This is the worst room I have ever booked on booking.com
Location. Wifi. Size of accomodation.
There are a lot of problems in this apartment: - the microwave does not work - dirty cutlery - dirty furniture handles in the kitchen - black mold in bathroom - only one teaspoon - the front door is transparent from the street - bad is broken - no electricity The counter says "no money" and etc. I booked the room in an incredible hurry, unfortunately I did not look at the rating and reviews. This is the worst room I have ever booked on booking.com. The worst thing is that judging by the reviews, most of the problems were known a year ago, the administration is not taking any action to correct the problems. This room does not cost not only 250 euros per night, I believe that the owner should pay brave people who are willing to live in this room.

overall, we were very unhappy with the accommodation.
Easy to collect keys although the hosts took a long time to answer messages at times, even when they said they would let me know the day before our arrival if we could enter the property for early check in, I had to message that evening to ask for an update.
The accomdation is in need of LOTS of repair. The double bed was completely broken to the point where you led down and the mattress went through the base and touched the floor. The bath had no plug - not great when you have a toddler with you The microwave, toaster and oven did not work - we had purchased food to make breakfast for us each morning and we could not use this and had to go out and spend more money on a breakfast in a cafe. The TV did not work Smoke alarm was not on the ceiling, it was left on the sideboard with a bleeping sound as the battery was about to die out.

Appalling accommodation and service.
When I saw the property rated as 4.2 I thought it must be a mistake as no one would award such a low score. But now I realise this is actually a generous score for the D13 Town Houses. We booked numbers 30 and 87 for a business trip. The photos attached show the state Number 30 was in (soiled sheets, used pizza boxes, dirty clothes on the floor, stains on carpets and furniture, etc. etc., not to mention the toilet) when our team arrived on Sunday evening after a long journey. We had to get the management company to send a cleaning team out at 10 pm! Then, number 87 had no hot water for a whole week. When we called the managment company to fix it, they showed complete disrespect for two of my colleagues by putting the phone down on them. The water wasn't fixed until Booking.com finally got involved - after our team had gone a whole week without hot water! This is clearly an issue that has not been dealt with, as someone else reviewed that they had the same issue. How is that acceptable on your site, Booking.com?? Number 30 had no electricity for 2 days before the management company arranged to get it fixed. Please do not give your money to this organisation; we found them rude, incompetent, and they simply didn't care about guests other than to extract money from them. And shame on you Booking.com for facilitating this company to exploit unsuspecting guests with little resource for redress and resolution. We have been offered no compensation from either D13 or Booking.com for the appalling service and conditions we encountered.

Bad
The location was ok
The house was not clean. We met the dishwasher filled with dirty plates. The house heating system wasn't working, I call on different occasions reporting this issue but no help was made. We stayed in that property without heating. I have to look for a nearby shop to buy two electric heater. Also the bed sheet were dirty aswell. I will not recommend that property for anyone.

Extremely poor
The bedding was clean.
The whole property was in a bad state generally. The facilities were poor to meet the needs of our small family. Broken items were left in communal lounges. Bathrooms were not usable due to lack of water coming through either to hot, tap not working or plug to use bath. The photos on website do not reflect the property as some are not even there. It breaches health & safety standards. I will be writing a complaint letter and asking for a refund. Listing all my concerns. The cleaner on day one arrived at 1.30 and only took 30min absolutely disgusting level of cleanliness throughout.
