los empleados de La recepción. Son poco amables.

Wonderful stay!

The entire facility was clean and welcoming! All the staff welcomed us with smiles. We arrived well before the standard check in time (10am) and were given a card to access the pool and other facilities until our room was ready. Which they were able to get us with in just a couple hours (which was a pleasant surprise!). The breakfast was fantastic and the staff kept it well stocked and cleaned. The atmosphere seems very open and geared towards catering to everyone's needs. Overall, just a wonderful experience! Will definitely recommend and return in the future!

Only issue (very minor) was the A/C unit seemed to have a small leak, and wet the carpet around it. It did not affect our stay and the room still cooled properly. We notified the cleaning staff as we were leaving, who informed maintenance.

Very clean. Loved the location. Loved the free continental breakfast. Gorgeous ocean view while eating breakfast. All staff extremely courteous. Loved everything about it

Another great visit at our favorite PCB location!

Location and the fabulous dinner at property’s restaurant. I personally thanked the chef for the best steak salad I have ever had!

The stay was a good experience overall.

Staff was friendly. Location. Liked the security features of getting into property and into the building.

Elevators was kinda slow and one was not working at times. Breakfast needs improvement. Served the same things every morning. Need biscuits and gravy. Some items ran out fast and slow to refill those items.

Super clean! Staff was very nice! The views were breathtaking! Soo much activities to do! I LOVED seeing my name on the tv when I first entered! Made me feel special!

This property was located directly on the beach. They have 2 bars and a pool. The entire property was perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway..

Toilet paper was trash and needed more wash clothes.

Just overall not amazing

Breakfast was decent. The pool was great. And the daiquiris were great.

Some of the staff was not friendly. They did not explain charges. Never saw housekeeping, we had to pile trash up. Our doorknob was half hanging off and we came back to our room door not being shut. There was a assumed homeless man who kept riding the elevator all night. The beds and pillows were horrible. I kept having random holds put on my card. I just did not love the stay for the price I paid.

Our first night was wonderful, but the second night not so much.

Our family loved the pool and the rooms.

I didn’t like it when the room next to us was blaring their music, screaming profanity words, and they were running up and down the hall screaming. It would be nice for the front desk to tell customers that they have to scan their room key to access the floor their room is on. I also think a different choice of meet for breakfast would be nice. Not everyone eats turkey sausage.

Stay was good overall. I would stay again if the price is right.

The hotel is nice and clean. The best part is the beach right out the back door! We’ve stayed here before and the stay was nice.

Not necessarily a dislike, but the free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Very limited. Eggs. Sausage. Grits. Waffles. Repeat. The dislike. Breakfast closed down daily at 9:30am! Come on now!

Schönes Hotel mit (Service-)Mängel

Tolles Hotel am Strand, sehr schöne, helle Zimmer. Sogar Elektroladeplätze (kostenfrei) für Elektroautos vorhanden. Gutes, typisch amerikanisches Frühstück.

Parkplatz kostenpflichtig, muss mE nicht sein. Liegen/Schirm am Strand sehr teuer. Nervig: unsere Klimaanlage liess sich nicht ausschalten, wir baten mehrmals um einen Techniker - niemand kam. Am Ende haben wir aus den Sofakissen einen „Abwehrwall“ gebaut. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse (sehr teuer!) so nicht in Ordnung.
