Fine for visiting central Dublin, but not 4 star standard.
Good location for reaching the central sites. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. Comfortable beds.
Not particularly clean, with stained runners on the beds, stained bath tub and no bath matt, making it very slippery. Would expect a little more from a 4star.

Comfortable hotel, decent stay, as you'd expect for a reputable chain hotel
Clean room Decent facilities On-site parking (albeit tricky to find as underground, around the back of hotel and entrance fairly obscured!)
Location is good (short walk to decent pubs etc.) but slightly out of town and in a slightly rough area so need to be on alert. Price was saucy enough - but then that's Dublin!

Enjoyable and much nicer after a two night stay in a budget hotel.
Rooms good size. Had a good feel.
Would have preferred something a little closer to the City Centre. Drainage in the shower and sink needed attention.
