About our Condo--Grand Pointe is a beachfront property!...From our unit, we named it “Sandy Seagull” you will breathe in the spectacular, panoramic views of three bodies of water, the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, and Ole River from our long covered porch accessed from the living room AND master bedroom...There is something for everyone in this large and airy upscale, modern, sunny, cheerful, condo with views of constant sailboat, fishing yachts, and gulf birds flying by. You can lie in bed with your coffee and delight in the water splendor! We especially like our view of the beachfront state park across the bridge--beautiful to see in its natural state--just dunes, sea oats, and the gulf--it looks islandish. The light hitting the water makes everything look turquoise.

Our upper floor unit, convenient elevator access, features granite countertops, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, wet bar, jacuzzi tub in MBR and MBr walk in closet to make this your beach home away from home! Decorated in pottery barn style beach and nautical theme you'll love our unit at Grand Pointe, a unique gulf front gated property situated on 8 sandy white BEACHFRONT private acres.

Bring your 'fishing pole and fish from the rocks or the sea wall just below our condo. So convenient to the jetties (rock outcroppings) right below our condo---it's considered one of the most desirable areas for salt water fishing on the east Perdido Pass side. Some people scuba dive right outside our balcony! Walk to the beach through the dunes/sea oats on Grand Pointe's convenient boardwalk, enjoy the two pools one in (heated)and one out, and the two heated hot tubs, in and out. Fine dining and shopping across the street at San Roc Cay--have an afternoon massage there, book a fishing trip, go next door for a drink/dinner and enjoy the piano bar lounge at the Perdido Grand Resort. Don't forget to visit the famous Flora Bama lounge a hit with the younger crowd located two miles down the highway. You'll love it here as much as we do. lots to do and see, or just relax with a good book and stay beach or poolside!...

Common areas include two pools and two hot tubs. For safety and security there are security cameras located in these common areas.

We have two an indoor and outdoor pool(s)and they are large and awesome!

5. The undercover parking area is reserved for owners with the remainder of the parking spaces within Grand Pointe's GATED AND SECURE parking lot.

6. Yes we have FREE wireless internet reception for your laptop!

7. Minimum 3 day rental...the above prices are firm.

9. Will I have fun on my little styrofoam boogie board?
Yes! When the surf is up you will have lots of fun catching the waves and riding to shore--so much fun you won't want to come in!

The Perdido Pass Master bedroom has a king size bed, the adjoining master bath features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second guest room has a queen size bed and full size adjoining bath with a tub and shower. The third guest room features twin beds with it's own bathroom with tub/shower. Also TV. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and TV, the complete kitchen features all major and small appliances, silverware, and dishes. Wet bar, full size washer and dryer, iron and board, and vacuum. The indoor heated pool area has huge glass windows that allow you to view the Perdido Pass channel/waterway to the Gulf and also the HUGE outdoor pool with large tanning area.

This was one of my favorite vacations ever. This condo was amazing and we loved the fact that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Ex Excellent location, within easy walk to the beach. Loved the pool and the balcony ocean view also! We are already booking for next year. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!!!!! Loved it so much and we had a fantastic time.

We came down on Friday and I had bought some groceries and the heat temperature was 99 so I emailed the owner and he was so gracious to allow me to put the food in the refrigerator before our check in time! I was so grateful and pleased how nice and accommodating he was with us. The condo is so close to beach with a short walk on pier. We loved it and we will definitely be back for more sunsets from the balcony!!

This condo was super clean and close to the beach. Beautiful view of beach and boats going out. Only thing I would change is to bring curtains next time. Sun woke us up around 5 every morning because it was so bright.

Great views, lovely beach, good fishing, clean, nicely appointed, kitchen has everything! Also an ice maker in the bar! Spacious, great owners! They have a whirlpool in the master, a steam room and sauna off the lobby!

Beach, Jetty, Seawall, everything you need if you do not have a boat. Close to everything. Everything in the condo was in good working order. My children said it was good and felt comfortable like home.

This property and condo was so comfy and serene for my besties and our young adult children! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The host is sooooo helpful and informative. The building is very well maintained our weekend there was gloomy and windy, but we still enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub , sauna and steam room before heading to the outlet mall nearby. His listing was on point! No scam here, just pure comfort! We were thinking of returning to this unit in the fall ..

Beautiful condo. Amazing views of outlet and gulf. Enjoyed sitting on balcony having breakfast and getting sun. Could see dolphins swimming in channel too. Close to our favorite restaurants and shops. Close to Island Church, Publix, Walmart, and state parks / beaches. Loved our stay.

The property sits at the end of the street and don't look like much when you 1st pull up. It does not have great curb appeal. You're in for a surprise! It's a hidden gem. The property is very nice. Our view was amazing. The amenities were great. The indoor pool was great for those chilly days. The private beach area was everything. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were so many dishes and extras in the cabinets that, there was nowhere for us to store our groceries. So, we used the baker's rack.

Loved the property, walkway to the beach was wonderful. . Both pools and hot tubs have been refinished and in very good condition. Condo was nice, basic necessities, but all was well. The views were awesome, beautiful sunrise/sunsets. We will definitely comeback.

This was a perfect location for our 4 night/5 day stay. The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim in the pass each morning. We loved seeing the pelicans, herons, and ospreys fly by. The beach access was great and wasn't too busy. Our family had an amazing time. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Very impressed with the cleanliness and the decor was updated and fresh. We particularly enjoyed having the ice maker in the condo. Plenty of supplies and large capacity washer and dryer. Large balcony fully furnished with nice furniture. My husband loved watching the boats come out each morning! Great time!

This was an excellent location. Having the last building on the beach made it extremely private and peaceful. Watching the boats come through Perdido Pass was entertaining. We spent the majority of our vacation out on the awesome balcony. The view of the Pass, the beach across the water, the waves breaking on the jetty, the ocean kissing the sandy shore, the stars filling the night sky. It was perfect. The jacuzzi tub and shower in the master was nice. Beds all comfy. Beautiful condo. Would definitely stay again.

Great tucked away location at the pass. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful blue waters and all of the boats passing by. Being at the pass puts you really close to the water for a wonderful private view. The condo was well stocked and decorated nicely. In addition, communication with the owner was quick and easy. We never had to wait long for a reply.
