Hôtel très agréable

Hôtel agréable bien situé si vous avez un véhicule. Bien équipé ( piscine salle de sport chambres) personnel sympathique et avenant

Overall, good.

We were in town for a travel ball tournament at the Shipyard Complex. Location in relation to the ballpark was great.

Did not get housekeeping services daily. Had to ask for clean towels, etc. Staff was very accommodating when we did - just frustrating after a long HOT day at the ballpark to have ask for and wait on clean towels, etc.

Shana was great! Place was just ok

Shana at the front desk is awesome!! She thinks of everyone’s needs and goes out of her way to make everyone comfortable. You’re soooo lucky to have her!

Außerhalb aber trotzdem günstig

Alles was man von einer amerikanischen Hotelkette erwartet. Beim Frühstück gab es noch Omelette nach Wahl. Liegt außerhalb des Historic District aber in der Nähe von Shem Creek und Patriots Point.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House and our first visit to Charleston.

The breakfast was okay; nice to have the option before heading out for the day. The location was perfect for so many places (stores, gas, main highway to attractions) but quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle.

We wish the breakfast was offered until 10:00 am.

Great place if it didn't stink of animals.

Staff was courteous and friendly, breakfast was fine, parking availability good.

We had to change rooms as soon as we got in one. I am highly allergic to animal fur and dander and can have breathing trouble when in a room with animals. The first room reeked of dog. All the hallways did. I went back and asked Brianna? at the desk and she said there are NO rooms that do not accommodate animals. This has never happened before and I love Hyatt House and Hyatt Place - USUALLY. No longer. The second room was only slightly better. Horrible dog smell.

Wife and I were very happy with our stay. Will definitely recommend.

I loved just about everything. The breakfast was top notch. I was not expecting a omelette station. We will definitely return.

Wonderful place to get away!

The room was awesome! All the amenities and then some. Would definitely stay here are a Hyatt House again.

We had a wonderful visit. Great room,location, breakfast. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. Facility and amenities were all new and clean.

The only thing I would change was the layout of the walk-in shower. You have to be in the shower to turn the water on so there is no real way to avoid the initial blast of cold water. .

The shower door leaks when you are done after your shower. The engineers or architects should have foreseen this issue. Hyatt House's employees are not at fault for the design.

Very disappointed.

The price was high. Bathroom sink had a very slow drain. Breakfast needs more choices and not over cooked.

This is an average hotel nothing to get excited about.

The location is great and the maid service was on top of things.

Breakfast was ok would have liked to had better options. Two of the light bulbs weren’t working the one I really needed was over my work area struggled to see my computer and work area. When called the front desk to request a new light bulb I was told they didn’t have a maintenance person to change them. Had to take my laptop and work downstairs. The small refrigerator had a smell so bad couldn’t open it. Lucky had the big one to use.

Great spot to spend a few days exploring Charleston

Breakfast was good, fair number of choices and not the same each day. Location is close to beaches and to downtown Charleston. Room was large and clean.

A great place to stay!

My husband and I were in Charleston for our anniversary. We have been there before but never stayed at the Hyatt House. I loved the room. It was like a studio apartment. Everything we needed. It was quiet, clean and close enough to great places to eat.
