Hotel precisa de manutenção, mas funcionários excelentes.

Funcionários ótimos. Com destaque para funcionária Gris, que é excelente.

Hotel precisa de manutenções urgentes. Tivemos que trocar de quarto 2 vezes, devido a falta de aguá no hotel, chuveiro não esquentava, quarto que ficamos era em frente a entrada dos funcionários que faziam barulho a madrugada inteira e por fim entra muita luz de qualquer um dos quartos, mesmo usando a cortina de blackout, sendo o principal problema. O café da manhã tinha pão duros e frios, assim como o queijo e presunto, que não tinham cara de ser produtos recentes, algo que notamos em outros hotéis do Peru. Localização do hotel é boa, mas fica em uma ladeira, então cada saída que der você precisará subir uma leve ladeira.

Me encantó, la limpieza, la comodidad de las instalaciones y sobretodo el personal.

El personal increíble, super amables! siempre dispuestos a ayudar y atender las necesidades de uno, me encontré sola en Cusco y enfermé. Estuvieron al tanto de mi recuperación y se encargaron de que me sintiera cómoda en las instalaciones. También cuentan con servicio de atención médica en el hotel, deben consultar en recepción todas las opciones y si está disponible el servicio. Me ayudaron también con el pedido de comida, gestionaron el pedido con el restaurante y todo llegó muy bien.

Disfruté mucho de mi viaje y mi estadía, recomendaria este hotel.

Me gustó el servicio que me brindaron, el personal fue muy servicial conmigo, las habitaciones son iguales a las fotografías, el desayuno era buffet y variado.

Comfortable hotel close to the Plaza de Armas

The hotel is built around a central courtyard, a pleasant place to relax in good weather. Very comfortable beds, a reasonable shower, and a good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd like to mention especially Rosa and Gris, who were extremely helpful to my wife when I was hospitalised for a couple of days

loved the hotel but which we got a different room

it was located in a good area and Andrea and (I’m sorry I forgot her name) the waitress that made breakfast for us was wonderful!!

even with the heater it was freezing, especially in the bathroom. speaking of the bathroom. we had room 801 and there is a frosted window that shows all your bathroom business to the courtyard. another window in our room looked right to the lobby. . .

Lovely hotel

beautiful property in the centre of cusco with comfortable clean rooms set in a colonial building with courtyard. staff super friendly and helpful.

Staff spoke limited English although stay able to communicate okay if you have basic Spanish Breakfast was okay but some increased variety would be nice.

A boutique hotel with some areas for improvement

I really wanted to love this cute boutique hotel but found it disappointing overall. The staff really tried to help us the best that they could but it was sometimes a challenge with the language barrier as we were unsure if they understood us. The front desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful whenever we asked for anything such as maps or storage of luggage. Free coco tea was offered and small items were offered for sale in the lobby. There was a nice inner courtyard area which we sat out on and the location was good - not too far from the main square and other sites.

I was desperate to take a shower after travelling for two days without one and the shower did not work. No water pressure (literally only a few drops of water), water turned off completely while I was in the shower and turned ice cold while I was in the shower. Eventually I got out and washed my hair in the sink as I had absolutely zero water pressure in the shower and only a few drops came out. I was freezing and shivering afterwards. After I mentioned this to the staff they brought someone up promptly to fix it/clean the shower head and it was better after that but I really needed it to be working when I needed it and didn't attempt it again. It seemed like maybe the room hadn't been used in awhile because when we arrived they had to come and set up a tv (which never actually did work) and bring some towels and things for the room. The price for the hotel was a bargain and I guess you get what you pay for. The room had no natural sunlight and seemed kind of small, dark and dingy. I saw a small bug in the bedding and worried about whether there were other bugs in the bed as well but we did not see any so I think it may have come in from the open crack under the door to the exterior. Do not pay for the breakfast at the hotel. This was the most disappointing part of the hotel. When we went down the first day no one seemed to be there so we went to another great place nearby. The next day we at at the hotel which was more expensive and had a very limited selection in the buffet with empty containers and cold food. No one seemed to be around for service and the price was high for that type of continental breakfast and very very disappointing.

Very poor

The hotel had a hot water failure and offered guests a “free meal” to make up for it, only to charge me anyways upon checkout. Also tried to charge me for a taxi ride on the wrong date and try to make you sign a paper relinquishing your right to anything that may go missing from the room.

we where charged for a boxbreakfast that included a hard cold bread with cold flavorless chicken on it and a nasty tasting juice box oh and also a apple with moll on it for $6. luckily we spoke up and they lowered the price but definitely wasn’t pleasant

great location (near the main plaza), the hotel was as the photos (new and boutique), the room and bathroom were very nice and clean.
