buổi sáng cũng nhiều món, đồ ăn niêm niếm khá ok

Mình book 2 đêm nhưng mình ở có 1 đêm, vì mình bệnh phải về Sài Gòn gấp để nhập viện cấp cứu, nhưng bên phía khách sạn thu tiền trước không hổ trợ trả lại 1 đêm cho mình. hơi thất vọng

Lifetime view in Da Lat

The View. It is a spectacular view, be certain to book a room with a view of the city and mountain range, and ideally with a balcony or near to a balcony. Staff are helpful and friendly. All ammenities are good quality. Note that prepayment is required so if not Vietnamese speaking, ask a person fluent in Vietnamese to assist you with the bank transfer in VND as requested by hotel.

All was good, no suggestions for improvement.

Great welcome, excellent standard of room and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot pot meal in the restaurant. Very handy location within 6 minutes walk of coach station.

Very good

The location is around 10 min by car to the center or 10 min to Tuyen Lam lake, and the hotel is on a hill with a great view. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

They should get "Do not disturb" signs for the rooms. Some guests can be still sleeping at 8 am :)

Building interior and exterior very extraordinary seems like in the Europe . Please maintain the cleanliness !

The equipment all complete with the bidet, toilet slipper, enough towel provided , no any dirt we found in the room/toilet, smell good! Receptionist can speak english well. Provided iron upon request.

Need to variety halal breakfast.

Glad we only stayed 1 night

The man who helped us to the car at the end was helpful!

Definitely not a 3 star hotel with 5 star service as their slogan says. Had it been listed as a 2 or 1 star most of the below I could have lived with. The listing does not imply you do not actually have a window, in fact one of the images clearly shows natural light. The lack of a window and/or air con means the room gets extremely hot. While it is equipped with a fan, it is so weak that it hardly makes any difference. The check-in process was not great. The hotel contacts you months before your stay asking for a bank transfer of funds for the room, which already puts your back up. Then the staff asked to keep your passports for the entire stay, once questioned about it (I was curious as I have never had this happen in Vietnam) they took photos of the passports on their phones and handed them back without explanation. The location is far from any attractions in the town so be careful of that. The room although quite comfortable and has most amenities (except from a working security box, the one in our room had no power), at early hours of the morning alarms repeatedly went off and the loud noises of slamming doors, made for an extremely poor sleep. The floors in the room was also extremely dirty, from the time of getting out of the shower, to walking to put socks on, the soles of our feet were covered in dirt. Lastly, the breakfast... do not bother paying extra as we did, it has hardly any choice and is not worth the money at all, in fact it is by far the worst during our stay in Vietnam. As a final courtesy the floors in the hallways are all high gloss, when the cleaners mop them they are left wet, whilst carrying all my heavy luggage I slipped on the floor hurting my knee.

Amazing stay they where very helpful we also did our early check in around 10 and plus we hired scooter from them to go around the city the view from the hotel is amazing and the bonus part was they also offered us a free dinner that was an amazing hot pot buffet we loved it . I highly recommend this hotel

feeling so bad for 2 time trips to stay here

i ask the helper who carry my luggage to the room if breakfast included, but he said no. Then every morning we have to go out for breakfast plus coffee and spend more money for 4 peoples. un-professional guy. he should check first the give us right information, not just thinking in second.

We left a day early and forfeit our deposit because we were not enjoying ourselves at all.

The view was outstanding. That's the main draw of this place, it feels very european and the balcony with the little table and chairs was super cute with amazing view.

The walls were paper thin and there was Karaoke happening outside + kids running down the halls. Super loud. The room was so small that we barely had a place to put our luggage. And the breakfast was one of the worst that we had on our entire 2 week trip through Vietnam at the hotels.

Value for money

Property seems new, near the hot spot like Laguda vegetables buffet, amazing coffee but it is not very closed to center.

The payment is not very convinient because they asked for bank transfer even though on Booking, it does not really mention that. Later, at the property, I couln't use my credit card, need transfer again.

Bright clean room with great city view

First I got the room with a bad view but one taller guy from hotel staff was very nice to change the room for us the next day. I enjoyed the new room very much.

Street view rooms face very ugly building, which is not hotels fault but unfortunately affects the stay
