Fantastic staff from the front desk, to morning breakfast to housekeeping. All wonderful people willing to help in any way to make the stay enjoyable. The location 3 blocks from the historic city square is wonderful, but the hotel is tucked in off street so quiet sleeping was a Joy!! Hot showers, great breakfast with eggs cooked to order, coffee was fantastic. Free luggage storage while we trekked. Super walkable to restaurants, shopping and sites. Beds very comfortable, I would stay here in a heartbeat again and highly recommend it.
Nothing, fantastic

They have a laundry service.
It’s located near the beautiful Plaza de Armas.
The staff are lovely
It’s safe
Breakfast was very minimal but good (omelette)
Rooms are in just okay shape.
No phone or microwave.
View is of rooftops or at other buildings because it's in the middle of three streets, down an alley. The nice views are limited to the 4th floor or courtyard and you can see a tiny view of the mountains from the room I had on the 3rd floor.
You can hear every step someone takes whether they are above you or on the stairwell. It’s actually very jarring. Also there’s much celebration gun fire every hour at the nearby park.
The rooms are very non-blackout. No blackout curtains and If there’s a light on in the hall way, that will flow into your room bc they have windows above the doors for some reason.

The staff was super attentive! They made us breakfast early even when we left at 4 in the morning for tours. They answered all of our questions and were always super accommodating with anything we needed. Everyone was so sweet and it was a great location at a great price!
Nothing! We loved everything about the hotel!

I loved the attention they gave us. The room was nice, clean and tidy. Breakfast was definitely a plus.
The only issue I had was that the WIFI signal in my room was weak maybe because I was far from the router.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were great, and really went above and beyond. The rooms were nice. It felt totally secure. And the location was perfect just off the main square. And for the price it definitely can’t be beat. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
None.

I already wrote a lengthy review as I stayed here both before and after a week-long trip to Manu.
This was one of THE best hotels I've ever stayed at. See my other review for more extensive details.
Forgot to mention the burger/sandwich shop on the corner of this hotel and the street it is off of (can't remember names now....) has THE BEST BROWNIES I'VE EVER HAD and I LOVE brownies.
It is like two blocks from the Plaza de Armas - so smack in the middle of things, but off the beaten path and quiet.
nothing.
Just a note: The hotel can be a little hard to find for us foreigners. It is down an alleyway, nestled amongst other places, like a massage shop. At first you find this strange, but after going there, it's like a little oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area.

There are so many things suprise me, expecially for their professional staffs and delicious breakfast .
The best in Cusco, 5 stars for sure!
If they can improve the sign of hotel ( the one face to street) , make it more easy to see or ligjt it up in night ,it will be easier for drivers or travelers to find.
Beside this , this is a wonderful place to stay .

incredibly helpful and friendly staff. we had the top room and it was very comfortable, with lovely views over the city, a covered balcony with a table that you can relax/eat in, and a small fridge and sink. breakfast was great. location was excellent and close to everything but away from the noisiest parts of the city.

chilly and damp

Staff was helpful and had a great attitude at every moment we interacted. I was able to get a room with a view even though I had booked the wrong room type, I assumed all rooms had a view based on the initial pics. They will store your luggage for you when you go to Machu Picchu. They helped schedule taxis to and from the airport as well. Location is great, close to the main plaza and plenty of restaurants near by. The room with the view had good views of the city.
The rooms were cold at night and the heater didn’t help at all, but they did provide plenty of blankets. The beds were really hard, which makes it difficult for me to get a good nights sleep, I woke up the next day sore from sleeping on the bed. Other hotel guests can be pretty noisy and you can hear them through the walls and ceiling.
