Located in the lower building next to Whale Park, this pretty room is the perfect retreat for two lucky guests and up to two dogs! (Please note that an additional nightly fee applies.)
Right in the heart of town, you'll be just steps from restaurants and shops, including the Green Salmon Coffee and Tea House, as well as a long stretch of sandy beach. And if you want to get in your car and explore, attractions like Heceta Head Lighthouse and Cape Perpetua are just a few minutes away by car.
With tasteful furnishings and plenty of natural light, this modern Yachats vacation rental offers a nice space to spend your coastal voyage. The queen bed is covered in a tastefully-patterned duvet, and the lovely leather armchair/ottoman set is a great place to watch cable or check emails via WiFi. Cook all your meals in the full kitchenette with a stovetop, a dishwasher, and a mini-fridge. Eat at a table set romantically for two.

This rental was dirty with cobwebs, mold and bugs. The walls were paper thin, we could hear every word and movement from the people next to us. The building was almost sitting on highway 101 so it was very noisy with traffic. The toilet leaked onto the floor, the TV didn’t work, the two coffee mugs provided were too tall for the Kuerig machine. What else could go wrong? Super unhappy that we spent money on this crappy rental and will never go there again! Do NOT recommend.

Love the view. Bed was comfy. Has kitchenette which is handy. And I loved that there was a Kuerig and an old school coffee maker. I never have luck with Kuerigs. Besides having trouble with th TV, my only other complaint(s) would be thin walls. Once another party settled next door, I had to hear teenagers, until 10PM. Then they were quiet. And another complaint would be the parking area. There's a big divet right at the edge, and my car bottomed out once. Have to be careful.

Restaurant Drift INN next door has best food in town and live music most nights. Walking trails start across the street and follow the seashore for miles

We had issues with the lock but the housekeepers were wonderful and helped us. The room was clean but we did notice some mold around the skylights. Overall it was a nice stay and great to be walking distance to everything in town.

Great location for walking around town, visiting shops and restaurants. Room was clean and cozy. Air conditioning definitely a bonus. Kitchen had dishes and pans to dine in which was pleasant at the end of a busy day. All in all, the experience was great. We will stay again

The property is like an old hotel or motel converted each room into a separate vrbo stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed and the bedding was comfy. The kitchen was everything I needed! The bathtub is sooo nice to have in that little space and the water stays super hot. They allow dogs and all the other ppl staying were so friendly and nice. I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be back!

The location of the Ocean Cove is very convenient for all you want to do in Yachats. However be aware that the mattress in the Agate room needs to be replaced. It is very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also the blinds on the door need to be replaced. You won't feel "cozy" in this room, it meets the bare necessity marks.

This place used to be a great spot to getaway for the weekend. Nice view of the bay, and good food within walking distance. On our stay this past weekend, there was a lot of deferred maintenance; sadly, not the same as our previous visits.

Room needs TLC. Coffee maker was broken. Bed was uncomfortable. Places where floor needs to be replaced. There were only 2 lg spoons not any regular soup spoons. Thankful for the tea kettle. Easy to walk to many of the places we visited. Our stay was good, but could have been better.

Great Location. Right off the 101 and just down the street from one of the many state parks in the area. The room is spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchenette is good enough to prepare simple meals if you are into that. Close to restaurants and the rest of downtown Yachats.

I stayed here for 30 days and loved the location especially. You can see Yachats beach from the window and you are right near the cafes and restaurant in town. The room had all I needed for my stay including well-stocked kitchen, god sized bathroom and a table for working at. I'd come back here.

Clean. Great location and views. Worst bed we ever saw, I spent 4 nights on the floor. NO cell service and very spotty wifi, our freinds left because of those factors.

This is a great spot, we have stayed here several times. The location is comfortable and close to town. However, it needs a little love. Specifically, the shower curtain and lamp shades are stained and shower itself was clogged.

We have never stayed in Uachats before, so this was a new adventure. We highly recommend this property. Walking distance to food and shopping. Clean and friendly. Comfy bed here. We have back and hip problems so appreciated the bed very much. This was a great property to celebrate our 25th anniversary at.

What a dump
I can’t believe I’ll end up paying this much for one night at this dump. The bed is totally shot. The furniture is all cheap and worn out. The blinds are broken and so they hung up a cheap curtain. There is weird useless junk plugged into the outlets. The wiring behind the tv is an unsafe mess. What an absolute dump!

Great Yachats location
Excellent location with nicely upgraded room in vintage style motel with kitchenette. Very clean and good WiFi. Only issue we had was that the door code to get in the room on the e-mail confirmation and on vacasa app were not the same, so only one of the two worked; be sure to obtain and try both.

I thought this rental was great for the price and location. The interior was spotless and charming. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is the problem of hearing your neighbors. The Agate units has a door that connects to the neighboring unit that isn't sound proof. I could hear everything my neighbors said and did. Luckily I had a good neighbors.

just loved being with my husband, the views were unbelievable , the waves could be seen from our room. We could walk right out the front door and walk all around and see the most beautiful sights. Sunrises and Sunsets were awesome.

My Dad stayed in this room and we stayed in a different one. I can say that he was very happy with it though. It had a nice kitchenette, was clean, and had a wonderful view. : )
