Très bon service

La capacité de l'équipe à faire face aux imprévus : nous avons été dans l'incapacité de dormir correctement à cause de voisins de chambre pour le moins indélicats. A 1:30 du matin, n'en pouvant plus, nous avons appelé la réception. Immédiatement la personne en charge est venue, et le bruit s'est arrêté. A 6:00 du matin, les mêmes voisins de chambre étaient dans le couloir avec de la musique... Nous en avons parlé au réceptionniste qui nous a promis de voir le cas avec son manager. A notre retour de visite, nous découvrons que nous sommes surclassés, dans une chambre éloignée de toute possibilité d'avoir du bruit. Merci pour cette réponse très élégante à un problème dont la responsabilité incombe à des clients sans respect pour les autres. La propreté de l'hôtel est très bien.

Les matelas de lit manquent un peu de souplesse à notre goût

Comfortable budget stay

Staff were great, location great. Breakfast was OK, room for improvement. Please note if booking, we moved to the premium room on first floor that was spacious with large balcony and this improved our overall stay. Worth highlighting as per advert there is no air conditioning, a fan is provided in the room.

Problème de Laundry. Qui a été résolu finalement. Mais Laundry, c'est pressing, c'est lavage et repassage ou lavage seul ?? Le réveil du quartier qui réveille les clients de l'hôtel Voir qu'on ouvre aussi largement une fenêtre au 5ème étage jusqu'au suicide de quelqu'un m'effraie

Hotel aus der französichen Kolonialzeit: hochwertige Fliesen, hochwertige, schwere dunkle Möbel, sieht soweit ganz nett aus.

Wir hatten keine schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Unter uns war ein Wellblechdach, das bei Regen sehr laut war. Das Frühstück ist spärlich. Das Personal spricht größtenteils wenig englisch. Auf Anfrage auf einen Airport Shuttle Service bei der Ankunft wurde nicht reagiert. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal in einer anderen Gegend buchen.

A great place to stay in Dalat

The location is closed to the Dalat market and many places to eat and drink. The room is clean and good facilities are fully provided.

First night people smoking in hallways. woke up during night do to smoke smell. Told receptionist In morning and she said this is non smoking hotel. Next night same. complained next morning and she said they had two other complaints and saw videos. so they moved us to upgraded VIP balcony room. guess what, they allowed smoking outside , right under our balcony

Pretty happy and satisfied.

The location is excellent!! I could walk to most places and convenient for most travelers! I’m satisfied with the location and the surrounding restaurants.

No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Couldn’t use the safe and carpet is a bit old…overall, the room has most essential amenities! I’m satisfied with my room!

Great amenities for a good price

The location was excellent. The beds were comfortable and there was a huge bathtub in the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Great for stays during the week

Location is great. Staff very helpful. Room was clean.

No Aircon. Could hear other guests through the walls (during the week it was very quiet, but got busier on the weekend so more noise).

Great location, staff were good. Room a disappointment.

Breakfast is adequate, I chose the hotel due to location and wasn't disappointed. the location is excellent, so handy to the night market and central Da Lat.

I booked a suite which was a bit tired and requiring refurbishment. The floors were water damaged and lifting, held down by tape. This really needs to be fixed - rooms should not be available in this condition. There is also a weird set up with the shower, a retractable hand held shower head is used but there is nowhere to "mount" it on the wall to leave your hands free. For what was charged, I think that there's way better value in Da Lat, next time I'll be staying elsewhere.

good location and staff but had bathroom issues. ok value.

good staff. Bed was extremely hard, I didn't mind it but my partner didn't like it. Location is great. breakfast is just ok, nothing special. clean hotel.

shower in the bathroom slopes away from the drain getting the entire bathroom floor wet. All towels were used just to try and keep the floor dry. No A/C, just a fan. No balcony in the room (209) and a terrible view. breakfast is just ok, nothing special. bed was a bit hard.
