The house was great!! King bed in the master extremely comfortable. View was beautiful and the hot tub was nice to use in the evenings. Only thing I would suggest is to trim the hedges in front for a better ocean view. Hard to see over them when sitting inside and on the deck. Over all a fabulous place to stay.

Nice house on the beach. Does need some maintenance and deep clean. For example the bbq was old and rusted. Kitchen faucet sprays water everywhere, stove drip pans were old and rusted (smelled like something was burning when using stop top), upstairs tub wouldn’t hold water, large couch smelled like body oder and pee, coffee pot was filthy and didn’t work well. We didn’t let this take away from our weekend. We wouldn’t be opposed to coming back, but would like to see some better maintenance/cleaning.

The large full windows were the best feature, enjoyed the views of the beach and ocean for hours at a time. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The deck and hot tub were amazing and allowed the most beautiful sunsets. Beach access was just a short walk.

Amazing view and only about 5 minutes outside of Lincoln City. Beach access is a bit of a walk, but not too busy and even caught a glimpse of a whale in the area. Appreciated that you could rent for only 2 nights.
Hot tub takes a day or longer to heat up, so turn on when you arrive. It's an older home but nice layout for a smaller group. Really only 2 seperate sleeping areas. Loved that it had 2 full baths. Very quiet area as well.

We enjoyed our stay here. Older home but with nicely done updates. It was rainy most of the time we were there so we enjoyed having the gas fireplace to make it cozy. The location is a good central point for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Quality beach house!

We had a good time here. You can probably see the amazing view in the pictures. What stood out to me was the spacious main room where we could all be together, but doing our own thing when we wanted to.

Whales! We saw whales spouting in the distance from the big picture windows. Soaking in the hot tub was a welcome relief from a crazy week.

Great view of the sunset. Nice hot tub and deck. Very close to the beach access. It was very cozy and clean.

Enjoyed the property. We would really like to come back and visit. Loved the living space and slept very comfortable.
Hot tub was not full or clean, but we fixed it.
House was very relaxing, close to the beach, very comfortable and super close to a wonderful place to eat.
It's a definite YES for me. We will definitely be back.
Also, it was super nice to be texted by the property manager. They totally kept me up to date. I did not tell them about the hot tub, but should have. I am sure they would have been on it. Unfortunately, my husband is a fixer, so it was done within 30 min.
Excellent views and loved the kitchen stuff. Felt like home.
Thank you

Location was nice, house was a nice layout for us.. house was not as clean as other vacation rentals we have stayed at in the same area. Listing had a gas grill for property, but did not work, call manager and was told not a amenity for that property even though it had a picture and was listed in the description of property.. and the view of ocean was not the same as pictured from inside because ivy has not been trimmed.overall had a nice stay and gorgeous views from the deck..

Toilets were to low the driveway was a steep hill there was a lot of stairs. It's a nice place but just did not work very well for us.

Cute house. Old but some are updated. Nice view with awesome hot tub. Feels like home. Quiet, clean and peaceful. The only downfall was the linens are clean, but smell bad like sour wet clothes. Other than that good place to relax.

This home was perfect for our family! The spacious and open floor plan along with the gorgeous ocean view was just what we were hoping for! AND the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed in order to make our yummy Thanksgiving dinner. 5 out of 5 mini trip for our family for sure. Thank you so much!

Great beach house to just kick back and relax in. The view was amazing. The kitchen had all we needed for the breakfasts we made. The hot tub was big enough for 4. A few things are a bit outdated but was not a bother ine bit. The beach access is steep and rocky but I walked it down and up just fine with a 1 year old in my arms. Someone less stable on their feet will want to find a better access point.

It was truely everything we wanted and being that close to the beach and seeing the whales right off the back deck was incredible!
6.0 / 10.0
The location and view was great. The house was old which was fine but could have been a bit cleaner. The deck which was the draw, was not safe. The boards were old and there was a large hole that just had a piece of caution tape and a plastic foot stool over it to avoid stepping in it.

This property has the most amazing view! It's only like a half block to beach access also. Interior is dated but clean and for a small family or a few couples is just perfect. The layout is a bit odd, upstairs is a master and bath, with a big king bed. Then downstairs is a full bed with a bunkbed. Plenty of room but there is no dedicated door to this space, but you can close the door at the top of the stairs for privacy. The bed is plenty comfortable and there's a TV and couch available in that space as well. Kitchen is large and has everything you could want to make meals. Laundry is on site and there is an abundance of towels. When we arrived, the hot tub was half full and cold, but we found a hose, filled it up, and reset the breaker to turn the hot tub on. It took the rest of the day but warmed up and we were able to enjoy it that evening. Vacasa maintenance came next day to handle the chemicals and we were in business! Hot tub was the reason we chose this property, it was just lovely to look at the stars and enjoy the tub at night! We enjoyed our time at this property immensely and would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place was so adorable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bed upstairs. Our only complaints were that the bathroom near the laundry room is infested with baby spiders. The cover upstairs has two large stains on it, and many lights were not working (lamp next to recliner, and lights on vanity) otherwise a cute place to stay at a good price!

Loved the beach…hard to get to, which I was not aware of when I booked the house. But the view was amazing. House is spacious but really needs a thorough deep cleaning and updating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house for our anniversary! Great view of the ocean and we loved the hot tub. Just a quick walk to beach access was nice too.
6.0 / 10.0
The e-lock did not work upon arrival. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes with Vacasa, we were finally able to get in. They said it might have been an “internet problem.” Yikes! Make sure to get the physical key from the lock box too, that way you won’t get stuck outside during your stay.
There were no welcome tokens like a small bag of local coffee or bottle of wine. Not even a single tea bag. I’ve come to enjoy these small little gifts at most of the short-term rentals I’ve stayed in, but this does not seem to matter to Vacasa. Makes me want to stay in a place hosted by a real person, but The bigger outfits seems to be snagging them all up. What a shame that the big guys can’t be thoughtful for their guests.
The shower had mold and mildew growing on the ceiling. Gross. The hot tub was also dirty. We used it because “we paid for it” but I would gladly not use the hot tub if I could have gotten a refund on the hot tub fee. Everything else was adequately clean.
There were plenty of quirky things about this house that were a little odd, maybe even inconvenient, but that’s kind of part of the fun of staying somewhere like this.
The view was magnificent.

Comfortable living room and dining room. Kitchen works well. Master bedroom and bath very comfortable. However, the 3 other beds are all in the same bedroom which is downstairs and not near a bathroom; only a 2 bedroom house.

The property location and views are great. The house was clean. Keep in mind this is an older home and has had alot of use. Not fancy but functional. We had an issue with the fireplace but the staff was very responsive and helpful.

We loved it! Cute, cozy and perfect location! House was clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances! Soft beds. Deck facing the beach was glorious! Only bummer was the hot tub kept malfunctioning but we were able to use it the first 2 nights. Very nice. We hope to come back. Definitely would stay here again.

called in Monday morning about the tv in the master not working. told by the office someone would call within an hour. 8 hours later and a second vm and email got a call back. TV was never fixed after told by the nice gut that came out he would have the office replace it on Tuesday.
The towels and bedding have stain on them. The cleaning crew has not idea how to remove spider webs or spiders. The lsight over the table has spider webs, the bathroom has a family of spiders and webs in the window and in the shower. Cleaning of the showers to get the mold out of the tracks and corners would be nice.. The refrigerator doors are covered in rust.
The spa would not turn off the jets, had to turn off the breaker to turn off the jets. Parking in the pics looks like a nice big driveway for the 3 vehicles, but its is a shared driveway on a good sized hill. The floors in the house in the dinning room are coming up on the corners that cause you to trip and cut your foot.
The cocoon on the window trim in the dinning room that has been in that spot forever. The down stairs bedroom my daughter had a spider crawling on her leg in the bed.
The only thing that was good was the view and it was nice and quiet.

This is a well loved beach home. Reminds me of the home we used to visit in Florence when I was a kid except that home did not have these gorgeous views or a hot tub. Some efforts have been made to update the house. The lamintate "tiles" in the dining area don't seem like the best flooring choice here as they were starting to come up in places and it seemed like maybe it was tough to clean them properly but overall the house felt clean and ready for our stay and we had a great time! We were happy to come "home" after adventuring up and down the coast. Location is great--central to both Lincoln City and Newport and we were able to see whales from the lookout points along the highway in Depoe Bay.
Wifi worked great the whole time and the hot tub worked perfectly, maintaining a high temperature. We enjoyed the dvd selection and the t.v. setup was easy (for the teens) to manage.
Beach access is a block or so from the home. It is steep and rocky. There is a thin rope you can use to help you get up the slope. Parking is also on a very steep slope and it is a little narrow when trying to make room for the cars at the other property. It would be nice to have a little extra separation between the deck at this home and the patio of the adjacent property. Neighborhood is very quiet though, and surrounding homes are well-kept.
Overall really good experience and would love to stay here again.

The view was great. The hot tub also.
Close to both Depoe Bay and Lincoln City, and less than half hour to Newport.
The house, however, had a few issues. One of the lips in the living room had a broken (dangerous) cord at the plug. One of the lights in the bathroom was out. The garbage can in the kitchen was about 1/3rd full upon arrival. These things should have been addressed by the cleaning staff.

This is a wonderful place to stay, right on the Gleneden Beach! LOTS OF ROOM!!! There are 2 bedrooms, and lots of comfy sofas to sleep on. Two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a Keurig, so bring your pods! We only used the hot tub once, but it was warm and comfy, and right on the deck to watch the sunset. The dining room table is tall and oversized...great for playing games and watching for whales! You won't go wrong renting this place and we would rent it again.

Beautiful home located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. My family loved finding ocean treasures, the hot tub, and having their own spaces. We can't wait to go back!

The view was fantastic! We enjoyed the hot tub. Great location & easy to find. The public beach access leaves a lot to be desired, not for little kids or elderly.

Amazing location and views
Seemless, our visit was smooth, and enjoyed by all parties. Short walk down to the beach, very thorough instructions about the property and its features, ( extra towels, hot tub set up). The unit featured plenty of space in the living room and dining room area for our little ones to play in as well as closed off patio for them as well. Highly recommend this location to any who look for a quiet family getaway with a view!

Peaceful, exquisitely beautiful view! Loved it!
My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at this wonderful beachfront home. It was so peaceful and beautiful - the sound of waves, the smell of the salt air, the incredible breezes. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Wow!
This was my families best Oregon coast stay. The view! Holy cow!! Watched the sunset in the hot tub, what could be better than that. Everything we could’ve needed the house had. Plenty of blankets, kitchen items, towels, and space. The furniture was super comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. Bonus- tons of hiding places for little ones to play hide and go seek 🤫 😂
