Welcome to Glendale Az! Our home is located in a great neighborhood. We are across the street from Arizona Cardinals stadium, Desert Diamond Arena ,Westgate Entertainment Center, AMC theaters, Casinos and more.

The space
The entire house is yours to enjoy! We have a selection of movies for adults and kids. Life size connect four, jenga, and a pool table for you to enjoy.

Garage is not available.

Jacuzzi is only heated during the months of October through April and is only available on request and for an additional fee. $30 per day. Pool can be heated but will be $40 a day and will only heat upto to 78 degrees also if we heat the pool jacuzzi will only heat to same temperature

If you workout everyday you can run or walk the green belt. If you walk out of the house turn right and follow the road to the end and you will see the green belt. You can take the trail all the way to the stadium. It's a very nice walk.

Stayed a few days in Glendale and the house was in the perfect location. Checkin was a breeze and home had everything we could have wanted and more. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was so wonderful. The treats upon arrival were awesome. Home is close to everything. We even walked to the stadium! Beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend and would stay again!

The family and I enjoyed our stay. Owner/host was communicative. Property was clean, cool upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze; no issues. The kids enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of towels & other pool items. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, yet house has all cooking items as well including outside grill. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay with family. We had plenty of room and you are very close to restaurants, groceries and entertainment but in a quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for our family to come for daughter’s graduation.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. It also came stocked with snacks, condiments, spices, bottled water, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. We loved having the barbecue outside, along with the fire table for cooler evenings. The jacuzzi was very warm and relaxing and the pool was good for a quick refreshing dip (it's not heated in March and a bit chilly). Veronica was so friendly and very responsive to our questions and minor issues. It was perfect for hosting friends and family. Highly recommended!

Wonderfully convenient home near the Glendale Sports and Entertainment complex. Walkable on a nice day, or a very short (2-3min) car ride. We chose this location as it was near a work conference in the area, and would gladly book this same home again if the event returns next year. The home was way nicer and way more affordable than the hotels in the area, especially with a group of co workers (3-4 hotel rooms for 3 nights would have been a fortune compared to this wonderful home).

Listing and pictures are very accurate. Nice house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but close and convenient to many amenities. The outdoor space was very nice for spending time outside. The host was very gracious in taking care of her guests with a lovely coffee station, waters and snacks that came in much appreciated from a long day of traveling. She was very responsive to any communication from us for any questions we had.

We stayed here to attend the Bengals/Cardinals football game. Excellent location. Easy check in. The house is clean, spacious and the outdoor space is ideal. The location is super because it is close to the Entertainment District. Highly recommend this property. Would absolutely stay here again.

We came out for a football game. We got there Friday and left on a Monday. The home fit us all so perfectly. There was more than enough space for us all. The pool was so nice to get in after a hot long day. Everything was so close by, the restaurants and casino. Would comeback and stay again.

My sisters and I thought this was the perfect house! Pool jacuzzi and great patio !! Plenty of area and having 4 bedrooms was ideal! Hosts were more than accommodating! Love the fact that there are numerous restaurants, grocery stores , attractions just miles away.

My family and I (parents, spouse, siblings) visited for a long weekend to attend an event at State Farm Stadium, the house was great as advertised and communications with Veronica were super easy. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants and we even walked to the stadium. The pool and hot tub were also great and if we had warmer weather we would have spent tons of time outside.

We rented the house for our first trip as a group for spring training. Veronica assisted us with our accommodations and made communication so simple. The house was everything we expected and more. We were here for a family event. This house became the gathering place with a beautiful patio area and spacious house was perfect!! The host Veronica, is very thoughtful with welcoming touches from wine to movie candy. She got back to us immediately with our questions answered. We would definitely come back!

We stayed here for the Fiesta Bowl and it was perfect. 15 minute walk to State Farm Stadium so we didn't have to deal with traffic at all. The home was clean and very comfortable. Veronica is a great host and always available if needed, although it was set up so well we didn't need anything after arrival. Highly recommended for any nearby sporting events.

The house is in a great location that is super close to the Cardinals stadium and Westgate. It was an $8 Uber ride (close enough to walk if it was a little nicer out). The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was nice to have. The only small gripe I have is that the master bathroom door gets stuck in the top corner and will not shut all the way. Other than that the house is fantastic.

We spent a wonderful 4 days here, the house was spacious and Veronica was readily available for questions. I made Thanksgiving dinner for my family from out of town and the kitchen was pretty well appointed. The house is very nice & clean and there were a lot of little extras, like movie theater candy & popcorn, bottled water, a bottle of wine that i never got to, and an apple pie. The only thing that could have made it better would be some rugs to absorb sound, the entire house is tile so noise tv etc travels. Thank you Veronica for a lovely stay, I would definitely like to stay again, maybe in the summer to take advantage of the beautiful pool.
