Very over priced and no complimentary breakfast nothing for the expense

The room I over paid for was like a closet. It was so small and the room placement was so inconvenient and confusing.

Convenient, clean and affordable beach stay

The location was perfect and close to our favorite restaurants and fun spots. We walked across the street to The Liq and American Charlie and just a couple minutes driving distance to our breakfast spot All American Diner. We stayed in a 1 bed king room which was small but just big enough for 2 people.

The Tiki Bar was very nice but unfortunately was not open on a day we were told they'd be open. The prices of the bar were a little high as well, but it was a great convenience to have at the hotel and right close to the beach and pool area. The room was nice, but the air conditioning unit needs to be replaced because it looked like it'd stop working any minute. It took a long time to get the room cold.

We’ll stay again for sure.

Very friendly staff. especially at the front desk at check-in. We traded all our towels and wash rags in every morning there is no one to clean your room, but I think that’s a plus don’t have to worry about anything getting stolen. everything seemed to work in our room. It was clean. We stayed there during thunder Beach bike rally. It was quiet, considering no fights no obnoxious people. they marked off the parking lot for bikes to park and a few cars. You have to park across the street but that’s no problem. There’s plenty of parking in there and it’s free. They have coffee made in the morning you can get there is no breakfast bet you very comfortable like Holiday Inn express pools very clean the man cleaned it every morning. The tiki bar was open. Prices is the same everywhere else get your $20 bucket you do have to buy your ice and it’s $6.50 for 18 pounds. There is no carpet in the room, not ours, but it does make it easy to keep the sand up, need to wear shoes gets kind salty Sandy sticky had to wash my feet before I got to bed. Will stay again. Do recommended. and I do like that you can’t have pets.they have a grill outside. They have showers to wash off when you get out of the ocean. I’ve got a big area out there that you can sit and relax .

Have to pay $6.50 for your ice there is no free ice. Have stayed at Holiday Terrace before this place is cleaner better kept up and cheaper.

Although not perfect I didn't have any problems and the staff was very friendly, I would stay again.

location was just perfect.

Greap place just needs some updating but other than that It was very nice.

Best bang for your buck !

Everything. Loved that it was beachfront. We also loved the heated pool. Lastly, we loved how convenient the location was to everything.

Can’t really think of anything crazy.

Worst beachfront hotel on the beach.

Great location on the beach.

Horrible room and service. I booked a 'spacious ' double king room and it was a tiny hole in the wall. I asked them about the description and they said booking.com just copied and pasted that and that's not the correct description.

Easy to find, clean, friendly staff. Property is old but well taken care of. Definitely coming back.

It was ok for a one night stay, probably wouldn’t stay again

I liked the size of the room and the beachfront balcony

No king beds that are oceanfront, furniture was beat up and old, no mattress protectors on bed, Toilet only worked if you held the handle down

Bring your own stuff to cook with.

Full size working well stove. Refrigerator was medium but worked well. Pool seemed to be warm during the agternoons so probably temp controled. Front desk were helpful and polite. Walmart was a 5 minute drive.

Has a kitchen BUT NOTHING else, not one pan, Not one knife, cutting board, plates, mugs. Nothing only a coffee machine. Went to walmart to buy things to cook with. Limited counterspace like 2 feet space. Parking is limited so even if your handycap you have to park across the street, Where they have an extra lot. Elevator is lacking maintenance very dirty, slowest elevator ever! And makes a weird sound when moving, the door opens and closes very slowly.

A pleasant affordable getaway for us.

The location. It was right on the beach. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The two ladies I encountered at the front desk were friendly and a pleasant. The person who served us at the onsite bar was really sweet.

It was a bit dated, and could use an update.The balcony needed to be cleaned thoroughly.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and quickly got people checked in. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful view. Close to attractions and restaurants.

I just wish they would get a hot tub. They have plenty of room to the right of the pool to put one in. Hot tubs are so relaxing for people who have tight muscles all the time like myself.

I love the access to the beach!

Our original room had a refrigerator that didn't work & it took a couple hours & alot of complaining from my husband before they put us in an upgraded room with a kitchenette &:facing the water. After the room switch our stay was perfect!!

Had a great time with family but room was horrible.

Location was great.

Had roaches in room. Not enough parking. Nothing to cook food on in the kitchenette. Water pressure was terrible. Fridge was way too small. Over all just not what I expected when I spent $1300 on 4 nights.

It was close to the beach, but not clean or kept up.

We loved that the hotel was so close to the beach. It was very easy to access.

The doors and walls were very dirty! The door especially. The back door was rusted and was difficult to open or close. There was a gap at the bottom of the door that you could see light shine through. Bugs or rodents could easily enter the room. The chair in the room had gross brown stains in the seat. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a hair tie was left in the bathroom. There was someone's broken necklace left on the window seal. We found a short curly on the bed sheets. The bathroom was in great need of updating!!

Never again will I stay here.

Location was great, directly on the beach.

Rooms are run down, rooms have a terrible smell, after checking in went to the beach for a few hours, thought we were going to our room opened the door and someone else was in our room, manager said this has happened all day, and place is completely run down.

was on edge the entire 10 hours of our stay

convenience to major road and beach front

there were obvious things that should have been cleaned like look like poop smeared on wall, shampoo lid on the floor piece of food, beds were like old and falling apart… there was a domestic dispute and door banging for over 20 minutes, we were only at this property for 10 hours could not wait to leave this is not for families only 25 yr olds and should be advertised as such
