Just finished a 4 night stay… great location and beautiful view! Apartment was comfortable. The fan in the bedroom cooled the room down at night without needing to open windows (which we did first night and it got noisy on the street below early in the morning).
No need for a car here. Walked north to the Space Needle and south to the T-Mobile stadium and everywhere in between.
Debra, the host, is very responsive to emails if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for sharing your place!

So close to everything. The views from the apartment alone, gave this place the perfect relaxing as well as energetic vibe.

Place was awesome. Phonmoenal location and views. Considering the prices of hotel ROOMS in the area, to get this entire condo for the price we paid was awesome. Would definitely stay again!
4.8
Great location near the puget sound. Views of the sound easy access to 1st Avenue and western. Lots of great restaurants and easy walk to the pikes market
4.8
Comfortable and clean with a fabulous view of Elliott Bay and all the action of the harbor. Well equipped condo and short walk the market and several restaurants. Super easy access into the building and felt very safe. Will be returning!

Amazing view! Worth a stay, but the building seems to be in need of maintenance and repair.
The unit itself is fantastic. Clean, comfortable and well stocked.
The location is also perfect. Just a short distance to Pike St market, the Seattle art museum, the Sports Stadium and some of the best restaurants in the city (try the crispy garlic chicken at Noi Thai restaurant).
The only drawback is the building (not the unit). The parking is very confusing and very narrow to navigate. The elevators in the tower we where in was in disrepair with one of 2 not working at all and the other breaking the day we departed (@515 am) forcing us to use the stairs carrying the luggage down 16 floors.
The unit is outstanding and Picture Perfect is fantastic which outweighs the few bump.
Oh and you get an amazing view!!

I stayed here for a birthday trip with my best friend and it was an absolute blast!! The view is breathtaking and everything you'd need is in this unit.
*if you're sensitive to noise while you're sleeping this unit is provided with several fans. The front door to the hallway is a little noisy at night and my friend and I found the fans to be the best solution for noise at night.

Great central location. Debra gave us detailed instructions and helped us with check in process.

We visited Seattle for our anniversary and could not have chosen a better place to stay! The location is right off the water with stunning views of the peers, the Great Wheel and the harbor. We will definitely be returning :)

Lovely unit with everything you need for your stay. Walkable to everything (we didn’t rent a car). Clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here!! Recommend 100%

We loved our stay in this apartment. Communication with Debra was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable, and the location is perfect. We never got tired of the view and that really is the reason to book this apartment. We could hear the elevator from the bedroom, which was annoying, but that shouldn’t keep you from booking here. You won’t find a better place.

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Host’s communication was excellent. This was our first trip to Seattle and we are already wanting to go back. Will definitely stay here again. With a fabulous view, incredible location, washer/dryer and full kitchen, the property made our first visit to Seattle a treasured one.

Had a great experience staying here and would choose this property again. Very clean, kitchen supplies were great and well organized, I loved sleeping with the windows open and listening to the nightlife and passing traffic but quiet with the windows closed.
4.8
I absolutely loved this property! You can walk to the pier and stunning views from condo. Debra the property agent answered every call and was very helpful. I will be visiting again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I hate writing reviews like this but feel others need to know what we experienced. First the location is absolutely amazing. Central to almost everything and that alone is great.
Unfortunately the condo itself is as cheap as it gets. The quality of the mattress was poor. Two towels for two people for three days. Poor furniture. No cable TV- why even have a TV if there’s no media? Bath tub creaked and groaned, felt like we were going to fall through and we’re both in shape.
You could hear the elevator all night long going up and down even though the unit does not back on to it. Lots of road noise too, the windows are not good sound barrier.
Hardly any cooking utensils or equipment.
So the good. If you’re looking to crash and not eat in this is a good option. But really why not choose a hotel as that’s what you’re getting but without the daily maid service.
The bad. Well it’s worse than a hotel but in a great spot. Can’t believe how cheap they furnished the condo. Truly hard to be any cheaper. Will not stay here again, will find another owner or just do a hotel.

The condo was clean and comfortable with a great view. The location was perfect for walking to the waterfront, market and ferry.

Unit was as described and very clean and nice. Great location and views.

We were very happy with our stay here. From the moment we walked in, we were drawn to the windows to see the views! Being able to sit and watch the water, ships, mountains and people was SO much fun! If you like a place with a spectacular view, then this is the one for you! Great location next to the water front, and downtown. It was easy to walk to so many places to eat and shop, and it felt safe having all the exterior doors to the building being locked all the time! We would come back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I traveled to Seattle from the East Coast for the Taste Washington event. We've been a few times before the pandemic, and stayed in some cool rentals, but this one has been our favorite. You just can't beat the location - walkable to everything. The place was clean, had stunning views, and the host very responsive. Would love to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in Seattle — my husband and I were there for an anniversary trip. The view during the sunset was just gorgeous from the condo. It's close to the rail stations, Pike Place, bars, and restaurants. There was a great bar next door called Von's 1000 spirits that has the best mango margarita I've had in my life. Also a delicious Thai restaurant right next to Von's. My only complaint is that the thermostat in the condo is incredibly outdated and challenging to figure out so we were cold until we got the hang of it. Owners should update it. The communication with the property manager was easy and they assisted in figuring it out. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This is our first post pandemic trip to Seattle, Debra still has continued to maintain the same high standards as she did before the pandemic. It was a real treat to stay with Picture Properties.
4.8
The location is perfect for a family on foot (ages, 42, 41, 11, and 8). We walked or took public transit to see all the attractions we had on our list. the building was nice, a bit beat up around the corners and standard wear for a place of it age. we'd recommend this to others similarly situated.
4.8
The unit was very clean and had all appliances and amenities needed for a nice stay. The couch, rug and blinds are a little worn, but didnt detract from the stay. The unit is directly across from a large noisy forced air wall vent. Also there are repetitive knocking, scraping noises coming from the floor above that prevent a quiet night’s sleep. Bldg AC perhaps on top of building.? Otherwise nice stay!
4.8
The property and the view are the best. TV was the worst. Unable to get it to work. Call property for help. Got it going but zero contact with local news??????? Options VERY limited. Not what we expected from a prime location.
4.8
The condo was clean and comfortable. The views were awesome! I saw some reviews saying the parking was confusing, but I was sent very detailed directions that made it easy. I would definitely stay here again.
4.8
The location of this property and view is one of the only things we enjoyed. We were told not to use the sham pillows so house cleaning didn’t have to launder the shams and we were told there were plenty of other pillows. Four pillows for a family of three and all were extremely flat. I’ve stayed at VRBOs in the past and never have I been asked to do actually swap out the laundry to help the housekeeping staff before we leave. The best thing about this place was the central location to downtown Seattle.
4.8
The property was really nice with lots of room for a one bedroom. It was very comfortable and near everything we were looking to visit. We loved the view and being on the outside balcony. It was a spacious and nicely decorated space. The only thing that would have improved our experience would have been to have better blinds covering the windows as the western sun heated up the condo in the afternoon. The blinds are old, broken in some places, and in need of replacement. That is the only thing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back if given the opportunity on a future trip and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Seattle.
4.8
This is really a fantastic location that is really central in Seattle. We had a great time sitting in the apartment in the evenings, watching the sun go down over the bay and Ferris wheel. While it only had one bedroom for the 4 of us, the air mattress was great and there was enough space for it to totally work in the living room, so we didn't feel cramped. The only nitpick we could come up with is that the kitchen supplies are a bit minimal, but there is a great little grocery store a few blocks away that is everything you need. You would definitely recommend this to other friends and family wanting to visit Seattle!

Loved staying at his property, will stay again when visiting Seattle. Walking distance to everything!

This was a great place to stay. You should bring some binoculars so you can check out everything that’s going on in the harbor.
4.8
The apartment and location were great. Highly recommend. One note though, in the welcome email, it will advise to either leave luggage in the car trunk or with front desk. The parking garage is both residential and commercial. There are designated residential spots, however, the lot is open to the public. We left our luggage in trunk, unseen, and had our car broken into. We weren't the only ones either and accordingly the security said it wasn't the first time. Please make sure to leave luggage with front desk. Otherwise, our stay was great and you cannot beat the view from the apartment.

Great apartment & facilities (gym + sport court). View was amazing and location was perfect for our vacation.
