Pet Friendly, close to beach

Didn’t know there would be a charge for our dog until we got there, phone in room didn’t work. Housekeeping did not clean our room or give clean towels. There were 2 towels in the room and they did not want to get me more even though there were 5 of us registered in the room. When didn’t give us clean towels, I asked for clean towels, I had a hard time getting what I needed. The Manager on Duty when we arrived at 4:00pm on Tuesday March 26. Was rude and unhelpful. I would wait for hours so that I could talk to someone different. The male housekeepers were decent but the female one that I spoke with was just as rude as the Manager on duty! Never enough food for the breakfast and we got there usually by 7:30 AM. Had to beg for Milk for my granddaughter to have cereal. The person setting up for breakfast for the following morning on Tuesday evening was the best employee that I saw. She was helpful, kind, and helped me out so that I could feed my grandchildren pizza for dinner Tuesday evening. I asked her if I could get some napkins for the pizza and she also offered me paper plates. That may not seem like much but it was so nice to not have to beg for assistance and for her warmth and smile.

Needs a little love

The location was great. The hotel itself is well maintained and all facilities were nicely kept. The fitness room is nice and they do have a free breakfast.

Staff wasn't very friendly. Seemed more like I was an annoyance for not knowing my licences plate. When I asked about my room she was just as if I should know where everything was. The shower in our room was horrible. Only took one the whole time I was there. Rusted towel racks and shower handle didn't even work. Could t get hot water and the ada shower handle would not turn off because the switch it broke on the wall. Bedding is just basically a sheet and curtain wall mounts are falling off. Beds are very stiff and furniture is very much in need of repair.

Everyone was nice to work with. Property well kept. Room was nice and clean upon arrival.

They did not provide enough towels based on reservation. Cleaning service did not take trash daily.

Served it’s purpose very overpriced.

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice.

Rooms smelled. Damage to walls in bathroom. Expensive for what you get, nothing fancy. Most vending not working and sold us flat sodas and expired food from their store. Laundry soap machine said 1.25 machine out of order see desk and they charged us 2.50.

It was a great price for the location and the staff was nice. Our rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was a great bonus!

Decent price for the location.

I loved the location. It was close to the beach, shopping centers, and restaurants. The room was pretty spacious as well. I got the executive suite with a king bed and sofa couch. I loved that they had free parking as well and complimentary breakfast and a pool. It was decent for the price.

The staff specifically front desk was not so friendly. Very nonchalant and was not a people person.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and very centrally located, but very disappointed with booking.com for the misrepresenta

Location to Pier Park area and the beach was very fast and convenient.

We booked a King Suite that showed a large room, and a King bed, plus a sleeper sofa, but there was no sleeper sofa in the room. We had to get a rollaway bed from the front desk. They couldn’t move us due to being booked.

A wonderful place

From start to finish, it was a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. The room was larger than we expected, clean, and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast was a welcome surprise (I know I should have seen it in the write-ups but probably forgot it). All in all, it was awesome. We will definitely stay again
