Nothing fancy but great value for the money. Clean and plenty of amenities. True ski-in-ski-out. We enjoyed our three days in Sunday River.

Great location and nice place.

Great location. Plenty of space in condo for gathering and sleeping. Kitchen was small.
Could have used more info in condo about procedures and amenities. Couldnt find parking premits.
Also could have used a larger sponge in kitchen hard to wipe down counters and tables. Only 3 dishwasher pods for five days was not enough. Overall we had great five days.

Roomy condo with 3 levels and bathz plus full kitchen on roadrunner trail to white cap lodge .main fireplace worked well as did heater unit in Living room and all baseboards. Balcony and slider windows provided fresh air. Nice quiet condo neighborhood only awoken by plows never heard groomers. Right off main rd 5 minutes to main lodge and 15 to rental spots. 3 breweries 5 dispensaries snd grocery store with 10 minutes as well as matterhorn ski bar. Would definitely stay again

This is our second time staying at this property and we really enjoy its setting. Easy ski-in/out, close to everything on the mountain and in Newry/Bethel.

Stayed mid week. 6 guys who ski every year. Good accommodations. Location is excellent.

It was a great location. There was a lot of construction and being in the resort was nice. Woods behind. The place was a little dated, but we were attending a seminar in Bethel, and it worked for us.

We love loch mountain. Have stayed there many times over the years. I in this unit was a little dark and basic.
Most importantly they were dead bugs everywhere. All over the floor in the windows and on some of the walls.
Secondly locke Mountain is known for its pool house, pool and hot tub, the unit does not list access to these amenities and that is disappointing. It is one of the primary reasons people stay at lockeMountain.
Overall the property managers were supposed to get back to me in regard to this and never did, including an initial email at time of booking. Not really happy with the overall stay.

Perfect location for access to the Lodge for the Tough Mtn Challenge. It ended up being only us as a family, no other renters in the other condos, which was so nice. We needed maintenance to come help with the carbon monoxide detector and they came within minutes! We were all very pleased. The basement could use a dehumidifier to help with the damp smell but otherwise a great property.

Perfect location!
Location can't be beat. My only wish is that the pull out couch was in the basement instead of the main living area.

Nice location
Great ski in & out condo. Liked all the beds in 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Tiny kitchen but had what we needed. Was emailed the wrong WiFi info but that was quickly rectified. Vacasa checked to make sure everything was ok. Would stay here again in a snap.

This is a nice place although there are a couple of things that are missing.
This is a nice property and if you want to get away from mobs in the summer but be near some nice hikes and river swimming the location is great. However, there are a couple of simple things that would improve this property a lot. Dispite the brightly lit photos the rooms are dark so it would be nice to sit out on the balcony. A few inexpensive chairs on the balcony would be great. 2) There is no grill. Since there's not a lot of restaurants in the area it would be nice to be able to grill. Finally, the pool and hot tub we're not available. This is not bored on the listing. If this is important to you you might double check.

Ok place-
Good location for the NEFR. Place is pretty run down with just ok amenities. No bathroom on main floor- beds were just ok with bedding that had stains on it- Kitchen was well equipped but toaster didn’t work at all- There was a soft spot in the floor at the top of the stairs which should be addressed. The WiFi access code and password were correct on the router. But incorrect on the Vacasa paperwork just FYI. Just an ok place for the money

Great location, beds were very firm and kitchen was small
Overall this was a very nice stay, overall 4 out of 5 stars. Only negatives were that the beds were very firm, the kitchen was small and not the most functional for a family of 5 and the heating system was a bit confusing to operate. Some of the thermostats seemed to work and others didn't. The living room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a working fireplace with plenty of fire wood. The ability to ski in / out was also a huge plus. Very convenient to be able to bring our dogs as well.

Great location
Location is unbeatable. 15 feet to the nearest trail, 2 min ski to lodge / lifts. Property is great, has everything you need. - some of the furnishings are a little tired.

A good experience. Perfect location.

This could easily have been 5 star if owners cared.
Let me start with the location is excellent and if comfort and decent service doesn't matter to you this is a winner. Another positive is the layout of the unit is excellent and so is the water pressure for the shower. My biggest issues was the customer service and the HORRIBLE beds. Upon arrival the lock box code they emailed me was not correct. To their credit there is a back up lock box and after several minutes on the phone they were able to figure out what that code was. They told me they would call me with the code to the main box which would have been helpful as it was a more convenient location to access the keys but they never did get that information to me. The 2nd issue we called them about was again wrong information. They sent us both the wrong wifi name and password. We called, they said someone would get the information for us and once again no one called back. We were eventually able to pull the info from the back of the router but the managment company was not at all helpful. Then third call to them was a concern that there could be an electrical issue. If we ran the heaters both upstairs and downstairs the lights would flash on and off. When I called I was told I would get a call from a local agent within an hour. I waited up for that call and once again, it never happened. Lastly, the beds were beyond horrible. The master bed is fine which makes sense since the person renting the unit is likely to have that bed. The larger bed on the same level as the master is actually broken. My poor friend that stayed in that room still has a sore back 2 weeks later. He kept saying that whoever slept in that bed weighs 500+ pounds and stayed there for a week because it is so sagged in the middle. When we stripped the beds at the end of the week he discovered the leg and frame are actually broken. The lower level beds where I was are like sleeping on uneven cardboard boxes. I tried switching beds, no better. This condo is at a premium price and I expect at least a little quality. I could have had better quality at a Super 8 Hotel.

Great accommodations, but......
The accommodations were great. It was spacious and very clean. Also, I felt all staff were very customer-friendly and helpful. But, I felt like we were taken advantage of because the advertisement for the location was inaccurate. For instance, the property had an inground pool and access to it advertised. However, when we got there the pool was closed by the property owners. I wish that was communicated to us prior to our booking because that was what primarily influenced our decision to stay there.

Great location. Everything we needed was there. Clean and roomy

Great location and tons of space, could use an update
The condos are steps away from the slope to lead you to a lift. With a single condo having 3 stories, you don't have neighbors stomping around so it's really nice. It's the most space we've had in a ski place with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 fireplaces.
Great to have the snow shovel in the closet - it snowed 6 inches last night! The association snow plows came around plenty to clean the drive.
The place is comfortable, but is pretty 1990's with the boombox and faucet fixtures. It could use an update. Also, moving the furniture once in a while to vacuum under it would be nice. We angled a couch to see the TV better and it was a little nasty.
Overall we would stay here again. Needing an update just means it's like staying at your grandma's house! Good space and great location!
Oh - matches and fire starter would be helpful.

Great for Sunday River
We went with our dog mid-January 2020 and had a great time. The place was very clean and well-stocked. Our only issue was the beds were not very comfortable, and we couldn't get the DVD player to work because of a missing remote (couldn't change the "input" for HDMI to use a Firestick or anything else either, for that matter). All you had to do was walk across the parking lot to the Roadrunner Slope, then ski down to the lift - so convenient! The rec center was a short drive up the hill (certainly walkable too) and it was accessible from 12p-10p every day. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were incredible and the locker room area was clean. Also the Vacasa customer service was great. We would definitely go back.

Annual Springfest Getaway
We had a great time!! Condo was clean and had what we needed for the weekend we were there. We were suppose to be 9 but ended up with only 7 and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The path to ski in and out was only a few doors down and easy to get to. Made use of the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes which was easy to get to with a 2 minute drive up the street. We would love to rent here again next winter season.
