Simply Stunning views from this resort style back yard. This beautiful vacation home is in the Prestigious Arrowhead Lake Community on the LAKE. Offering a sparkling heated private pool (no extra charge for heated pool), outdoor fire place, private dock, pedal boat, I can’t imagine a better place to spend my days and evenings.
THE PROPERTY
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a king size bed, flat screen tv, in the master suite, with a spa style bathroom. There is a jetted 2-person tub and separate shower with multiple heads. The other two bedrooms are nicely appointed with queen size beds and flat screen tv’s. The second bathroom is newly updated with tile and granite.
The bright beautiful open floor plan has views of the lake from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. There is lots of seating in the family room and living room with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. A great space to prepare dinners to enjoy in your dining room or chose to dine el fresco with the sunset and lake views. Meals shared with families and friends is where great memories are made.
THE LOCATION
It’s all in the location and this home couldn't get any better with super easy access to Spring Training in Peoria at the Sports Complex, Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Car Auction, TPC Scottsdale golf course host of the Phoenix Open as well as State Farm Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals, Coyote's Hockey Arena and Lake Pleasant Marina. This is just a few of the attraction close at hand. With the home being conveniently located near the 101 freeway it is super easy to access the entire Phoenix area. Westgate and Arrowhead Malls are simply less than 15 minutes away. Plus, there is many restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. There are many golf courses nearby with Arrowhead’s Legends Golf Course 5 minutes away. Thunderbird Mountain Conservation Area is 5-minutes from the home and is great for hiking and biking. There is a neighborhood park with a playground, sand volleyball court and basketball court, only a 2 minute walk away.

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this home, and it will certainly not be the last. The location is great, easy access to the 101 loop that can easily get us around the city. Our favorite is the backyard, being on the water, able to do a little fishing and enjoy the sunsets. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

JANE is AMAZING... Too many highlights to list. Home came with EVERYTHING a person could imagine! Kids highlights were boat, ducks, swimming and talking to "Jane" on the ring cam about our trip!

Amazing back yard after a stressful day at work. Everything is provided to enjoy a relaxing evening swimming, boating or fishing. Large beautiful home in an upscale neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Nice views of the mountains nearby and plenty of choices for golf in close proximity. Host was easy to work with and had wonderful communication.

We really enjoyed this property and took full advantage. We used the peddle boat, fished off the took, ate the fruit from trees, swam in the pool and used the grill. Home was very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had all the appliances needed. Pillows could use updating but overall beds were comfortable and we all had plenty of room. Master bath is very spacious and bathroom was luxurious. Beware of hot water as it gets hot FAST in the tub! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this house for a week. It was myself, my husband, and our two children under the age of eight. We enjoyed the pool, the paddleboat, and all the amenities of the home. The host was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay in this house again. It was warm, clean, and a real delight to stay in.

This home is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood; easily walkable. It is close to the interstate, gas stations and grocery stores. The home is well maintained and very clean. If you drink coffee there is a Kcup machine and traditional carafe. There is plenty of flatware, dishes, and drinking glasses. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. If you are traveling with small childeren there was a high chair and pack and play available, as well as puzzels and toys. The shower has dispensers for body wash, and shampoo. We also took out the paddle boat and enjoyed the waterway; it was one of the draws for us for the property. (There are life jackets provided)The pool is a good size and gets a lot of sun through the day. Communication with the host wasn't necessary during our stay, although the check in and check out communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this property!

Property was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Tons of little touches which helped make our stay more comfortable. Our flight was delayed so having bottled water and snacks when we arrived was much appreciated. High chair and kids toys were a wonderful touch as we had some littles over for dinner when family visited. Neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. We were able to fish, paddle boat, and hike with ease. Quick response from the host. Would definitely stay again.

House is located on man- made canal system which meanders through the subdivision. Weather did not cooperate so there was no canal exploration in the provided paddle boat. House was well furnished and all was comfortable. WiFi was strong. The bed was relaxing and the towel supply plentiful. Very good washer and dryer. Pool was well heated. Outdoor appliances were a disappointment. One grill did not work and the other was was cheap and only in fair condition. The gas fireplace on the patio has a very small flame. The LP supply was very good. Kitchen equipment was adequate (we cooked most meals in-house) although skillets are getting a little dated. All things considered we enjoyed the house and would return if the opportunity arose.

Had a nice visit with family in Phoenix. The house is a nice size, had everything you could want to be comfortable, pool is warm and clean, and the grandkids lived the paddle boat! Kitchen is equipped well and close to main roads. 👌

We absolutely loved this home and will stay here again. The heated pool is perfect to enjoy alongside the lake and we took the paddle boat out for a spin too. Great booklet for the property, easy check in and very responsive host.

The house was great! Nice quiet neighborhood! Loved the peacefulness of the lake. It was nice just sitting out by the pool and enjoying it. Loved the heated pool. Used it everyday we were there. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. Close to grocery store and other stores were close by. We would most definitely stay there again!
