About this house rental

Sea Breeze is a beautiful home, recently featured on the 2016 Carillon Beach Home Tour. It comfortably sleeps eight (8) in individual beds, no sleeper sofas. When we purchased Sea Breeze, we completed updates, renovations, new mechanical equipment, added furnishings and we are now offering this exclusive home to friends and guests. Sea Breeze is located directly across the street from the beach on private Lake Carillon. If you want convenience and privacy, Sea Breeze fits the bill. The main pool and Beach Club with beach access is located to the right, approximately 20 meters from the front door. A second beach access walkover is located to the left approximately 25 meters, from the front door. Sea Breeze is located in the upscale and gated community of Carillon Beach, a short 3 miles from Rosemary Beach. The home is exquisitely furnished and comes complete with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Sea Breeze is a three bedroom home with a tower bunk room, three full baths with two of the baths having jetted tubs for further relaxation. The three bedrooms are considered master bedroom suites since all three have a private bathroom. The first master bedroom is on the main floor of the home, so one does not need to climb stairs. This downstairs bedroom contains a king size bed with a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom on the second floor is overlooking the private lake and has a private balcony which stretches the entire length of the home and includes a king size bed with a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub & shower. The third master bedroom on the second floor has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach. Enjoy the expansive private balcony which stretches the entire length of the home. This room includes a king size bed, a twin day bed as well as a twin trundle bed. The forth sleeping room is on the third floor and provides guests with striking 360 degree views of the community, lake and beach from a height of about 50 feet. This room contains two twin beds. All rooms include large HDTV televisions.

The main floor includes a large den for gatherings and relaxing and features a large HDTV television, as well as books and games to make your stay memorable. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy preparing a great meal after a fantastic day at the beach. The dining area is large enough for all guests to enjoy all their meals or take advantage of the screened in porch or outside dining areas for casual dining. The relaxing view of the lake from the back of the house sets the scene for a wonderful evening. There is also a gas grill for those who wish to BBQ. A large capacity washer and dryer are located upstairs for your convenience.

For your beach enjoyment, Sea Breeze comes with two lounging beach chairs and an umbrella, specifically reserved for you, year round. For your convenience, the home is equipped with high speed internet and Wi-Fi for those who want to stream music, download movies and check email for any of life’s necessities while on vacation.

Carillon Beach is a secure and private environment which will assure you a pleasant stay and allows you to ride bikes throughout the community without the hassle of traffic. Carillon Beach has recently implemented a one time $30 per car fee. Be sure to visit the shops & restaurants on Highway 30A, but come back to Carillon Beach to relax. Carillon Beach community provides a number of options for activities, shops and restaurants to enjoy. Choose from bicycling through the community, paddle boards in the lake or ocean, tennis, pool swimming in three different pools and outdoor concerts during summer months and of course the gorgeous, Emerald Coast beach. Explore Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park located next to Carillon Beach. All these activities are a short walk from your front door at Sea Breeze.

Other activities include Pier Park located 4 miles away which includes shopping, restaurants and theaters. For those who wish to fly to Carillon, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located a short 17 miles away. Grocery store shopping is located 600 feet down the street from the main entrance to Carillon Beach. Choose from Publix or Winn-Dixie.

Sea Breeze was a delight! The location is so convenient to the beach boardwalk. The view of the lake is lovely. Having access to four porches was great. The decor is pretty, and very cozy. Our family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, and comfortable beds. We always love our stay at Carillon beach, and look forward to returning next year.

I don't have enough good things to say about this property. We vacation in this neighborhood every year, and this house was my favorite by far. The Host, Steve, is very easy to contact and is very helpful. The house itself is magnificent! We had plenty of room for our large group. I say it's the best of both worlds because you back up to the lake, and you're right across the street from the pool and the beach walkover. The little shop/restaurant area is only a few steps away (highly recommend the pizza place). The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful place and a beautiful location. You can't do better on either one of these parameters. The house is professionally decorated and comes with all the amenities one would want or need. The owners take care of their property and their guests. No stone is left unturned. We will definitely return to Sea Breeze because of the overall experience we enjoyed. If you are coming to the panhandle of Florida, look no further.

The home is beautiful and immaculate! I commented every day how beautiful everything was there, from the architechture of the house to the designer finishes, well appointed kitchen...I could go on and on. The location was perfect, across the street and just a few houses one way or the other to the beach pool or beach walkover. The owners were wonderful to work with. Looking forward to going there again.

Great location, and the house accommodated our 3 families quite well. There were 3 other houses in our group, and we think Sea Breeze was the best! Floor plan, views, house location were great. Our daughter left her diamond earrings and Angela, the housekeeper found them and returned them to us. Deeply appreciated!

"Sea Breeze" exceeded our expectations in every way and was extremely clean upon arrival! It is an adorable beach home and we enjoyed our stay there immensely! It's well organized and supplied kitchen had everything we needed and more as we did prepare several meals while enjoying our time there. The outdoor spaces are so nice and we loved being out there while having our morning coffee or our late night discussions. It is simply beautiful to be there on the lake and the back yard eating area made for a nice evening dinner. The audio system in the living area was great and we didn't miss a second of the predators' hockey games that week. We loved seeing the American flag along with the ocean view as we looked out to see the waves from the upstairs porch. So convenient to the pools and the beach access where we would enjoy the private beach. The beds were so comfy with quality linens and we all slept peacefully every night. The owners were fabulous to work with and were available to us at anytime time although we had no difficulties during our stay. We hope to enjoy the home for many more years to come and can not wait until we to return again to "Sea Breeze"!

This home is beautifully decorated and has everything a large group or family would need to enjoy their time at Carillon Beach. Each room is well appointed and our family of 8 was very comfortable and was immaculate upon our arrival. We especially loved the outdoor spaces both in the front and lakeside. The location to the beach was wonderful and especially the beach towels provided as we were flying to this location. The owners ensured that we had everything we needed before the trip and during our stay. We were not ready to leave when our time was up and already planning a return trip. After multiple years and many different houses along the way, this by far was our favorite. Thank you Steve and Cami for opening up your wonderful home to share with us!

Carillon Beach is the best kept secret--minutes from Rosemary Beach; Seaside and Watercolor. Publix is 5 minutes away. Steve & Cami have an amazing house! Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could ask for--kitchen was fully stocked; great tv's with surround sound; spacious bedrooms with perfect mattresses and amazing views from all bedrooms. The floor plan worked well for our two families. Walk out the front door and turn left and about 70 steps to the beach walkover; turn right and you are just as close to Beach Club Pool. We loved the gated entrance and security. Perfect area for biking; walking/running and even fishing. Great beach service on the private beach. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Sea Breeze is the perfect beach house. It is clean and impeccably maintained. Steve and Cami are very thorough and hands on. The kitchen is completely stocked the house is beachy, warm and inviting. We had a horrible week of weather. It was freezing. Thankfully, because the house was so nice and cozy it didn't really matter. This was our third year in Carillon Beach but, first at Sea Breeze. We will definitely be back. Thank you Steve and Cami!!
